    1. You are absolutly right. I paid 800.00 for a LG 47" flat screen TV only for it to go out in 4 months. It's eveidently a manufactuer's issue because i searched the internet and found several pages of complaints of the same problem that i'm having. The Tv has power but won't come on! Sams Club won't help me and neither will LG. Totally rediculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    3. LG CANADA NOT!! Call their repair service department and you're calling Panama and not USA or CANADA. Worst service experience and run around I've ever had. I purchased an LG refrigerator 3 years ago. Paid over $2,000.00. In 26 months the fridge is no longer operating. They offer you a service plan for repair and tell you they can't find anyone in your area then refer you to a local third party service technician who charges 3x more and can't get parts for MONTHS!!

Now my headset is MIA, the RA number doesn't exist.I have spoken to 4 people and now the last guy says the second to last person is handling and is out of office. The whole company should not come to a halt because one person out!

    8. CANT AGREE MORE!!! HAVE A 50" FLAT SCREEN PLASMA. 14 MONTHS OLD AND THE PICTURE GOES. CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, LORD KNOWS WHERE THEY ARE, NEED TO FAX RECIEPT. SO I DID. I HAVE BEEN A WEEK WITHOUT MY TV. A LOCAL REPAIR SHOP CAME AND PICKED IT UP. I HAD TO TAKE THE TV OFF ITS STAND AND STRIP ANY HARDWARE ATTACHED, HAVE KNOW IDEA WHEN I AM GETTING IT BACK AND WAS TOLD THE WARRANTY AFTER THE REPAIR IS ONLY COVERED FOR 90 DAYS. UNBELIEVABLE. I HAVE A LG BLUE RAY AND WIRELESS SOUND BAR ALSO. WAS VERY LOYAL TO LG. NO LONGER. WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. PRODUCTS DONT HOLD UP.     9. I have been in customer service for years and this company is the absolute worst I have ever seen. I bought a washing machine that has only worked twice, had 3 repairs, and is now 6 months later and still nothing. They refuse to replace the unit, refund, nor extend my warranty. I will make sure everyone on every social media knows this is a terrible company with terrible product.

    10. Absolutely the worst and obnoxious theives going. Their arrogant liars in "customer service" could not possibly care less. They made it clear they have no "obligation" to do anything to help the customer. They flat out stated they get their money from the "dealers"- they don't depend on people for their money- they get money from dealers that push their products- spread the word anyway possible- run away from this outfit ASAP. If you want to be insulted call supervisior Eric in Huntsville- employee number 7052. He tells me he is in charge of all US operations and answers to no one. He has "no obligation" to help anybody. Have an LG life Eric - you deserve the same service you "provide". Hopefully you bought the same LG junk from a dealer budy of yours

    11. Not to go over what everyone has already stated as I totally agree with their lack of customer support, but here is one I have not seen anyone post "have your lawyer contact ours". It was made very clear to me that I bought it and they will not honor their warranty, what ever defect you tell them you have they say "That is acceptable to LG"

    12. LG customer service is the worst - could not understand their reps in the Philippines and info was incorrect and time consuming because they had to check out everything and kept me waiting. Contacted corp. in Alabama and they refused to help with scratches on the stainless steel that were under the plastic covering that had to be peeled off. They only give you 7 days to report a complaint when I had to do preliminary work ie. shorter cabinet for wall microwave, had surgeries, and had to postpone installation. A very difficult company to deal with and unethical with me = I would not buy another LG appliance or product.

    13. I purchased a 55 in smart tv and it went out within a year. I have been dealing with LG since February 2014 and my tv is still not fixed. I was totally shocked with all the negative reports posted here sounds like we should all get together and do a group complaint against LG this is not right. We should start a lawsuit. If it weren't for the customers LG wouldn't be a company and they need to quit robbing their customers.     14. I agree. Worst customer service. They are giving me a hassle with my oven. The glass shattered while baking; the steel frame popped open but they still won't replace the stove.
      Bought the stove in Feb and having problems since then. They still haven't fixed it!!!

    15. I agree!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lg frig. broke after being only 3 years old. Luckily the part that broke was under warranty. LG however initially denied that they were financially responsible and it took 3 weeks to receive a reimbursement check. I had to call every few days and speak to someone different each time.

