    1. I never write reviews to anything nor do I ever feel a need to. But after dealing with the owner at this Subway I felt impelled to leave a review. Let me just begin by saying this. Walking in there was no one there to welcome me I had to call out for them. When the girl Alie come she had this attitude from being to end snapping n rolling her eyes. I just felt as if she was just over working there. Then I had to go back over there later on that night with my son and let me just say there nothing wrong with being gay but when you make my baby feel uncomfortable we have problems he don't need to tell my son how good he looks and beeds to stop about things he knowns nothing about. I also wanted to know why is everyone who works for this lady is white and all the non white people she has gets fired can I just say discrimination. now as for the food its OK they really don't try to make ur sandwich look nice. The drinks make you sick and taste funny. The bathroom your better off going outside and the tables always nasty. Now I have talked to the owner Dolly about something's I didn't like and I have never met somebody so rude disrespectful ignorant and so unwilling to listen to other peoples opinionsI feel like she needs to take a course in customer service or loser Subway

    6. The older man (with accent) that works at Subway, Redlands Boulevard, cross street Mountain View, is incompetent and rude to the customers. He refused to help me with a kids meal for my younger daughter and even turned his back on me. I walked out with no food because he said there was no button for a "kids meal." I have never complained on a restaurant before but I really feel this needs to be seen or heard somehow. Please read and i'm hoping this can go to headquarters for review.

  2. TODAY IS 11/11/2011 VETERANS DAY IN WESLEY CHAPEL FLORIDA. AN AFFLUENT UPPER MIDDLE CLASS TOWN THATS PROBABLY IN THE TOP 4% OF FLORIDAS'S CITIES.

    AS A 100% DISABLED VET WHO SPENT 14 MONTHS STAIGHT IN THE SANDBOX , I DECIDED TO TAKE THEM UP ON THE FREE 6 INCH SUB NATIONALLY ADVERTIZED OFFER .

    GUESS WHAT ; I WENT TO A TOTAL OF 5 SUBWAYS AND NOT ONE WITHIN A 15 MILE RADIUS OF WESLEY CHAPEL FLORIDA OFFERED THE SUB FOR VETS.

    THE FIRST 4 WERE INDIAN OWNED AND THE OWNERS WERE PRESENT AND STATED THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE FREE SUB . I DID TAKE THE TIME TO MENTION AMERICA, FREEDOMS THIS COUNTRY OFFERED TO THEM AS CITIZENS TO OPEN SUCH A BUSINESS, FELL ON TOTALLY UNSYPATHETIC AND DEAF EARS , MONEY WAS THEIR ONLY GOD!!

    THE 5TH WAS CAUCASIAN OWNED AND HE JUST REFUSED TO DO IT!!!!!!

    THEIR WERE A NUMBER OF APPLBEES'S , CHILI'S AND TEXAS ROAD HOUSES THAT WERE OVERFLOWING WITH VETERAN BUSINESS SO IT WAS NOT LIKE THEY WERE GOING TO LOOSE THE FARM OF SUBWAY TODAY. GEE , HOW MUCH CAN IT COST VERSUS THE GOOD WILL GENERATED??

    WELL THAT THE SHORT VERSION OF THE STORY . ON BEHALF OF MY FELLOW VETERANS PLEASE BOYCOTT SUBWAY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE

    2. I am appalle by the treatment u received on such a memorable and respectable day both in the USA and in Canada!!! In Canada 6 inch andwiches begin at $3.95 including taxes!!! My morals, common curtsey, amd genuine respect for all the men and women who have lost their lives just to save us and keep us FRER isa HERO and should be offered more than a $4.00 stinking sub!!!

  3. after watching the commercial on the december special ,,($2)sub,,meatball or cold cut 6 inch i was refused this on this 1st day of december at these locations,,ringgold rd.east-ridge,tn,,also subway on ooltewah ringgold rd in collegedale,tn..and in ooltewah,tn at lee highway!!!this is false advertising on tv or they just dont honor it!!!im a little outraged as a loyal customer,,especially with the way the lady acted on the corner of apison pike and ooltewah ringgold rd in collegedale,tn!!this needs attention if your running false advertisement or do they just not want to honor the sale??you could contact me 423-298-3008

    i don't know why subway management letting him run this store, it should be shut down right away. he just ruin subway's name. corporate should do an investigation out of this stupid owner.

