  1. Would like to know why the little containers for side dishes have grooved bottoms. This means one CANNOT adequately get the last of the food, even if using a rubber spatula. This groove seems to serve no useful purpose other than it is attractive. It is a waste of food to use these. Can these be obtained with a smooth bottom??

  2. HI, Im Anne..I live in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Sunrise, 33321. There is a KFC restaurant right next door to where I live. Now I love KFC chicken, especially the original flavor, the best. Now it seems every time i go there in the past couple of months, there never any original or extra crispy chicken. KFC has been around for years, they should know better not to this chicken, I think someone for the MAIN offfice needs to come out and check this restaurant out, the help there is getting really dab or the management needs to be looked into. I hope someone gets this message and fixes the problem there...The restaurant is on the corner of Nobhill and Oakland prk blvd in Sunrise Fl. 33321

  3. I would like to say that I, and my family, love KFC but the Olean, NY branch is absolutely TERRIBLE! The staff is very rude and if your order is ever right, you're very lucky. For example, I apparently "took too long" counting my money and they got mad and shut the window in my face, in the drive thru, and didn't have my order right when they brought it out anyway! Also,if you're there within two hours of their closing, the chicken is dried out AND they generally are out of most of what you want to order for sides. I was there tonight and they had NO mac and cheese and very little original recipe left, which didn't matter in the long run cuz it was dry! How does this place stay open?????? There is NO calling this branch of KFC to complain because THE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED!!!!!!! Can't imagine why!

  5. Nature Chandler- Alexander City, Al. Called the number on the bottom of the receite to complain about the paper found in the Pot pie. After it was dried and unfolded, I ate most of someones else's receite. The person on the phone told me it was wax paper and safe to consume. Why did my receite not get printed on wax paper?? And how can you Chew threw wax paper and not know it?? He also said he would get back to me. That never Happened. They Do Chicken,.! Right? They don't even know!

HELLO,I HAD A PROBLEM WITH KFC BECAUSEOF THE FOOD NOT BEING FRESH AND BEING VERY SOGGY AND DRY.KFC HAS BEEN AROUND FOR YEARS AND THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR THE COMPANY IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW CUSTOMERS WILL TURN TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT.THE RESTAURANT WAS LOCATED IN SANFORD FLORIDA.AND THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE WHEN I SPOKE TO HIM ABOUT THE PROBLEM.I GUESS MY FAMILY WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT EVER AGAIN.THANK YOU.

  7. What has happened to the KFC restaurants any more?? We have had nothing but sorry service in the last 6 months at the Artesia, New Mexico store. Every time we are there the order is wrong, and acouple times every single to go order that went out while we were in the restrurant was wrong. Not long ago we went there to get supper and it took us an hour to get our order, the kitchen was full of gabby kids that would rather jack their jaws than work. The manager said they have 3 cooks there and no food, what kind of restrurant is that??? A sorry one.
    Most the people that live here have had nothing but complaints about this KFC.
    We don't eat there any more since the last time wasn't any better than any other time we were there. Also just last night my sister went there to get her something to eat, and they over charged her $227.00 for a meal, and her order was wrong to boot. All the owner/manager had to say about that is I'm so sorry. Thats crap. Looks like we may be eatting at Churches, and least they have chicken ready when you put an order in...

  8. to whom this may concern i work at KFC in Carlsbad, NM theres no a/c in the store that works most of the employees besides the older ones jus like to talk instead of work customers but on hold cause they dont want to take their orders. The store manager is very unqualified for his job ive been there for almost a month havent been paid due to his lack of experience he didnt put my information in the computer system so i got screwed out of a check. now im on the verge of bein kicked out of my house cause of this for 7.50 an hour it feels like a slave shop very poor workin conditions you guys need to take a look at how ur company is bein run i dont think ya'll would approve and dont mention comin to check it out they'll jus cover it up. The store manager is only 20 years old and cant handle bein in this position also the area manager is unqualified.

  9. Hello, I work in the KFC on Hamilton and Morse in Gahanna Ohio. I would like to say to anyone who lives near us, that we are fast and our chicken is never dryed out. We may have teens working but they get the job done right the first time. We are patient and love costumers. We are never rude and have fun doing our job. So if you live near us, Drop by!

I live in Vista ca. and i went through the drive through for dinner. i asked for the number 1 which is a breast and wing as i do not like dark meat...i got all the way home and found that they gave me a leg and thigh...stop hiring dam people that do not understand or speak english and maybe this would not happen...i will be sure to not eat there again and tell everyone i know not to go there as you can never get what you order....wow pretty dam sad that someone is that stupid and can not tell the difference between a leg and a wing..and could not read english either.. when i did call it rang 25 time before anyone answered it...such bad PR. Things like that is what drives people away...I do not like to repeat my order 3 to 4 time before they get it right...good luck and rethink who you hire.....

My Grandkids went to a KFC in Bloomfield, NM, they got there meals and on my baby Grandaughters, meal they gave her a cheese stick that expired October 24, 2012, this was today 11/9/2012 this store is going to get someone sick one day. CHECK THE DATES WORKERS. this place is always dirty and the service is poor, they don't care, they are rude, someone needs to do something its not the first time this happends to us, last time we got a drum stick that was dry and gross.There are nothing but immature workers there, and as far as the management they dont care if you get sick or not. Maybe calling the Health inspector, would be a good idea, this way they can see how dirty this place is and they can close it down, and hire people that realy enjoys the work. I worked for 11 yrs. in a kitchen and we never got any complains a person who likes there job will always do a good job.