    16. I cannot agree more. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people and have never been told "I am so sorry", "I understand" then sit on the phone phone for 32 minutes in order for them to disconnect. Then try to call back and sit on the phone again. They do not back up their product and I will never again buy LG products. My cell phone malfunctioned with a "known problem" and they will not replace it. Always an excuse for why they can't. I did not drop or hurt my phone in any way but the power button stopped working. Now to spend $300-$500 out of pocket to but a different one because my contract is not up. I can assure you it will not be a LG. This is a terrible company!!

    17. Worst Customer service ever. I would like to know who to write to. We bought a refrigerator less than 4 years ago, we have been trying to get this fixed for almost 3 months. Conveniently enough there is never anyone there to speak to about this, staff very rude!! Disconnected phone calls, when you are able to speak to a Supervisor, they tell you they will look into this and call you back and then never do. WORST COMPANY ever. I tell people when I am in Lowes, Home Depot, wherever they sell LG, don't buy the crap, its junk!!

    18. I bought a washing machine from LG and Ive had it for 1 year and its a piece of crap. We have 8 kids and their clothes still come out dirty all the time I get so made. My lint trap in my dryer is full of dirt all the time. Very upset, everyone I know and run into I tell DO NOT BUY LG. I just told newlyweds the other day going to get a new washer and dryer. My washing machine just barely turns when its on wash. It sucks so bad and I don't have money to go buy a new one. I think Im gonna go to the store where I got it and tell them to not tell people to buy LG.

    20. customer service is awful I bought a LG Bluetooth. cost me $55 stop working after 1 week sent it back to lg and they tell me my receipt is not valid so they will not fix or replace I had the store owner to call them to verify that I did buy the bluetooth from his store but they still refused they want a receipt that comes with the serial number and model on yet all receipts are not like a big chain store receipt.I reported them to the Better Business Bureau

    21. I purchased a LED,LG 60" ,24OHZ,Smart,3D with the extra warranty package. It went out on in Early Feb. 2015 I still yet to have my television working. Four service calls now and many many phone call later. I still am waiting for a repair service date again. I am told that they are going to make it a Saturday so I don't have to call off work again. Gee thanks for allowing me to sit at home on my day off and wait another day for my TV repaired and it may or may not work. I will not buy another LG nor will I recommend you to any one. I have a very large friend and family base and will be letting them know as well. You do not stand by your product nor your warranty.

    22. I have been trying to get a replacement for my full size tabletop microwave oven since 1-15-2015. no satisfaction. microwave shorted out casing smoke damage to our kitchen.
      Purchased 8-22-2015 from Best Buy in Laguna Hills CA 92653 and still under warranty. Took 2 weeks to get a service provider to my home to inspect. 1-29-2015 provider took pictures of inside to sent to LG. I have followed up 8 separate times to no avail. always excuses never recieved report. I checked with service provider on 3-24-2015 and said did send info on 1-30-2015, and send it again. 4-8-2015 no response. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH LG AND EVEN BEST BUY FOR SELLING THEIR PRODUCT AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINTS. I GUESS MY NEXT STEP IS TO TALK TO AN ATTORNEY OR SMALL CLAIMS COURT. BY THE WAY THE SMOKE AND PAINT DAMAGE WAS $3500.00.

This machine has flooded our house three times and I have yet to hear any claim from their product liability department after nearly 10 calls in three weeks. Run away from this company!     28. The worst company I have ever seen. Bought a LG G4 phone with a promotion. Said it would take 4-6 weeks to receive the promotional battery and leather case. It has now been over 3 months and they still haven't shipped it. Customer service says they have know way to communicate with the promotion dept. Said the only way to communicate with them was through e-mail. Sent dozens of e-mails and no reply. What a scam. No way to talk to anyone with any authority. Never buy LG again. NEVER!

    29. I will NEVER buy another LG product again. I will also tell everyone on Facebook as well as those in the groups I am part of and that I started. Worst customer service ever! 5-7 business days to replace an item that was sent only four hours away from me! After not receiving it I spoke with five agents who did nothing. Spoke with a supervisor who said they were sending a new headset that day and were expressing it to me. Didn't receive it. Called again and they said 5-7 day turnaround again! What?! To replace not repair an item? And the first five agents failed to tell me that the color I had was on backorder, they could have resolved this two weeks ago by asking if I would accept another color. This is terrible. I am lodging a national complaint against everyone that I spoke with.

I would not purchase an LG television again and am stuck paying 999 for a TV that lasted for one week and is now in shop and has been in shop for three weeks and I cannot get a hold of the repair man what a rip off no TV. Just want a TV that works and not one that has to go to shop to be fixed.