  6. Hello I am am employee at store number #22305, I have never had such a bad experience working with this employer. She has ruined my view of Subway as a company. I first started working there last summer 2011, and I first got about 15 hours a week, I was promised 25 hours a week. I have been asking for more hours, and this Subway has been hiring more and more people. My employer actually made someone work 2 hours for free because the employer messed up on the schedule! Now, I am still employed at this Subway and I have not been on the schedule for over 2 months. I got 2 TEXT messages from my employer asking if I could work 2 hours this week out of the whole month. I could not believe it, 2 hours in one month is not worth the drive. I am very upset about this employer and something needs to be done! Also I saw that nobody takes the temperature in the meats, they just makeup temps for the temp sheet. On top of that, this Subway has horrible customer service!

    4. I was just reading your comment and I realized that they do the same thing to everybody. My son hardly got any hours and the manager kept playing games and she told him they were way over staff. I just read few days in the Internet that they add an additive in the bread , which is the same additive they use in rubber door mats and rubber shoe soles. They claimed to be healthy when their bread has that and their chicken looks like plastic fake chicken. You have to be working for them to realized how bad their management is

I spent three months last summer at a restaurant similar to subway so it wasn't because I didn't know what I was doing. I don't know what these manager's problems are.

    6. Subway corporation ,do you use consultants to think things up to have better quality control at your franchises? Just read a problem that I am sure happens all over the food industry.

My father and brother were trained as a franchisee back in 1990-91,most likely 1991 under Sam Ramsek and Joseph Ramsek. A thought ran across my mind when working 14 hr days about placing a mechanism to keep the food products fresh when sales were slow. I would like to know when Subway Corp started using the design where the front glass (to the customer)becomes the top plate ,sealing the refrigeration unit.

  7. Store #52626 has a serious management problem. She doesn't schedule people right, discriminates against certain people not allowing them to do things that the rest of the employees do. Also, a friend of mine went in there last week and bought her 4 year old child a kids meal and the milk they gave her had expired on Christmas!!! Is it not the managers job to make sure the food is not expired? She is going to make someone very sick.

  8. In Lakeland,Florida Subway 724, 50658, & 32600 owner Vipul & Mayu Patel do not pay their employees overtime, do not give employees raises, pay indians under the table, pay managers hourly & treat employees unfairly. I know this first hand because I use to work for them for a long time.

I am a former employee of store 44951 in Paris Texas as of 2 days ago after working there for 8 years I was discrimintaed against seen sexual harrasment going on sectret tips givin to the pretty young girls and jokes made about gay and black people. I did not get a raise for over 6 years after preforming very well, well enuff to have to run the store my myself on the weekends in the bad neighborhood even though I told the owner it made me very uncomfortable and it was too much work for one person to do and working a 11 hour shift on sat nd sundays. I told him I was going to be looking for another job he came into the store with 2 employees to take my place and told me to "get the F*** out of My store!!" Last month my sisters house burnt down and he helped her with buying her kids some more clothes he told me I owed him for that (which I never asked for) and he would take it all out of my last check. He was yelling and screaming at me while I remained calm and gave him his key to the store back. He then informed me he gave another employee a $1.00 raise to take my spot and I wasnt worth a raise. He banned me and every member of mine and my boyfriends family from ever entering any of his 5 subways in Paris, Texas and claimed he would have me arrested . This employer had no right to treat me this way after evrything I put up with. Other employees who had been there a year or so made more than me. I think he didnt give me a raise because he knew I had nowhere else to turn to and I needed my job.

  10. I am an over the road truck driver and I enjoy your restaurants menu for healthy choices. Last year ( 2011 ) you brought out the Orchard Chicken Salad Sub. I personally thought it was a big hit and would like to see you put it on the menu full time. Thank you Jim.

I Lost my job at store #24065 in Cleveland, TN over a misunderstanding, now I have no employment, they are very dishonest and mistreat their employees, they are very quick to fire someone that did there job at 110% quality, as the other employees slipped off outside having sex in there cars during work hours. I worked my tail off now, I'm now without a job. They are also unclean, if a health inspector arrived unanounced they would NOT pass the inspection. They over work there employees when the store is aware that an inspector is coming, so they pass the inspection the next day. The manager, Sherri, is very unprofessional and lies constantly to employees about schedules, salaries, and reason why they were let go. I've asked her four times why I was let go, and recieved four different answers. Please do something to correct this behavior and treatment of employees.

We don't know each other on a personal level for her to say anything to me about myself. her "charges" who are the same position as myself are very rude.

