    1. I have been with allstate for three years with my 1999 GMC suburban. I had an accident where I was ran off of the road. Now, this video was recorded and when the claim agent saw it, they wasted no time to file a claim. Then the trouble starts. I have not had one problem with my transmission since I had my vehicle. I am the second owner. The field inspector stated that he didn't see how the accident caused my transmission to mess up but the first thing the claims adjuster said when he saw the video was " this might have to be totalled because of the age of the vehicle." This accident was in May 2016...one day after I got the inspection done so that I could get my stickers. If something was wrong with my vehicle then I would not have passed inspection. I had another accident on August 08,2016. Two vehicles cut in front of me when they made an illegal left u turn. I had to swerve into the left lane to try and avoid the accident but I couldn't. The blue vehicle came back over on me hitting my side view mirror and scratch my passenger side door which causes me to run into the median. The other vehicle fled the scene so when I tried to drive my vehicle home it just shut off on me. All of this is also on video. Once again my allstate agents in the claims department paid for everything except fixing my transmission or whatever is wrong with my vehicle to make it not run. They are once again saying "even though we see that your vehicle is running before the accident, we don't see how the accident caused the transmission to mess up. ".....ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS..... I am disabled, I have been using my vehicle to take my kids back and forth to school. I have been forced to walk to the bus stop, very on the buses with my kids and then walk them to school. Then I have to walk back to the bus stop to take the bus close to home just to walk back home and go to sleep because I am on meds. Then when I wake up I have to do it all over again. This have been for over a month and counting...DID I MENTION THAT I AM DISABLED AND I AM NOT SUPPOSE TO BE WALKING THAT MUCH....... Allstate insurance company have put my family in this situation and to this date, October 03 2016 they are still refusing to fix my v which I have lossed by now because laura Springsteen said that she would tow it to the transmission shop and OK for them to diagnose transmission to see if the accident could of caused it to mess up. But when her boss Jeff Billings told them not to do it then she lied and said that she just told me that she would tow it to the transmission shop....what she don't know is that I have the conversation on tape. If I have to take Allstate to court then I will be seeking $30,000.00 in damages plus an additional amount for the pain and suffering that this has put on my body and separate ones for my kids....this could of been avoided if they would of just did not breech their responsibility.

  2. Same issues with billing department: Howard and Dustin. Rude, disrespectful, hateful, holier-than-thou and obviously don't care about customers AT ALL. I would suggest going to State Farm - that's what I'm going to do. The are not the least bit concered nor do they care that they are losing my $150 monthly premiums.

As a Company your success is not based on public opinion but on public spending and as such one must be careful not to publicly expose your political standing by taking one side against the other but that is just what you did by pulling your ads from the Rush Limbaugh show. First of all I must say that I do not agree with the terminology that Rush used in discussing Ms. Flukes speech and I told him so but he is not the first person to use derogatory statements regarding women. I am sick and tired of the double standard that exists. If you are a Liberal then you can say whatever you want about whomever you want and it goes unnoticed but if your aren’t a Liberal and you do the same thing then Advertisers pull their ads. Why is that? Truth be told, if Companies pulled their ads every time someone said something that wasn’t up to their standards then there would be no ads and if there was fairness in doing this then that is how it should be right about now. Your actions have sent a message loud and clear to the American public and the results of those actions won’t be helpful in keeping your numbers in the black. When people listen to talk shows whether it be on the radio or on the Television they don’t always agree with what they hear but they continue to watch or listen and the fact that you pulled your ad won’t stop me or many other people from listening to Rush Limbaugh but it will stop me from purchasing your product and I’m not the only one. I am very disappointed in the stance you took. It’s your loss not mine!

  7. You have the freedom to advertise with whom ever you please. Thankfully, I have the right to buy from whom ever I please. That will not be you. I assume you made your decision based on your stockholder's interest. If that proves to be a bad decision, you have only yourselves to blame. If it works out to your betterment then good for you. If any of you attempt to come back, I hope he does not accept you as advertisers. BTW, as a student of the EIB Institute for Advanced Learning...shouldn't I be entitled to free stuff from you advertisers? Some of your products, "as you know, can cost a woman over $3,000 during law school."

  10. I have four vehicles, a boat, homeowners, and life insurance for my family with Allstate. My parents also have everything insured through Allstate as well. We are now shopping for a new company, because of the decision to drop Rush. Whether your company agrees with him or not, he has a lot of listeners, all of whom will no longer consider Allstate as an insurance company. This is the worst decision you could've made.

  13. Letter sent to allstate corporate because of mishandling by agent Lawrence, Nicole

    My vehicle was recently hit by an allstate insured driver. That individual was ticketed and allstate accepted responsibility for accident liability almost three weeks later (nice). My vehicle has been un-drivable for 5 weeks now and was being taken to trade in on another vehicle when it was hit. I took my vehicle to three different shops for a repair estimate and all three estimates were over 2100 dollars. Allstate has offered to cut a check for 1354.76 which is just over half the value of each of the three valid estimates. I do not wish to work with the allstate rep assigned to my case and am posting every comment and email by allstate on a website that evaluates insurance companies.

    I expect to be properly reimbursed for damages caused by an allstate insured and at-fault driver immediately. I have provided estimates of the damage and absolutely reject allstate’s low-ball and garbage estimate.