    33. What is going on with LG? I am so disappointed and frustrated with LG. I have been a loyal consumer and recently upgraded my phone to LG Leon with Metropcs and realized I am unable to focus on taking a picture and cannot scan where is the point and shoot like all phone have. I went to metropcs and they stated, oh this is LG phone is the only one that does not have these features and I am not the first to come back and ask. Now, I called LG several times and they state it does have these features, yet customer service in the world of LG cannot fix it. LG why would you make a phone without these features and misleading consumers and not having who is selling your LG Leon phone tell the consumer about this. Who would knowingly buy a phone like this, I would not if I knew. Now metro expects me to pay for another phone. LG why are you not helping fix this issue.

  2. I am very unahppy because none of my over a dozen cross-head screwdrivers fit the screws for the TV base. I called customer support and they advised me that it is an M4x20 screw. This may be a metric/pozidrive screw, or something else. Not supplying a compatible screw for U.S. customers, and not properly advising U.S. consumers in the users guide what we need to do a correct assembly is a major problem that this manufacturer is creating. At the least, they should advise what screwdriver is required or supply a screwdriver that fits. This makes what is a potentially excellent TV look like garbage. I also hate buying a screwdriver just for this TV, and never needing to use it again.

Worst customer service ever, bought a defective phone, it took them two weeks to get it back to me only to find they send it back with the wrong battery which was half the size of the correct battery, who do they have packing this stuff Stevie Wonder, then they tell me to temporarily disconnect my service because I have to send them back the battery before they send the correct one, they out source everything and the reps refuse to give you corporate information, I will never buy another LG product again

  3. I'm very disappointed with my purchase of an LG Refrigerator back in May 2011. To date I have had 8 service calls to date on the same problem; notwithstanding the fact I was told by a Best Buy Manager that after 4 such calls for the same problem the frig' would be replaced with a new one. Well that has happened to date. I truly think LG & Best Buy are stalling me until 1 year`past so that they can stick me with a defective refrigerator. If this is not addressed I will get an attorney involved.

    1. Check with your Attorney General for your state there is such a thing called the "Lemon Law". If a company has repaired the same problem on cars, etc THREE times they have to give you a new one. But it is worth your time to make a few calls. Also let the Better Business Bureau in your city know about your situation they would like to hear in writing as well. That goes public. Good luck

  5. I had no idea that LG was such a rip off company!!! I bought a 47" Flat Screen TV 4 months ago and it has stopped working. LG is refusing to give me a refund or replace, just want to repair the piece of junk i bought. 800.00 wasted, and nobody there cares. I will never buy this product again. i made a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Office, The BBB, the local news, Sams Club and anyone else connected to this rediculous SCAM!

  7. I bought a LG washer and dryer and I paid over $1000 for the dryer, and in less than 6 months the dryer needs repair. The customer service feedback is the worst I have ever encountered.

  8. Dear Wayne Park, President of LG - I have a 18 month LG refrigerator. the compressor to the freezer has failed. LG refuses to take any accountability saying ,"this is a human made machine and therefore is subject to failure at any time, like a car or microwave." How proud you must be Mr. Park to see how smoothly your customer service staff derail a customer service issues. is this really the type of product you put out to the public? there was no offer to pay the cost of the spoiled food. parts are shipped two-day air but then need to be transported to the appliance repair shop which can take three or more days. i live in the greater phoenix area...no parts distribution center here. No willingness on the part of the Executive Customer Support supervisor (Amber) to advocate with UPS for the customer to see of the parts could be expedited. Amber just proceeded to tell me how she had been without her AC and frig for two weeks due to a power failure. this company has no idea how to do customer service, and clearly make inferior products. I will also be communicating with Consumer's Reports to tell them of my experience.

  10. I would never purchase an LG Product again. We bought a dishwasher and within 5 months the motor and sump pump broke and the door would not shut properly. DO NOT ever buy an LG dishwasher...or for that matter, any of their products. VERY poor customer service too. Overall, just BAD!!

  12. LG customer service is the worst. I bought a LG vacuum and two moths and the dirt bin door broke. I called said it was covered and would sent out a replacement. They did wrong part. Called again sent part, again wrong part. Called 3rd time said would send right part. They called now i need to send in for repairs. 2 months & I still do not have my vacuum. Never, never, never buy anything LG.
