  1. Fred Loya is the worst insurance out there all they do is scam people out of their money. We are not customer of theirs, but my husband was involved in an accident where their client was at fault. They did not want to accept any fault and failed to even come out and look at our vehicle. We had to have our insurance which is Allstate involved, Allstate came out immediately after calling them. Allstate took care of all the cost and later went after Fred Loya. Beside the fact that we had to hire an attorney to take care of everything else. Now they refuse to pay the diminished value on our vehicle. They insure illegal immigrant and then they don't want to take responsibility. So if you or someone else is have issue with Fred Loya please do not let up with them because the moment you let your guard down with them they will take advantage. we have been dealing with this to long. Fred Loya needs to get a taste of their own medicine.

    2. this is in regards to "ramp reeder's" rant of FRED LOYA being a fradulent insurance company...baby, you obviously lack knowledge in the claims department and the procedure that must be full-filled by the adjuster....who or what company in their right mind would automatically put themselves or in this case, their client at fault. They will investigate it to the end to try to put the other party at fault to defend their insured and so would your company....next time, try getting a police report to facilitate the adjusters job and your urgency of getting indemnified. But just because i gave a real quick 101 of what is suppose to happen next time, does not mean that FRED LOYA is not a POS company, because they are...

  2. If need be we will take our issues with Fred Loya to anyone that will hear about it. We are sending you a letter that addresses our issue with you if nothing is done we will be having to go courst to resolve this issue.

  5. the best agent in the state of colorado "MANUEL CABALLERO" never answers phonecalls, he is always on brake or lunch time acording to the people at his office, never returns phonecalls, and hi is still in that position????? headquarters don't care about it, actually,,, no body cares about it!!!! f this company!

  6. im having issues with fred loya also ,there client hit my car,they payed for it ,i got a rental and payed dep, 150 and there was a delay on parts and so on which i have noting to do with that,and now the insurance has not extened my rental , the cars been back for 2 weeks now and still havent got my dep back,,because fred loya still hasnt extented the rental 15 days and still counting

  8. Fred Loya insurance has a horrible HR departement. They hire people without checking their backgrounds. I know personally that they have hired people in their corporate office in El Paso that have faulsified their resumes saying that they have graduated from H.S. When it is not the case. There are few who have crimial history and yet they are fully employed there. I personally do feel that having these people there is a great image to set for the company.

  10. I agree with you all I just hit a deer 5 days ago. they sent out an adjustor He told me about 1o days to get the estimate. In the mean time I was just informed that I had no rental on my policy. Funny I have full coverage, were does that not ever happen? I was told a rental was extra and I was informed of that when I got my policy. I just wrote there corporate office and told them after this issued was settled I was done with them. So unprofessional there just assholes.

  12. Many insurance companies have commercials that make sense, but for fred loya its apparently a different story. A commercial was made that shows Oscar Delahoya and a fred loya spokesman that are in a convertible with no seat belts. Now is this wrong or what? Safety comes first with most insurance companies, but apparently not with this company.

  13. this is the worst company ever we have been getting the run around for over a month when their client hit us manuel NEVER RETURNS CALLS they sent a check for the wrong amount not only that they lied and didnt send our check for the carseat for my daughter im filing a complaint with the state of texas,bbb,and blasting their crappy company online they suck!!

  14. I recently decide to get this company ,But is the worst thing i did just to save money but is not worth it!!!! I Hate This Unprofessional ,Company.They did a mistake on my policy they charge my credit card ,They told me they will reverse the transaction and that i was getting my money back to my credit card the next day,But its being 3 days and nothing has happen. Still waiting for my money. I thing i should call a lawyer and let him handle it!!!

  15. Fred Loya sucks I worked there for a few months couldnt take it how they would rip people off. My motto the customer is always right but no they encouraged me to argue with them if something seem wrong their whole quoting protocol ridiculous. People quit left and right that is why you have people that dont know what the heck they are doing. I watched so many customers leave the office upset and angry all the time. My manager sucked didnt give a rat ass all it was to her the sale and thats it. Dont choose this company!

  16. My bill was one amount fit a year dropped down because of some points falling off my license. Then they increased it saying that was a discount for auto pay which I've never had but ok paid that amount, then a week later get a bill for a month I've already paid that's even more I call they say again it's because your on auto pay I ask for a manager explain that my bill was already increased for not having auto pay she said she would look into it call me back in 30. 2 hrs go by no call so I call and all of a sudden the manager is in a training in another state. Call another office the next day speak to their manager says she'll call back at 2 no call go to the office and now that manager is also outta town. Ask for corporates number, they don't have one, get a regional managers number but some how get connected to corporate. The tell me my bill went up because I moved...I've been in my new place 5 mos paying the same amount! And the amount they are charging higher then when I started, no recent tickets, no accidents with them at all! Do not recommend this company at all!!!

  17. Scam company. Still taking money out of my account on a cancelled policy. Saying they have authorization and will continue to do so until they receive written notice? I have a recorded conversation of me canceling my policy and revoking authorization. These people are idiots!
