  2. TODAY IS 11/11/2011 VETERANS DAY IN WESLEY CHAPEL FLORIDA. AN AFFLUENT UPPER MIDDLE CLASS TOWN THATS PROBABLY IN THE TOP 4% OF FLORIDAS'S CITIES.

    AS A 100% DISABLED VET WHO SPENT 14 MONTHS STAIGHT IN THE SANDBOX , I DECIDED TO TAKE THEM UP ON THE FREE 6 INCH SUB NATIONALLY ADVERTIZED OFFER .

    GUESS WHAT ; I WENT TO A TOTAL OF 5 SUBWAYS AND NOT ONE WITHIN A 15 MILE RADIUS OF WESLEY CHAPEL FLORIDA OFFERED THE SUB FOR VETS.

    THE FIRST 4 WERE INDIAN OWNED AND THE OWNERS WERE PRESENT AND STATED THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE FREE SUB . I DID TAKE THE TIME TO MENTION AMERICA, FREEDOMS THIS COUNTRY OFFERED TO THEM AS CITIZENS TO OPEN SUCH A BUSINESS, FELL ON TOTALLY UNSYPATHETIC AND DEAF EARS , MONEY WAS THEIR ONLY GOD!!

    THE 5TH WAS CAUCASIAN OWNED AND HE JUST REFUSED TO DO IT!!!!!!

    THEIR WERE A NUMBER OF APPLBEES'S , CHILI'S AND TEXAS ROAD HOUSES THAT WERE OVERFLOWING WITH VETERAN BUSINESS SO IT WAS NOT LIKE THEY WERE GOING TO LOOSE THE FARM OF SUBWAY TODAY. GEE , HOW MUCH CAN IT COST VERSUS THE GOOD WILL GENERATED??

My morals, common curtsey, amd genuine respect for all the men and women who have lost their lives just to save us and keep us FRER isa HERO and should be offered more than a $4.00 stinking sub!!!

  3. after watching the commercial on the december special ,,($2)sub,,meatball or cold cut 6 inch i was refused this on this 1st day of december at these locations,,ringgold rd.east-ridge,tn,,also subway on ooltewah ringgold rd in collegedale,tn..and in ooltewah,tn at lee highway!!!this is false advertising on tv or they just dont honor it!!!im a little outraged as a loyal customer,,especially with the way the lady acted on the corner of apison pike and ooltewah ringgold rd in collegedale,tn!!this needs attention if your running false advertisement or do they just not want to honor the sale??you could contact me 423-298-3008

  6. Hello I am am employee at store number #22305, I have never had such a bad experience working with this employer. She has ruined my view of Subway as a company. I first started working there last summer 2011, and I first got about 15 hours a week, I was promised 25 hours a week. I have been asking for more hours, and this Subway has been hiring more and more people. My employer actually made someone work 2 hours for free because the employer messed up on the schedule! Now, I am still employed at this Subway and I have not been on the schedule for over 2 months. I got 2 TEXT messages from my employer asking if I could work 2 hours this week out of the whole month. I could not believe it, 2 hours in one month is not worth the drive. I am very upset about this employer and something needs to be done! Also I saw that nobody takes the temperature in the meats, they just makeup temps for the temp sheet. On top of that, this Subway has horrible customer service!

    4. I was just reading your comment and I realized that they do the same thing to everybody. My son hardly got any hours and the manager kept playing games and she told him they were way over staff. I just read few days in the Internet that they add an additive in the bread , which is the same additive they use in rubber door mats and rubber shoe soles. They claimed to be healthy when their bread has that and their chicken looks like plastic fake chicken. You have to be working for them to realized how bad their management is

  7. Store #52626 has a serious management problem. She doesn't schedule people right, discriminates against certain people not allowing them to do things that the rest of the employees do. Also, a friend of mine went in there last week and bought her 4 year old child a kids meal and the milk they gave her had expired on Christmas!!! Is it not the managers job to make sure the food is not expired? She is going to make someone very sick.

  8. In Lakeland,Florida Subway 724, 50658, & 32600 owner Vipul & Mayu Patel do not pay their employees overtime, do not give employees raises, pay indians under the table, pay managers hourly & treat employees unfairly. I know this first hand because I use to work for them for a long time.

I am a former employee of store 44951 in Paris Texas as of 2 days ago after working there for 8 years I was discrimintaed against seen sexual harrasment going on sectret tips givin to the pretty young girls and jokes made about gay and black people. I did not get a raise for over 6 years after preforming very well, well enuff to have to run the store my myself on the weekends in the bad neighborhood even though I told the owner it made me very uncomfortable and it was too much work for one person to do and working a 11 hour shift on sat nd sundays. I told him I was going to be looking for another job he came into the store with 2 employees to take my place and told me to "get the F*** out of My store!!" Last month my sisters house burnt down and he helped her with buying her kids some more clothes he told me I owed him for that (which I never asked for) and he would take it all out of my last check. He was yelling and screaming at me while I remained calm and gave him his key to the store back. He then informed me he gave another employee a $1.00 raise to take my spot and I wasnt worth a raise. He banned me and every member of mine and my boyfriends family from ever entering any of his 5 subways in Paris, Texas and claimed he would have me arrested . This employer had no right to treat me this way after evrything I put up with. Other employees who had been there a year or so made more than me. I think he didnt give me a raise because he knew I had nowhere else to turn to and I needed my job.

I Lost my job at store #24065 in Cleveland, TN over a misunderstanding, now I have no employment, they are very dishonest and mistreat their employees, they are very quick to fire someone that did there job at 110% quality, as the other employees slipped off outside having sex in there cars during work hours. I worked my tail off now, I'm now without a job. They are also unclean, if a health inspector arrived unanounced they would NOT pass the inspection. They over work there employees when the store is aware that an inspector is coming, so they pass the inspection the next day. The manager, Sherri, is very unprofessional and lies constantly to employees about schedules, salaries, and reason why they were let go. I've asked her four times why I was let go, and recieved four different answers. Please do something to correct this behavior and treatment of employees.

  12. I was employed at store #24086 in columbus ohio. I was employed there for 6 years. The owner Greg recently let me go saying I was unreliable. But when I tried to file for unemployment they reported that i was dishonest. When other employers call him for a reference he tells them I was fired for stealing. If i was stealing, dont you think they would have taken me to court or something? They have no proof of their accusations. This is making it impossible for me to get a job.

  13. To Subway's corporate leadership:

    You really need to fire your marketing department. The obnoxious "5 dollar foot long" 'jingle' is abusive on the ears, and honestly every time my ears are assaulted by one of your commercials I promise to myself, as I turn the channel, that I will never purchase anything from your company ever again. Then you seem to wise up, and stop abusing the public with this obnoxious 'jingle'. You even started playing commercials which weren't abusive for a short while. As I was almost ready to forget about the harassment that you've broadcast to my living room, and might actually consider purchasing a product of yours, you inevitably start playing it again.

    Frankly, I'm surprised that any television stations will play it at this point, as I imagine the sucking sound of viewers changing the channel to other stations when it begins playing resembles the flush of a toilet, leaving the advertisers unfortunate enough to have their commercials play after yours without half of the audience it had previous to it, many of whom don't return, such as myself.