  12. I was employed at store #24086 in columbus ohio. I was employed there for 6 years. The owner Greg recently let me go saying I was unreliable. But when I tried to file for unemployment they reported that i was dishonest. When other employers call him for a reference he tells them I was fired for stealing. If i was stealing, dont you think they would have taken me to court or something? They have no proof of their accusations. This is making it impossible for me to get a job.

  13. To Subway's corporate leadership:

    You really need to fire your marketing department. The obnoxious "5 dollar foot long" 'jingle' is abusive on the ears, and honestly every time my ears are assaulted by one of your commercials I promise to myself, as I turn the channel, that I will never purchase anything from your company ever again. Then you seem to wise up, and stop abusing the public with this obnoxious 'jingle'. You even started playing commercials which weren't abusive for a short while. As I was almost ready to forget about the harassment that you've broadcast to my living room, and might actually consider purchasing a product of yours, you inevitably start playing it again.

    Frankly, I'm surprised that any television stations will play it at this point, as I imagine the sucking sound of viewers changing the channel to other stations when it begins playing resembles the flush of a toilet, leaving the advertisers unfortunate enough to have their commercials play after yours without half of the audience it had previous to it, many of whom don't return, such as myself.

    You need to fire any marketing personnel who thinks that annoying people will result in long term sales opportunities for your franchisees. I only remember when I hear it that I had to turn the channel to get away from your obnoxious 'jingle', and that I will never give you a single red cent of my money to support your advertising because of it. You should all be forced to listen to it for a full day, non-stop. Especially those who continue to promote using it for advertising. Then tell me how much you feel like eating at Subway...

    Please, do everyone a favor. Kill that thing off permanently, hire an advertising firm who can actually come come up with something that isn't overt audible harassment of your potential and existing customer base, and you might see your sales improve long-term. As long as I can remember this harassment, I'll never purchase so much as a Pepsi from your stores.

    And to think, I used to be a customer on a regular basis, before you started harassing me endlessly in my own home. No longer.

    Somebody needed to tell you.

  14. You need to be checking up on North Platte NE because the management at these stores is horrible. They are nasty they use 5 day old bread,(so hard) switch the tags on past dated food, and dont take the time to train their employees correctly. They are all walking around looking stupid like they cant tell their own butt from a hole in the ground. They wait in the back until the customers leave the store!!!!! I went in and saw the mangager yelling at this young girl until she was in tears!!! They have went through 3 managers in the last 6 months. Why? Because the general manager hires her girlfriends friends and she has her head so far up her butt that she lets them do whatever unless headquaters finally gets involved. I have been eating at subway for years but from what i have seen now and heard i will never eat there again. it is nasty and definally is not fresh!!!!!!! They are in Walmart the biggest store in this town! Somebody needs to do something?! I cant believe you havent already.

    I called in sick yesterday and the boss was quite mad.

    Now today, mysteriously, my check "isn't ready" and "likely won't be ready at all this week."

    Heads up Subway....if I don't get paid ***TOMORROW*** I'm calling both the NYS Labor Board as well as my father's lawyer who will be accompanying me to both the Labor Board AND to Subway afterwards.

To all the Subway managers and owners who think that shorting your employees paychecks, promising them money for working holidays, and not giving them the raises that you promise them is good business. It is NOT!!!It is stealing!!!!! And the labor board is hearing about it all. In these times when every penny counts to support their households and put food in their mouths you have the audasity to deny them the wages that they earn. You slander the name of Subway --the very name that fills YOUR pockets -- with THEIR MONEY!
    I am telling everyone that goes on FACEBOOK NOT to go to this place-SUBWAY. This especially applies to the Subway #16286 in MIchigan.
    You prey on all your employees because you know that they need their job . That's why they are afraid to say anything. But someone needs to speak up for all the people who are being treated this way at the Subways. You don't train them or even treat them with the respect due them. You just throw them out to the public and then yell at them when you don't like what they do or fire them and then lie about why you did it.

  20. DO NOT ORDER through the drive thru window at the Subway in Livingston, CA. They'll screw up your order 99% of the time! After I waited for 10 min at the speaker box, a guy finally said, "Hello!" "What do you want?" In a threatening manner, and rushed me when I was placing an order. I didn't even get a chance to request the veggies I wanted on the sandwich. Waited again, for 10 more minutes at the window. He already had the unfinished sandwich in his hand, eager to take my money. When I requested the veggies, he responded with "I already made it." Plus, gave me the incorrect change. The worst experience ever. Drive thru is suppose to be quick and accurate. Besides, how hard is it to make a breakfast sandwhich, the flatbread wasn't even warm, it still tasted frozen in the middle, and the portions were all incorrect.