  14. I went to KFC in Antelope, CA, and ordered (2) #1 which was a breast, mashed potatoes and gravy, biscut and a drink for $5.89 each. I was charged $23.43. The total was only susposed to be $12.51. I complained to the manager to get it corrected and he would not do a thing. What happened to keeping the customers happy. Will not go there again. Someone needs to check into this.

  15. To whom this may concern, I am a worker at Kfc. I work at 1927 North Durfee Ave. South El Monte, Ca. The store number is K570003. I'm posting this comment to express how most of us employees are treated. We are being constantly threatened, put downed, harrased, discriminated, ignored, humiliated, and treated unfairly by our managers, supervisors, and the person or persons in charge. There is not a day where we aren't screamed at, put downed, called profanity names, discriminated, harrased, and hurt, due to our extremely poor working conditions. We are aleays getting burned with permanent marks and hurt. This has to stop before it becomes a law suit. Our managers make fun of our injuries and this is unacceptable.

  16. I am constantly amazed at how poorly the Long Beach CA. # E085-023 is operated. I swear I'll never go back and after a few months do and get mad all over again. The drive-thru is a joke they always get the order wrong ( maybe some ESL classes would help). I walked in last night and after placing an order for a meal and pot combo was told the wait for the pie would be 10 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes while the manager fed her family at one of the tables. She finally came over and asked what I was doing there so long.Her "help" did nothing to speed the order up. She did throw in a free dessert pie, but when I got home they forgot my slaw. One of my first jobs was at a KFC and the standard was very high. This place is a joke.

WHY IS MARKETING SO DISHONEST,ALL THE ADS SHOW A PEICE OF CHICKEN THAT LOOKS MEATY,BONELESS AND WHEN WE PURCHASED IT IT APPEARED TO BE A PEICE OF SCRAP DIPPED AND WE WERE INSULTED BY ITS LACK OF CHICKEN BUT LOTS OF SCRAP,SKIN PEICES.WE DID NOT EAT THE BONE BUT FELT THE BONE SLID IN US.WHAT AN AD PROGRAM,FULL OF PROMIES AND LIKE THE THUMBS THE CALL WINGS,NO MEAT.

  18. when i went to order some boneless chicken they told me to wait 30 min!!!! insted of 20min. i couldent beleive this i never waited this long before just for some chicken without bones. and gess what happned when i took a bit into the boneless chicken...... it had bones!!!!

  23. If that little 3 year old in the Jackson Mississippi KFC isnt welcome then I'm gone too. What a disgrace! For those of you not aware, a KFC employee in that store asked the grandmother and the 3 year old, who had been attacked by 3 pit bulls, to leave because the little girl's scars were scaring the customers. Bastards. KFC should pay for the little girl's cosmetic surgery. The physical scars can heal. The physcologicol ones may not. What kind of animals do you hire that would do such a thing?

  24. I sent my daughter to work at kfc for her fist hs job she was 15 the manager raped her 4 times and is serving 6yr sentence kfc said they were not responsible even though it took place at work during work hrs

  25. Did you not read the comments? Anyway, the family and I love KFC, since moving to Woodstock, we have encountered a myriad of deficiencies in this establishment. On several locations we have gone in and complained in person, recently we received “Stink Eye” from the people at the drive threw for our reflective conversation as to why we did not receive this or that, then to pay for it, and the “Sigh” hummmmm, “ Fine sir, did you want me to add that to your order” Hell no, I wanted to say. So since the stink eye and the looks, now we no longer complain, it’s been 3 ½ months since, now we are over a hundred dollars in shortages, JUST TO LET YOU KNOW “ The stink eye works, keep up the good work, soon no one will want to go to your KFC.
    In perspective, it all adds up, as do tensions, we are fed up. A chicken bowl here and three wings there, sides, sandwiches, gravy’s, a myriad of chicken from the orders. We got 4 salads and no chicken at all one day, this was after the stink eye. It’s embarrassing to complain and hence why no one does, ESPECIALLY when you get “The look” from everyone that works there. (Poking your head around the corner to see who the order is for is unsatisfactory, and …. What now …I say, are they spitting in our fries? I understand it’s a small town but does this constitute for lower quality in service? Is this conducive with your policy? NO!!!!!!
    Someone is scraping off the top. We as consumers are the ones who pay. (THE WORST OF IT ALL) the KIDS pay, as they do without. Just ask my son. He even brought it up in show and tell…lol
    There is more…. No time to waste on this ongoing issue, I put up with it as I just do what the “Boss” asks; AKA take us to KFC. Well soon it is going to stop. I really don’t understand why we have come back even after the shortness of orders, ???
    THE BEST FOR LAST >>>> When we started making it a policy to check the orders at the window we had five problems with the staff YIKES !
    1. The teller would say, can you please move forward, or pull aside (NO room by the way for this) lol
    2. The teller would sigh and say (In a loud voice) are you ok, and REPEAT>> are you ok, sir, sir. Lol I asked them “Just checking my order” now everyone in the place is looking at me ! Yikes !
    3. When confronting the cashier about a discrepancy with the order they would say, NO you got that, I would give them the bag, they would sigh, and quickly insert the missing article’s and abruptly give the bag back with an unhappy look, fake smile; and say “ you can pull ahead now Sir or Madame”.
    4. The worst, raising the voice, what’s your problem miss ? Repeat same story from the drive through order box (Stink eye)
    5. The best screw up, to come in, complain, get the order fixed to receive even a worse screwed up order than before. Give your people more breaks, even feed them. IDON”T KNOW ? I am just telling you, ask around you will hear the same. Many people don’t go to Woodstock KFC just for the reasons above !
    At the end of the day, Charles St. KFC in Ingersoll is a few minute drive down the road for great service, sad one has to drive to the next town, BUT the stink eye on two occasions was closure in our discrepancy(s), with the Woodstock KFC.