    You need to fire any marketing personnel who thinks that annoying people will result in long term sales opportunities for your franchisees. I only remember when I hear it that I had to turn the channel to get away from your obnoxious 'jingle', and that I will never give you a single red cent of my money to support your advertising because of it. You should all be forced to listen to it for a full day, non-stop. Especially those who continue to promote using it for advertising. Then tell me how much you feel like eating at Subway...

    Please, do everyone a favor. Kill that thing off permanently, hire an advertising firm who can actually come come up with something that isn't overt audible harassment of your potential and existing customer base, and you might see your sales improve long-term. As long as I can remember this harassment, I'll never purchase so much as a Pepsi from your stores.

    And to think, I used to be a customer on a regular basis, before you started harassing me endlessly in my own home. No longer.

    Somebody needed to tell you.

  14. You need to be checking up on North Platte NE because the management at these stores is horrible. They are nasty they use 5 day old bread,(so hard) switch the tags on past dated food, and dont take the time to train their employees correctly. They are all walking around looking stupid like they cant tell their own butt from a hole in the ground. They wait in the back until the customers leave the store!!!!! I went in and saw the mangager yelling at this young girl until she was in tears!!! They have went through 3 managers in the last 6 months. Why? Because the general manager hires her girlfriends friends and she has her head so far up her butt that she lets them do whatever unless headquaters finally gets involved. I have been eating at subway for years but from what i have seen now and heard i will never eat there again. it is nasty and definally is not fresh!!!!!!! They are in Walmart the biggest store in this town! Somebody needs to do something?! I cant believe you havent already.

    I called in sick yesterday and the boss was quite mad.

    Now today, mysteriously, my check "isn't ready" and "likely won't be ready at all this week."

    Heads up Subway....if I don't get paid ***TOMORROW*** I'm calling both the NYS Labor Board as well as my father's lawyer who will be accompanying me to both the Labor Board AND to Subway afterwards.

To all the Subway managers and owners who think that shorting your employees paychecks, promising them money for working holidays, and not giving them the raises that you promise them is good business. It is NOT!!!It is stealing!!!!! And the labor board is hearing about it all. In these times when every penny counts to support their households and put food in their mouths you have the audasity to deny them the wages that they earn. You slander the name of Subway --the very name that fills YOUR pockets -- with THEIR MONEY!
    I am telling everyone that goes on FACEBOOK NOT to go to this place-SUBWAY. This especially applies to the Subway #16286 in MIchigan.
    You prey on all your employees because you know that they need their job . That's why they are afraid to say anything. But someone needs to speak up for all the people who are being treated this way at the Subways. You don't train them or even treat them with the respect due them. You just throw them out to the public and then yell at them when you don't like what they do or fire them and then lie about why you did it.

  20. DO NOT ORDER through the drive thru window at the Subway in Livingston, CA. They'll screw up your order 99% of the time! After I waited for 10 min at the speaker box, a guy finally said, "Hello!" "What do you want?" In a threatening manner, and rushed me when I was placing an order. I didn't even get a chance to request the veggies I wanted on the sandwich. Waited again, for 10 more minutes at the window. He already had the unfinished sandwich in his hand, eager to take my money. When I requested the veggies, he responded with "I already made it." Plus, gave me the incorrect change. The worst experience ever. Drive thru is suppose to be quick and accurate. Besides, how hard is it to make a breakfast sandwhich, the flatbread wasn't even warm, it still tasted frozen in the middle, and the portions were all incorrect.

I went to Subway in West Milton OH on Valentines day.I ordered a roastbeef sub.When the Mgr.(Andrew)was ringing me up he asked if I had a Subway card,my comment was I dont mess with it any more since u have to go on line to get messed with. The young lady making my sandwich said she has heard that alot.I then said maybe thats something u might want to pass on to corp.She replied tell him that hes the mgr.So I repeated it to the mgr.His reply was I dont really care about it.Im sure they could care less about what u think.I then said you should care I am a customer.When I left I came home to get the corp.# and made a complaint,because when I called the Subway store the mgr.(Andrew) answered I asked him for the corp.# he then hung up the phone on me.I know of the lady that franchises this store,I wouldnt exactly call her a people person. She must hire the same kind of mgrs.As long as I have worked in the food industry I have never been talked to like this.I will drive a good distance to go to another Subway from now on.Franchised or not I would be careful of who might pull the Subway name around.Lots of people looking for a job!Please a couple extra miles to go to a friendly Subway is not a problem for myself.Hope u feel the same to avoid this Subway!

I know you don't care that your stores are stealing their emplyees wages by not paying them for the hours that they work.I know this because we called and you said that you don't get involved. Well I think you better!!!!Once again I mention the store in Michigan #16286 that is still not paying the correct hours to their employees even after they were reported to the labor board.But I guess since you are reaping the rewards of this you wouldn't want to step in-- not only at this location but the many other that are on this website that are reporting the same activity.
    I am doing my best to spread the word to not frequent any of these stores. Too bad you can't do your best for the people, who in the end, work for you!!!!!

  24. I work for store number 46000 in sparks N.V. I have been instructed by my manager Victor to write fake temps in the temp log sheet. I found this to be quite unsafe. I also was asked to not throw away bread even if it was past 11 and from the night before. Also on Valintines Day, my boyfriend (im gay) brought me in flowers, then I was asked to go home. 2days later i was fired through a text msg. via mobile phone. I saved my text. I didn't receive my check until today (3 days late). I was given no reason, and yes I know they don't have to. I feel discriminated against, and i would like this to be handled so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Otherwise i will file a report with the department of labor.   25. Store #52626 has problems. The manager is mentioning that all employees are close to overtime except my friend. He is the only male there and he gets to work 12 hours a week if that. Now she has scheduled him for days that he cannot work and he is having to take an F on a college assignment because she said he had to work or get fired. Also I have gotten a kids meal with milk and the milk had expired 3 months ago. I went in one day to get a footlong for Februany and the manager rang it up at regular price and when I mentioned it she very rudely said she would not redo it. The manager there is very sexist she lets all the females do stuff that the only male does not get to do. I feel that if you do not look into this then there will be a law suit brought against the company due to this so called manager who has no idea what she is doing. I have been a manager for 2 years and I know that she is not doing her job right.

  26. the subway in greensboro nc #1919 needs some one to go check on them to my son was hired on a mnday and worked but the manager did not have him to do any paper work or fill out any tax papers .He ask about it but they act like they did not hear him.he works till friday and off saturday and sunday and was told to come in monday 12p-3p but at 10:30 am on monday the manager or what is suppose to be one calls him and says oh we are not busy so you did not need to come in.I went by there and yes they was busy.so i dont get why she did that .so he goes in tuesday and works 12p-3p and is told the schedule is not done but nanacy the manager will be calling to let him know what he works well she never calls then on tonite 2-22-12 at 8:30pm she calls him and tells him sorry but you are not what we are lookig for you are to slow and we watch you on camera and did not see what we was looking for.they said he was to nervous and slow ,what do you inspect when this is his first job of course he is going to be nervous also you get nervous to when you have several people telling you several different ways to how to do a sub and are telling you that the person that showed you the day before showed you wrong.also the so called manager was and is never around so how can you talk to them and when you try to call her she does not return your phone calls.SOME NEEDS TO GO TO THESE SUBWAYS AND SEE WHAT S THE MANANGERS PROBLEM YOU DONT CALL SOME ONE AND LET THEM GO OVER THE PHONE AND YOU DONT HAVE SEVARAL PEOPLE TRAINING SOMEONE THEIR SHOULD BE ONE PERSON TRAINING THE NEW PERSON SO THEY CAN GET THE ROUTINE DOWN.

  27. I read these complaints in hope that something will be done. I have just recently resigned my manager position at a store I loved. I loved my customers and my crew, but our district managers for that market are remarkably immature and unprofessional. I couldn't take the nepotism and the harassment any longer. I have been a manager forever, for several businesses and in several fields, and I never witnessed what I have witnessed in this company. I feel so bad that they have gone into my old store and torn it too shreds, mistreating the employees, calling them 'untrained' and they have never done anything right. (there are ore than a few that came to me trained by them) And anyone who has spoken on my behalf has been targeted for harassment and termination. Can 20 or so employees be wrong against 1 manager trainee and a district? Or is it that they can't comprehend a manager that was able to earn the respect of a crew and keep their loyalty. I have always had strong managerial theories on how managers should act-and they have never agreed with them. The manager should be the hardest worker in the room-and the manager should work to earn and keep the respect and loyalty of their crew. Period. I fear that if these "managers" are kept in their positions, that this market is going fail.

  28. I'd like to see Subways offer "Subs to Go". Waiting sometimes just takes too long. Some pre-made subs might satisfy a few people who don't want to wait in line, don't have the time or whatever. You could offer them for $1.00 cheaper and have condiments to go to put on them. Wow, what

  29. Someone should really check out the Subway in New Tripoli, Pennsylvania. They are all over the place, the manager does not do the orders correctly, and is always running ot of things. I also remember that for a long time they had a bug problem, and bugs flying around all the food. The girls bathroom is always out of order and they barely ever fix it. I have seen someone make food without gloves on. I agree with a lot of the posts, that the managers at Subway do not give raises at all, and have slacked on giving people their checks on time. Employees get yelled at for staying too long after night shifts with getting all the closing things done. I have also seen a girl working in a non Subway outfit, in regular clothes, hair done, and no hat. This place is a disturbing place to go into, it either needs new managers who can be responsible or for the place to jst be shut down.

I also forgot to mention in my comment for the Subway in New Tripoli, Pennsylvania that they charge for veggies, when clearly the sign says that you can get as many veggies are you want, this Subway does not allow it. If you want extra veggies you have to pay for it, even if you are getting a veggies salad, if you get too many, the boss says you better charge. they also want you to charge for more than one sauce you put on your sandwhiches. Isn't this wrong?

    i spoke with corporate subway three times within one month asking to have speak with the owner of this subway and she refuses to contact me. obviously she does not really care about her customers nor does she care she has lost a loyal, long-time customer. i will go elsewhere from now on and tell everyone i know how horribly this franchise is operated.

  32. I am writing to ask if you will ever be getting Gluten Free bread in your subway stores so that people who have alerges,or are eating it for just eating health. Right now the only thing people can eat that have alerges is your salads. My husband I eat at Subway at least 2 to 3 times a week and more in the summertime. I am hoping you will take this into consideration so others besides my husband can enjoy your wonderful sandwhiches. Thank you for your time!

  33. Hi. I work at a subway in Redford, Michigan. My managers are both really crazy... I have only been the for about a month and a half. The way they treat their staff is ridiculous and they think its okay. I had just found out that one of my managers and a co-worker thinks i'm racist because i don't communicate with them(they are from India and i'm African american). My other manager is the same race as them and i don't have a prom with him at all. And its not just me that have a problem with them, the rest of the staff and customers feel the same way.. I just wish that you could like send a undercover supervisor to our restaurant so that they could see how they treat the staff and customers aswell.

  35. We tried to call in an order at the Subway in Smithville, TX. They said they were not taking orders over the phone right now. It was about 3:00pm when we called so I know the noon rush was over. My wife was so angry she went and chewed them out. That will be our last experience with Subway ever. If you make enough customers angry, you will have no customers.

    Just watched TV show The Pitch last night with my 15 year old son. FYI-rap music turns us off. White rappers like the idiot Mac whatever, from the episode, suck even bigger. We are your average family customers. The Zambie pitch was 100 per cent more appealing, and the women who said it was not good just because it had no food attention in it should be fired. That could be tweeked and it was a shock how you dumped that for the idiot rap ad.
    Your immediate competitors here in So. Cal are Jersey Mike's and Quizno's. Most Subway's here are staffed by non-whites who typically have all the friendliness and CS skills of a dirty dish rag. Most times they are indifferent and outright assholes to the customer. The aforementioned competitors, by comparison, are always happy, welcoming, engaging, and usually non-ethnic. You might want to connect the dots on that.
    Let me be annoying and use caps with hopes that it will sink in: NO MATTER WHAT ADS YOU USE ON TV TO REACH ME AND YOUR MARKET, IF THE PERSON WAITING ON ME IS AN ASSHOLE, I WON'T COME BACK. NOT JUST TO THAT STORE, BUT ANY SUBWAY LOCATION. And as far as your recent decision with McKinney-
    Just think Trayvon/Zimmerman/Hoodie/White Rap/Thug/Stupid Ad Campaign/Appetite Killer.

      Call the number for head office. Make a complaint. if it is a genuine complaint, head office will pass the complaint to the relevant store/franchisee and they handle it.
      I don't know where you're getting four different numbers from.
      If it's easier for you, you could always go to the actual subway website and fill out a feedback form.

  38. Yeah I know how you feel my store manager had us working off the clock and cutting our hours. Then all she wanted to do is talk about here lack of sex life and sleep with everyone in the store she didnt care who it was. She never gave raises but to herself she writes everyone up before there 90days so she doesnt have to give them raises she bi-poler and doesnt like to take her meds. And goes around snapping on everyone. she lazy as hell. all she does at work is sit at her desk and eat inless theres a guy comes in the store she likes then she goes up there has me make the food because god forbids she do somework today. Then she gives him his food for free because maybe she will get some for a 5 dollar sandwich. Yeah she a horrible manager. And her boss is to much friends with the girl to do anything about her so she stays and I go.

  39. The subway in Caldwell tx 77836 is the worst store I have ever been in. There is a worker there who has the best customer service I have seen in there. I watch the store manager and the owner chew her but while she was trying to make my food for things this person had no control over. I ended up just leaving without my food.That poor person was almost in tears. I saw this person outside of work because I have seen this there many times before so I asked if this person was okay and was told that they have no idea what to do number upon numbers has been called nobody seems to care. The store is nasty they yelled at her for doing the dishes right wash,rince,sanitize was told by the owner we only do that when a subway representative comes in. They don't clean under the boards the sandwitches are made on there are flys everywhere they leave bread out to thaw and flys end up all over it. I can guarantee no one I know will ever eat there again and I can not believe no will listen to this person says fills guilty feeding the public food from this store.I HAVE PERSONALLY CALLED TO GET THE NUMBER OF THE GUY THAT REPRESENTS SUBWAY AND WAS TOLD BY MARIA THE OWNER AND MARIA THE ASSISTANCE MANAGER AND BOTH RUFUSE AND SAID COMPLAINTS GO TO AN 18008884848 and still no one will listen. I am so disgusted I am thinking of going to the news since no one else wants to LISTEN or do anything.   40. I am an employee at store#45007 in Tucson, Arizona. This store is so out of wack! We have had 2 ManagerZillas!! The owner of our store really has a problem judging character. This manager treats all of us like its bootcamp. She yells at us in front of cutomers, and at one point it got so far to where she put her hands on another employee. The owner was notified and did nothing but cut the hours of the employee that was assualted. The whole thing was cuaght on camera! And the owner was on the phone with the employee at the exact time of the assualt. He had to have heard it . The manager still has her job like nothing ever happened. Something needs to be done about this mess. The woman cant even do the order or paperwork right or on time.

Than on top of it most of the franchise out of there are owned by none Americans! I dont understand this what so ever. Subway is really falling through the cracks and it really shows! I will never work for another subway in my life!!!!

  42. Before I begin, please note: I am not a disgruntled employee, ex or otherwise.. Nor am I a dis-satisfied customer.. I rather enjoy Subway Sandwiches.

    But, it came to my attention that there are issues in our Moore County, NC Subway's.. Nepotism is alive and well. A number of years ago, I couldn't be hired at a particular Nationally known Store, because.. My sister-in-law worked for the Same Company.

    Yet, I find that Subway doesn't have a problem with nepotism, seems like the State of NC does with their employees.. Now, with Subway, a Sister who is a District Manager, supervising her blood Sister who is a Store Manager? I guess its the ties that bind? Could well explain the talk of incompetency of the Store Manager

  43. I walked into this store. Ordered a footlong cold cut combo on a whole wheat roll with double meat. The guy says "WOW"- so I let that go.. he then passes the sub to the woman for veges. he then said "that thing weighs a ton"- he even came over and lifted it up and said "heavy!"- the woman then put my veges on it..she then stated " there is no way you can eat this in 1 sitting"- I felt embarrassed and the need to say- "Half today and half tomorrow!"- there were more comments made about the size of the sub -the word "HUGE" was used. I started to wonder why they were so obsessed with my order and if I was the one and only person that ever ordered a footlong sub with double meat?? I then said to them.."its 2 meals for the price of one!" at this point _ I was getting angrier by the minute... How dare they comment OUT LOUD while other customers looked on! This is totally non professional and inappropriate. and someone needs to educate the employees on customer service and rudeness! I told this story to a few friends- they actually suggested I write to the paper and/or call the local news... Please to not dismiss this complaint. It should not have happened to anyone- ever. I cant even imagine if this was said to an overweight person - how horrible would it make them feeL?? Subway's whole personna is HEALTHY eating... this is what I just do not understand... Please forward this to a manager. thank you for your time.

  44. I was in the Clarkston Washington drive through for 40 minutes! 6 cars left during that time. Walk-ins came and went with their sandwiches. The person welcomed me and said he would be right back. I walked to the window and they didn't know anyone was there.There were four cars in line. So my order was taken - one footlong. ten minutes later the guy took my order again because they lost it! Another ten minutes. This is not the first offense with the Clarkston store. I wont be back. I will go to the closeby Lewiston Idaho store...

  46. I went to the Subway on 2nd Ave South, Lake Worth, Fl. @ 5PM
    and ordered the new BarBQ chicken. The clerk said they didn't have any, although the menus avertised it. So I then
    ordered the meatball w/bacon, and he said the meatballs were
    in the microwave thawing. Several years ago I had complained about this same store not having ingredients on hand, and they did well for awhile. Now they are back to being
    unprepared and inadequate. And it was suppertime!!

  49. I work at store #46676, and I am more than upset with the working conditions there. They have cute everyones hours rediculously short, my hours are eleven hours a week right now. They make us work off the clock. There is an AC leak that has not been taken care of, it look through out the whole store, and then the workers get introuble for the ground being wet. The air conditioning closet is filled with water about eight inches high. Also, our soda machine has been leaking since I began working there, therefore, when people dumb out their drinks in it, a huge brown sticky puddle daily fills around the area of the cash register where our customers stand, where they have to stand in it. On multiple occasions, people have made mis-calculations on the money in the cash register, and my co-worker has had to pay money out of her personal pocket, just to avoid trouble, when she isn't even the one making these mistakes. On multiple occasions, my boss has called me ten minutes before i'm supposed to go in and told me to come in later. People have to be rude to each other just to save themselves from getting introuble, when it's clear the workers are trying their hardest, although i feel working there is costing me more money than it is saving. Now I don't think the hours issue is my boss' fault, as much as it is whoever owns the franchise. She doesn't like how she has to be to us, but it happens. When we are at work, we are being talked to with much dis-respect, yet we wish we could work more, because the hours we are given' is so bad. I am not pleased with this job at all, and i really hope all subways are not like this. Thank you for your time.

  50. The new owner of The West Market Street store in Greensboro, NC has lost quite of few customers in the past week. He raised prices, and got rid of the best employees he had at the store. He stood behind me in line and questioned the manager on how many slices of meat were on my sandwich. Really? Is this how you want to run a business? Granted, by $10 to $15 a week is not going to break him, but I think negative advertising might just do it.

  51. I frequently visit the Subway store number 28920 on 777 E. Thunderbird Rd. Suite 104 Desert View Square Phoenix, AZ 85022. I have yet to have a pleasant experience at that location. Unfortunately because of my work, that is my closest Subway. There are two women and at times, an older gentleman who work there who are extremely rude. I am not sure of their names due to no name tags.



    They never greet, they always seem very irritated when giving special requests, they never respond to any questions, or even talk at all. This is also coming from other employees from my work place. I really enjoy Subway, and I find I avoid it for this reason. I thought I would pass on my concerns.

  53. AVIOD Chimney Rock, & Brasewood location in Houston, Tx. Employees are extremely RUDE!!! No greet when you walk in, made me wait without saying anything , pointing, laughing, & speaking Spanish while again pointing. Made both sandwiches wrong. When a manager walked in, & I told her after realizing my sandwich was not what I wanted. I literally got a mug from an employee standing behind the manager. Called corporate three times, & to no avail on behalf of the manager at the store who said she was going to send some (Vouchers)...well let's just say TWO MONTHS later I'm still waiting:(!

If someone else comes in they will stop with your sandwich and start on the other people. Then you can't get anyone to ring up your purchase when it is finally finished. In this TV ad, a fire station chief STEALS ANDS EATS the avocado sandwich of a male subordinate while a female coworker looks on. The food thief/bully smiles as he eats what isn't his and ignores the protests of the food owner. What is wrong with your company to approve advertising by people who can't develop a better theme than a food theft by a bullying boss? What are you really advertising, Subway? What are you teaching Americans about bullying? Is this an ad about your product or about how rude and hateful people can be to each other while pretending such behavior is humorous? Consumers should boycott your company until it can advertise its food products instead of bullying! And when u order tuna all the Indian lady is worried bout is to ask customer if they want extra tuna for a dollar! When I really got half of what they suppose to put on thee sandwiches, on top of that I got food poisoned from subway, this is it for me. I had my last subway yesterday! So disappointed!

I was working another employee in the evening twice and she took money using my numbers on the register which is listed on our schedule next to my name and one of the times she clocked out first and our district manager told me it was under investigation by the "authorities," i can't return back to work til it's done and she still has the footage that could clear my name that I didnt do it, it's been 4 days and she won't return my phone calls and I've spoken to the police about it. What the hell.

  63. i went to subway on 8-18-12 the works were no were to be found after 10 min one came out i ordered 2 nacho and cheese one had some cheese the other one little drop. i went up to the counter to ask if they can fix that she said nop it will be 30 cents extra and walked away i asked for a manerger she said we dont have one she stared to yell and telling me that im lieing and thos kids or what ever they are are lieing. Wow thats all i can say i hope they fix that and for everyone to know its the subway in the walmart so just watch out service is bad .... never again its the one on post rd warwick ri 02888 in the Walmart.

  64. i live in gonzales, texas there are not many eatery to choose from but i have been going to your subway in for some time now. the owner/manger i have seen yelling a his employees in front of customers. i order your chicken sub the employee was in the middle of making the sandwhich and he pulled the chicken off my sub and said he had to rewhiegh it while i waited then he came back out with a much smaller tray of chicken not only is that rude by a waste of mine time to do his money saving on my time. he has also pull his one of two employees away in the middle of making my sub to restock the bread and then when she stock for two or three trays of bread i am still standing there my sub half made she trun to a man whon just walked in and started making his order pushing mine aside he has over charged me a number of times and then when i question it he just gives me the total not by the item by item if this is what you like standing for your company i think it speaks poorly of your corporation

  66. the subway you dont want to go to is the subway at Subway Store # 24981 800 Foxcroft Ave Box 101, Martinsburg, WV 25401, USA 1 304 262-6600 cause i saw the owner drop the knife on the floor and pick it up and put it back with the other clean knives and when i said are you going to clean it he said oh yes sorry and he grabbed it and put it in the back and he tried to serve me one other day wheat bread with mold all over it and he said its just a little bit he could cut it off if i wanted and their cookies had some of the string left in it from the cookie sheet cause they were bringing the fresh cookies out and i saw it and they put it around back and then when i left to sit down at the table about 2-3 minutes later they put it back out front to sell i now refuse to eat at subway its discusting i would rather eat at sheetz or duncan donuts they probaly have standards to running a store

  67. My store was sold to another owner 3 weeks ago. The new owner wanted this store and his other business on the same payroll schedule. So he promised us a 1 week pay this past Tuesday. Here it is Friday and still no paycheck!!!!!!! Btw this would be our reg day to get paid for 2 weeks. Now there is more delay and he will give us 1 week pay tomorrow..( maybe, since we have all been scammed this week so far.).WTF????? It's another example of rich taking from the poor!!!!!!

  68. I am a former employee of Subway in Okc, Oklahoma . I have to say I was told I was hired on to help the night crew get better organized . I was trying to help, but when you don't get the proper training as to how they do things at that location, you cannot help . I have prior Subway experience as a manager, but this store is not receptive to the feedback they were asking for . They wanted to know why they had so much turn over . I told them it was because one of the employees was degrading others in front of customers and fellow employees . All this was not taken seriously , so I chose to leave Subway and hope to never have to work there again. My experience is that they need owners that care about what goes on in their stores. Not only for the employees , but for customers as well. I truly loved my job at Subway, but I am not going to be degraded and disrespected at their expense.

    My friend was hurt at work at a Subway in Rochester, MN, and as a punishment, they have her sitting on the street corner holding a sign. If the temps were over 95 degrees this summer, then her boss would let her come inside. She's also allowed to come inside if it rains hard. My friend is 68 years old. Now with winter coming, it sounds like they still plan on keeping her outside.

    I've tried contacting Subway Corporate, but haven't been able to get through. I can't beleive they allow this kind of stuff.

  70. I am an x employee of subway. This is a FYI for corporate. your manager has harassment issues and sexual harassment issues. I was confronted in front of the other employees and asked if I was gay. I was harassed more than once. Today I was terminated over the managers sisters facebook account. You may want to look into this before you get a law suit. I am a nice guy,not gay and not willing to persue this any further. By the way I got a better job the same day. Thank you for your time. Your store is located in Payson utah. Patty terminated me through a facebook APP and Cami has the harassment issues.

  73. I live in San Diego California, I'm 65 and have been eating at Subway shops ever since their inception. Yesterday I was given the skimpiest tuna sandwich I have ever received (ever) at a Subway in Santee, CA. A foot-long, four scoops of tuna and two were two-thirds full. Does anyone know if this is the correct way to make a foot-long tuna fish sandwich? Do employees get bonuses if they can get away with serving less to make the shop more money? When I got home and ate this travesty of a sandwich, the taste of bread was predominant. Needless to say; if this is now the norm, I have probably ate my last Subway sandwich.   74. I am a ARMY VETERAN (25yrs) food service. I'm asking all veterans to Stop eating at Subway 906 Crossings Blvd Hopewell Virginia 23860. Yes, the Subway next to Fort Lee Virgina, #(804)452-1581. It is unhealthy, unsanitary, and can cause severe sickness. I used to eat at Subway 3x a week, until 2 weeks ago. I ordered two sandwiches from that Subway,both sandwiches were rotten, and had a foul odor. I called, informed the employee, brought both sandwiches back for my $12 refund. He said " the bacon wasn't cooked that's the problem". HUH? The employee called the owner/manager, I talked to her on the phone and she told me to come in the next day. The next day I came in, talked to the owner/manager, she said she looked over the 2 full sandwiches I brought back and she have to call her Boss (huh? she said she was the owner, so who's her boss). Then she "said sorry can't refund you your money because the sandwiches were good, it's the juices off the sweet peppers that made it smell bad. REALLY! She made my sandwiches, she's the manager/owner, who's checking these places out. The flatbread smelled so bad, I had to wash my hands with bleach to get rid of the rotten smell. I will never eat at Subway. I'm a retired (25yrs)foodservice United States Army Veteran, I know the difference between a fresh sandwich and a rotten/ spoiled sandwich. I've written the better business bureau, I've called the health department, and I'm contacting channel 12 news.
    Since the head person at Subway don't want to respond, twitt, Facebook , utube them until they listen. Consumers have the power to shut any business or corporation down. We stop bank of america from adding additional fees, we changed the seating on buses (1955) by boycotting. Stop eating at Subway, send your complaints to the stars that do the commercials. I am, they should know what they are representing.

  78. I worked at a store in kankakee, Illinois. They called me two days after my second interview and told me top come into orientation after I was given online class. After I had finished I turned them in straight away it took less than a week. After that it took them 3 weeks to call me to come in the following week I worked a total of 3 days 1 hour each day I never worked on a single sandwich they had me cleaning the whole time. The next week on Sunday I went to check my schedule and realized I wasnt on it. So I called to talk to my boss she refused my calls. The following week my name was completely gone from the schedule . I repeatedly called still she refused my calls. When payday came I called to make sure it was payday the girl said it was she asked my name I told it to her and she told me that I need to bring in my uniform before I could have my check. She want a boss she was simply an employee. She apologized to me she said she thought I had talked to tiffany,the boss, I explained that I hadn't and told her about the schedule. Tiffany neverfired me the employee did it for her not even realizing until after. When I got my check it was $50 short for the class I took online. She said she wouldn't give it to me because I was only on the payroll for a week. I was a minor only 17 so I took my mother in. They were so mad they thought I was some dumb kid that was going to work for free and just leave $50 behind when your a kid that's a lot of money. They insisted that I'd be a lost and never get another in like if I had my mom fight my battles but I was a minor so I could have my mom fight them. I believe I was fired because of racism I was the only Mexican. The owners soon worked there and he looked at me like I was disgusting. I'm not gorgeous but many say I'm very pretty girl

  82. the subway that i recently worked at does alot of drug deals in the back of the store. i was fired for staying clocked in for an hour after i left so that i could make up for an hour that i forgot to clock in on a previous day. i told the owner that the rest of his employees frequently stayed clocked while sleeping on thee job, doing drugs in the back, or leaving to go to the gas station. i want to file a complaint as well because the owner has an empty fire extinguisher and he never wears gloves when he preps the food (which he does everyday morning and afternoon)he alo never takes temps he just makes them up. the compliance man is a friend of the owners and always gives him a break on what is wrong. the boss doesn't pay overtime at all. one week i worked 43 hours and my paycheck didn't have any overtime on it (we get paid every two weeks.)another thing that the owner does is change the dates on prep if the go bad. he literally takes a wash rag and a marker and rewrites the dates and times on the cambros. that is just wrong.i was going to file with OSHA abot this but i was still working there and was afraid to lode my job. now that i dont work therei have no qualms about the store closng down until health and safety is restored. im trying to find a contact source so that the store can actually get in trouble because there are alot of wrong things going on there.

  83. I went to Subway store number 39308 in savannah ga today. I was very very disappointed. I asked, for my child cant have bread if there was any way I could just have a piece of meat, and cheese. Of course she said yes, but said she would have to charge me for a WHOLE sandwich. I worked at subway when I was 15, and I don't recall ANYONE saying this to a customer. She said she didn't know how to ring it up, and that's why she would have to charge me for a whole. I then began to pay, instead of handing me my card back, she threw it on the counter, I asked her what her name was she replied "Im Jessica, the store manager" oh, so your the store manager but you don't know how to do customer service? I am very upset that this lady is a store manager, but does not know how to treat the customers. Ive been in customer service for over 8 years, and I would never treat someone like that. I will NEVER go back their again. You guys just lost a customer. horrible experience.

    i would like to let you know again. this shop still keep selling food without food licence now (from Oct 2012 to Now. 2013 Jan 19). They are no valid licence almost four months. It will be seriously damaging to your subway brand name.
    I'm report to the Hong Kong Food and Environmental Hygiene Department third times since Oct to Jan 2012, Now.

    The Officer also email me back and told me that they are already gave the shop fine couple time,

    but this shop manager dont care about it.So Please investigate it as soon as possible. And the shop staff is very rude to customers.

After messing up my order the manager had a nasty ass attitude with me, said our sand which was made right bc she REVIEWED THE FOOTAGE, pretty much called me a liar and hung up on us several times. Thats bullshit.

  88. I frequent the Subway in Mcgahysville Va frequently. I do not have the store number however. Management since they have opened seemed to be very reliable however I went in this week for breakfast and there was hardly any drinks available and the store has such a great decline in appearance. The new supervisor, as she was informing other customers, was not what if I would own a store who I would want in charge of my money and assetts. Will be taking my business elsewhere as not a place I want to be receiving my food from. Her clothes was covered in animal hair and she actually let it touch my food. At which time I asked for another sub to be made. Umemployment is a large issue right now and I know you can find a more suitable staff for your store.

He put the wrong Meats on my sandwich and I hated it! Didnt even eat but a bite! A WASTE of my Money!!! I asked what ALL meats he put on there and he said that he did'nt even know! Like WTF!   93. Sick of going into the Subway in Jametown S.C. having to hear Debra yelling at her asst. manager about the way the store looks. She rides this young lady everyday with something. She (Debra) needs to get up and do her job her lazy self. She is the most laziest MANAGER I have ever seen in my life. Very RUDE. Who ever is over her needs to open their eyes and get her out of the store. I nor my family will go back in there and listen to her yelling you can hear her through the whole store. Something needs to be done with her. There are to many family members that work there. This guy RAY is the most worthless person I have ever seen. He CAN NOT do anything in that store BY HIMSELF. He will never get the chance to fix anything for me again. HE DOES NOT have a clue on nothing that goes on in that store or around him. I'm not the only one that feels this way I am the one that is not scared to say something about it. It is my money that I'm spending and expect to go in a nice place WITHOUT hear DEBRA and her BIG MOUTH. Very SICK of HER. Hope someone will do something about her.   96. Subway store # 37689 located at 425 N Springfield Ave. Rockford, Illinois 61102 shows major business malpractice. To begin with the owners require new employees to work for three to five days as training without pay. The owners also pay their employees cash money under the table even though they are clocked in on the Subway time clocks. They do not pay for overtime and they do not give their employees breaks or lunch breaks. The owners require their employees to pay for mistakes and shortages out of their earnings. They require their employees to not only work long hours but they require them to work in both business they own which includes a BP gas station located next door. If the employees work at the gas station they are required to pay for gas drive offs and for any mistakes in the registers. The employees are treated with no dignity what so ever. I have personally witnessed the owner screaming and cussing at his employees. I am very confused on how Subway Corporate offices can not see what this franchise is doing. How can you have so many employees and not have any Subway payroll going out. I have been told that some employees are on payroll for a minimum of ten hours per week and the rest of their wages are paid in cash money. What is wrong with these corporate offices? Why has no one caught this? The owners of this franchise are evading many laws and not to mention taxes! I am not racist or a bigot in any way but unfortunately it angers me to see immigrants coming into this country and getting away with these sorts of business malpractices. I am a born citizen of this country and a tax payer and I am very angered by this situation.

  97. this is for subway in el paso texas on 1906 lee trevino. its being ran by the general manager whos not only a sexist, but a baby rapist. iv seen him on sex offender websites, and hes extremely rude to not only the customers but his female employees. he yells and calls them names. i notice he tries to act like hes playing around but the look on the employees faces tells another story. i can also tell that theres alot of favoritsm at this store. i am a customer on a daily basis and am getting sick of going to this location where its being ran by some over wieght nazi. something better be done about this guy before the whole store gets shut down.

Managment advise the person (male or females) to lock the front door and go out the back. Really!!! So parents if your child works for them and closes at night you may want to ask them who is there with them. Subwsy do you care about your staff?? I don't think so.

  100. Not sure what store number but the manager at the Irby store in Florence SC is very inconsiderate and overall inhuman. She degrades her employees and even tell them to report her because she knows nothing will happen to her. She is a wolf in a sheep's coat. I have heard her call her employees out their name and all. She made the statement "...go tell the cooperate office and see how far that will get you.." after yelling in one of her employee's face. I wanna see how valuable your customers and.employees really are. According to her; managers seems to be highly favored. Im not sure what kind of circus Subway trying to run but those.employees there are getting mistreated....IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. She wants them to be fast. Only 3 workers works at a time. Subway franchise is being represented poorly and are inhuman to their employees. Its clear.you dont care I see all of the other complaints about subway and their managers. Once this petition get started we will see who will be beard. Media play will be a major option.

  101. 2215 60th Ave East Ellenton, FL 34222 is by far the worst subway ever. I went in and ordered food for my family for the $5 footlong specials and there was an employee who tried to correct me when I told her that I wanted a footlong club and she only put 2 turkey, 2 ham, and 2, roastbeefs and I used to work at an subway and tried to correct her (Betty I bleive is her name) and she was so rude and tried to correct me. I thought the customer is always right is a motto most go by but not this woman. My visit yesterday (9/19/2013) will b one of my last. The new girl whom I only seen a few times here was very very helpful and apologized for the rude woman. My visit was at 10 am and the other girl I for got her name had dark red hair was so helpful I dont know how this girl could work with such a rude person and she was also very rude to the other amployee My family and I and I am also going to tell my friends about this and hope this business loses a lot because I am a hockey mother and have a lot of business at J.P and we would usually visit this location. Not any longer will this happen. The lady was so rude and disrespectful to the customers and the other girl working. She was short with glasses and I believe her na,e was Betty. I was so discusted with the service I recieved I no longer wanted to eat!!! The other girl needs to be applauded for her wonderful customer service and effort even working with such a rude person.

It seems subway has a habit of not honoring coupons in South Carolina at least by the beach I called your corporate headquarters and spoke to Melissa she took all my information and said someone from corporate would call me back. Instead I got the assistant to the owner and the answer he gave was simple the owner owns 26 stores in the Myrtle Beach South Carolina. and he doesn't give a shit about the coupons put out and the people who visit these stores. Well I am one of many that will let Walmart know that there store supports a company that does not honor their ads either on TV or in a coupon book of which I own 3. But no worries the 11 Sub places around the college campus of Costal Carolina University have picked up business. My next stop is there to inform them of how you operate a business along with the newspaper and TV. they may or may not chose to run the story I will keep after it in other papers like the surge and city paper. I am sure that arbys and others will love the publicity that you generate for them

If Subway does back round checks on people than why did the Subway in Loup City, Nebraska hire a criminal that was in the state pen for stealing from a past employer and dealing Drugs (Meth)? but 2 weeks before being hired there she applied at the Subway in Ravenna Nebraska and was turned down due to her back round check. She got hired at the Loup city, Nebraska Subway as Manager? does this make any sense? How is this possible? Yet after being hired at Subway here in Loup City, Nebraska she started posting on Facebook about how at one Subway she didnt pass the back round check but she did at the Subway in Loup City, Ne. Other postings she has made on facebook is any one looking for a job? She has posted how she will fire employees to make any openings for her friends to have a job there. WTF is that? Does Subway really need some one like that managing a Subway? So disappointed in Subway Right Now!

  107. Watching a recent episode of "Undercover Boss" featuring your head of development, I was surprised to see that the company openly practices age discrimination. Specifically, one of the featured managers disapprovingly commented -- before she had even seen the "new guy" -- "Oh, he's an older person. He's going to be slow." Again, this is before she'd *even seen the man.*

    Needless to say, this kind of prejudgment is the essence of discrimination. As an over-50 person who's seeking a job, I found this incident unfair and discouraging.

  108. A Subway manager Tim Pafford that works at 24 Hwy and Nolan Road in Independence , Missouri make comments on a memorial posting for a fallen police office that rejoiced in his death. Independence Police Officer James Lockard was killed by a fallen tree while hunting. Mr Pafford posted on the memorial where the officer's friends were grieiving about how God must believe in "Karma" by killing the officer.......If he is still working at Subway next week I know no police officer in this area or family members will ever eat there again.

I was told by every employee and the manager Tamera Russell to stand up for myself also may of the employees are doing very disgusting things.. which I am willing to elaborate on at any time for you. also is it ok to hire someone with a criminal background who had just gotten out of jail the day before she was hired and is it ok for the manager to hire family members and friends? I have been written up every other day since I've stood up for myself for things that are un true.... I am willing to proceed after this final attempt to get help by sewing the whole branch of subway because clearly theylet anyone run a subway even if they don't know what they are doing I will continue to tell people my story until something gets done

  113. I live in bothell Wa and have watched the $5 foot long commercials which air on out local Comcast channels. I was returning home from shopping in Everette WA with my wife and daughter. (20 minutes north of our house.) I looked for stores participating in the $5 dollar promotion Driving down the main road (Hiway 527), We passed SUBWAY restraunts and stopped to buy dinner. We stopped at 6 SUBWAYS each was running it's own special, each SUBWAY had different prices. NO SUBWAY was offering the $5 dollar deal. We ended up spending over $25 dollars for 3 sandwiches. I could have taken my family to a sit down dinner!
    My daughter wanted a meatball sub, but the Bothell location we finally gave up and bought dinner from had not gotten around to cooking up the meatballs!! One girl was working, the 2 young male employees were eating their dinner at the subway table, where customers would have sat, but since your employees were eating there, they could not. We encountered more than one customer who were as frustrated as we were. They were looking for any SUBWAY running the $5 dollar deal that was in a couple miles of our neighborhood. I spent $10 in gas to try to buy $15 of sandwiches and your teeny bopper employees are eating at the one table available and your one working employee didn't have the food available. (We were told if we wanted to wait 15 minutes, meatballs could be warmed up.)

    This was costly to me, My family enjoys hot-dips, fresh food, and when we all get the chance to get together (usually once a week) we like have a good meal.

    This was not a good meal, this was not a good experience, this was not the affordable advertised meal, when employees are sitting at the tables customers should be able to sit at, and, when the kids running the place don't have food to serve, You are doing bad business.

    It does not matter to me if your SUBWAY is a franchise or corporate ran business, I expect the logo to mean consistancy.

    Seattle washington is known for Dick's resturants and Ivars resturants, There are no more than 6 of each but the food is always good, available and if you spend $20 for 3 people you are bringing leftovers home.

    I couldn't even provide my family with the meal they wanted, because your staff is unmanaged and your stores don't honor the head office, If they don't think much of the coporate office why should the customers?


    I am pretty upset and out $25 of a good meal and have better treatment from McDonalds (and at least if the food is on the menue-they have it to sell.) Their franchises respect the coporate office and offer advertised deals.

    I don't feel that the management really understands how to treat customers so I am going to come out and demand good treatment.

    I would like my $25 refunded, and not in coupons, I would like the money. So I can take my family out to the meal they missed. And then you can send someone out to train your employee's.

    On this busy Wednesday morning I wanted to purchase a cup of coffee from this Subway before starting my nearby job at 07.00. I paid $1.74 for it by clerk Jessica Plascen. The coffee dispenser was empty, so I told Jessica Plascen that I could not get my coffee. Without saying anything, she disappeared in the back, I had to wait for her to come out again. after a while she came out with a filter in her hand. I was in the hurry just as everybody was in the hurry this morning, except SUBWAY's employees. I told Jessica Plascen that I did not have time to wait for coffee making, I told: give my money back. She ignored me and proceeded with making coffee. I repeated four times, raising my voice, she acted as if she could not hear me. Two other employees, at the back of the store obviously could hear me because they started yelling that Jessica Plascen did not deserve talked like that. When she continued ignoring me, and I demanded my money back, the two other clerks started shouting "call the police". Not only I did not have time to wait out coffee making, I could not allow to jeopardize my job for being late. I had to leave SUBWAY with a paid coffee, that I never received.
    This store is said to be open 24 hours. When I entered, chairs were on the top of tables, the store had the impression that it was closed. Coffee was not available for customers, yet the store/Jessica Plascen was selling it. Jessica Plascen's face make up was perfect, and she perfectly behaved as a queen, only customer service in any businesses needs serving employees, and not queens, and queen's supporters.
    I wonder what the three employees were doing in the store as for work, when the store displayed the closed image.
    I demand my money back, demand firing the three employees who cannot keep the store open and functioning.
    BOYCOTT SUBWAYS!!

This has been the worst job i ever had, the manager here Yulia G. is disrespectful, selfish and rude towards the employees, when i first was hired i informed her that i was starting school and i will not be able to work Mondays and Wednesdays. I turned in my two week notice on April 15th 2014.The schedule of 4/16-4/22 she had scheduled me on Monday and Wednesday. I called on April 15th on the store phone and told her that i cant Monday and Wednesdays because i have school and that another coworker was filling in for me on that Wednesday and she said to me that she THOUGHT i was out of school and i reconfirmed with her that i was not. The next schedule for 4/23-4/29 was posted , it was the same exact schedule as the one last week of 4/16-4/22. I confronted her again today asking why the schedule the way it was. she then said that she made that schedule two weeks ago , when the schedule says on the bottom it was just made last week on 4/16, She then said she didn t know and i did no inform her. I Sensed that she was upset and she started “mistakenly” bumping into me and on line as i was getting a sub roll for a customer out the bread cabinet she took the door and slammed it. My original date to finish subway was April 28th, Today i have made it my last day,the time i have been working there she has been a horrible manager, she does not help on the line unless corporate is there and she will sit in the back on her phone.When i turned in my two week notice she told everyone in the store, which i thought was supposed to be confidential. I feel that she needs to be evaluated because she does not respect her employees and she takes her personal feelings about you and cuts your hours for no reason that relates to the job. There have been many times where she has left rude notes in the store for us to read and even has called a few employees using profanity. Overall this job been the worst job i ever had i have been told by other employees and managers at subway that i am a great worker and for 7.75 i don't deserve this kind of treatment from anyone, especially a manager. also i have 3 years of food service experience and was getting paid the 7.75, it does not make any sense.   129. I am writing this letter to SUBWAY Corporate office in hopes that I may get a situation resolved with your store # 6200 in Mojave California. I am the father of one of your employees and am alarmed by the mistreatment of the employees at this store. My son was forced under threat of termination of his job to sign a meal waiver. When my son refused to sign this meal waiver his hours were cut. My son was sent home early and he was written up for not being available on his scheduled day off, when he was called in to work without proper notice. My son is under weight for his size and needs his meal breaks and regular 10 min breaks that are guaranteed by law in California after working 3.5 hours. My son has been an employee for over 3 months at this store and has never once clocked out for a lunch break. He and all employees should have the right to choose whether or not to sign with out dourest of termination of their jobs. He is also under constant threat of termination by the owner of the store. He had a conversation with another employee about meals and break times and was told he was argumentative and would be fired if he didn't do what he was told. They repetitively said they do not have to give breaks unless you work 5-6 hours, when the law in California clearly states that a 10 min break must be given after 3.5 hours worked and a 30 min lunch after 5 hours worked.   130. Is there any truth that Subway will stop selling bacon and ham because it offends Muslims? If so I will never eat at Subway again. We need to stop the insanity millions of people in America love bacon and ham. I am sick and tired of companies, schools and politicans bending over backwards for Muslims.   134. I live in pacific mo. And the owner of store #6217 keith bruns said it best. Subways corporate office knows about all the stuff that goes on in his stores as well as others. They just dont care any. I know if i was making the kind of money that they do i wouldnt care either. I got spoild food from the store and after trying to reach a manager for 2 weeks i was informed that subway does not keep management in store and that if i received spoild food that it was my fault that they dont do there job. All in all subway how about a cock meat sandwich u cock gobblers. i for one will b boycotting this chain and for all who read this i suggest u do the same

If you all want to see disrespect and a worthless owner of a subway shop go ahead and visit store# 26933 It is in Canton, Pennsylvania I believe is the store number, The owner is mean and calls her employees rude names such as retard and stupid. She will scream at them even if there are customers in the store. We hardly ever see the owner but you best believe she is horrible person. I have been in there during lunch and supper rush and she allows her minor children to run around that store and do what ever they want. The one is about 2 years old, and she pulls things off the shelves, and gets under foot I have seen this little girl almost get burnt time and time again. The older girl is about 10 years old the owner allows her to make subs for customers, and she is allowed to ring them up. No matter what the mess is that these children make, the employees are made to clean up after these kids. And the owner is NEVER in uniform, your lucky if the clothes she does have on covers her body, She is just all around mean and nasty, she makes her employees serve customers rotten moldy vegetables, she blames everything on her employees, she has a male working there and he is always playing with his hair, he is nasty and rude to the customers, and he treats the other employees like they are all dogs, and they need to be his servant, His name tag says "JJ" and he has one that says "KANE" Multiple people have seen him steal from that store, WHY is he still there???? He smells bad, he is a slob, and NEVER washes his hands. IF ANY STORE gets investigated it needs to be the one in CANTON, PENNSYLVANIA and CINDY RIDALL needs SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!

  137. So I travel to Stamford, CT every now and then and enjoy the sandwiches at the Subway stor on my way back to home. A few months ago I went into the subway store on rt 15 NB, Merritt Pkwy in Fairfield, CT. to get a sandwich. This big fat black girl came out of the back room and waited on the hispanic woman behind me. I was first in line and I am white. I stated "I'm first in line". I was ignored by both and they continued on with her order. I left the store without ordering.
    One day this past week (Thursday 7/31/2014) I went into the same store. There was this mexican looking guy with a mustache behind the counter waiting on a hispanic male and his girlfriend. aThe hispanic guy hemmed and hawed for a little over 4 (four) minutes after I got behind him before he could decided which sandwich he could decide on. His large breated girlfriend kept rubbing up against him and stroking the front of his pants. (I guess that's just the way those people are) He finally decided on a pizza and the mexican was making it 'specially for the girlfriend 'cause she kept walking back and forth in front of me and asking for him to make it r e a l good. The mexican super-sized on the sauce and the amount of cheese. A hispanic looking woman came out from the back room and started cleaning the counters. She had "that look" saying she wasn't gonna wait on anybody. A hispanic boy came into the store and stood behind me. Just as this same big fat black woman came out of the back room the hispanic boy stepped to the right of me and without making eye contact with me the big fat black woman trained her eyes on the hispanic boy and said "can I help you". Ahain I said "but I'm first in line". They both ignored me and continued on with the order.

    I am a 55 year old white male, 5-10 and dressed in a white shirt and tie. Being the only white person in the store during both incidences, I can only conclude that white are not welcome at this particular store. I traveled to the subway store a little further North on the Merritt and ate there/

  139. In the UK Subway, stores have banned bacon and ham in 200 of their stores and are only including Halal meats (killed in an atrocious way) . Considering the UK is a predominantly Christian country this is so disgusting that they are bending to the Islamic rule which is still a minority (although probably not for long! I for one will not eat in a subway again because of this.

    (423) 743-0049.im sending this complaint on this subway and the store manager.today is 11-10-2014.the store manager hasnt been there but a month at the most.so far i have saw her talk to her employees like dogs.and thats just for asking for help.she wont help on the line unless corporate is there.and the food has went dwn hill a bit since the last manager.plus i see the new managers boyfriend-husband there all the time which i think is very unprofessional.on top of that she hasnt been there but a month and has lost a few employees cause of how she treats them.i went dwn there tonite and there was a girl worrking and she said she hadnt had but one day off in almost 2 weeks.and that everytime its almost time for her to get a day off the manager changes the schedule.thjats not right.there is a 21 yr old girl who knows nothin about life in control of people and their lives.i think something needs to be done about this.until something is done i will rally and get people to support me and put this subway out of business inless they get a new manager