  14. I had a home robbery on august 1, 2012. Allstate has lied and treated us horribly! The investigator they hired got so mad at the police for their unwillingness to implicate my son that he called and filed a complaint against the officer saying he was 'holding up their investigation'-which they did not even start until a month after the robbery!!!! I filed a complaint with the Georgia insurance commissioner and the reply submitted by Allstate is full of lies. Lies I have extremely well documented. When Allstate called me to do a phone interview the FIRST question I was asked was 'it says you work for an attorney, it's not a personal injury type firm is it?'. At the time I thought it was strange to ask me that but now I know it's b/c they KNEW they were going to try and deny my claim. I'm SO glad I filed a complaint with the insurance commissioner b/c they were forced to put an answer in writing-lie after lie after lie. Allstate my family has suffered ENOUGH-please stop this now!   15. I too was with Allstate. Let me just say that I was lied to and I was refused information. My agent delayed a refund check. Not untill I threatened to call the Insurance Commission did I receive refund check. I am still going to notify them and then I will probably file a lawsuit. My personal experience with them leads me to believe that the agent and possibly all of Allstate are prejudice. From the very beginning it has been a nighmare

  17. Allstate provide really bad service to their customers. Last year and also this year, they totally messed up my billing statement. My house insurance is due on August 11 and I still have not receive my billing statement. On Friday, July 19, 2013 I called customer service to find out why I still have not receive my billing statement yet. I requested to speak with the supervisor and I was shock to find out that they send my bill to a third party (my mortgage company) instead of sending it to me. I am very disappointed and upset that Allstate never once told me or did they send me any notice letter to notify me that they will be sending my bill to my mortgage company instead of me. I am the one who is paying Allstate my home insurance bill and I should have every right to receive that bill statement in my mail instead of my mortgage company because they are not the one who will be paying that bill. It is totally lawfully wrong of Allstate not to send the primary owner the billing statement at all. If I did not call Allstate customer service on July 19, 2013, I can bet that by August 11, 2013, I still will never receive my bill because they totally mess up my bill and send it somewhere else. Right now, I am still waiting for them to reissue the bill to me and by the time that I will received it, I probably have less than 2 weeks before the due date. It is by law that every customers should be given plenty of time (at least 3 weeks or more) when they receive the bill before the due date. I totally do not trust Allstate with the ways that they handle my bills anymore. I would highly recommend people to please do not buy your car, life, home or any type of insurance at all with Allstate because they are terrible and they are suck for their services. I totally feel that I am not at all in good hands with Allstate at this point. They are TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!

  20. You have a Register supplier,Exclusivecalls - Exclusive Calls - Santa Rosa, Laguna - Telemarketing ...Exclusive Calls, Santa Rosa, Laguna. Philippines, they have been doing some very unethical practices to other suppliers that are register with you, and have been using factious Allstate agents emails, I was a victim of one of there schemes which Google security alerted me of them doing, they even attempted to send money with a fraudulent attempt to usury practices, even use discriminating gesture, that if it was not me and some other person they would be extremely mortified by this behavior, I am surprised that they are still a register supplier, they also have been selling your Allstate data list for the own financial gain, if you check into them you will find they do not have a legal register address in the USA. as they state on there website, claiming they have corporate office in Las Vegas Nevada, I went there personally and there is no such address nor are they even registered there, they don't pay taxes, operating a sweatshop call center in the Philippines, and from sources there they have not even paid taxes in that country. I do hope you check into this, because me and a handful are not the only ones whom be victimize by there practices using your Company Name. And falsifying your Allstate agents names by sending bogus emails with Allstate logos. They should be removed for you Supplier list immediately! I will report them to the Attorney General office. and BBB.

  21. Matt Turley, Taylorsville,Utah, is the WORST agent EVER. He's personable enough IF you can ever find him actually in the office. Usually all you get is a machine, waste your time with a message, which he rarely answers. Took me over a week to get to talk to him and he had to look up answer and call his brother for help on a simple auto renewal. DO NOT TRY HIM AS AN AGENT! There's plenty of real agents who know their business around. I've been with Allstate over 20 yrs, no more with Allstate, nor Matt Turley.

  22. Allstate took an unauthorized amount of money from my checking account, on Fri. 8-28-15 and it is still not back in my account. I have bounced check because of you. I have filed a complaint with the MA insurance commissioner and under the general law 93A. If my payment was late you would have cancelled my insurance , but its taken you so far 5 days, and my money is not there...... I think everyone should know where your 'Allstate "hands have been !!!

  25. What to do about an Allstate agent that has taken life insurance out on her dad, mom and ex-husband without there knowledge or aproval by forging their signatures? It's the agent at the Highland Heights, KY 41076 office. Insurance already paid out on her father. She's waiting for her mother to die to collect on that one. Collected on her ex-husband already too. she was already baned from banking for fraud.

  27. Last Fall I was comparing insurance prices with the coverage I currently have and have had with Allstate since June 2010. I emailed a quote from another company to my agent Justin Harkelroad in Fort Wayne, In and no response. Two days later I sent a follow up email requesting an answer and to this day he has never replied. I kept the Allstate Homeowner and Auto coverage I have with him. A few days ago I received a letter stating they are not renewing my homeowner's as of the upcoming renewal date in June due to "a tree or trees that are posing a potential hazard to my property". Firstly, I would have thought a phone call would have been more appropriate but based on previous experience, apparently Mr. Harkelroad does not like to communicate with his clients in that manner. Since I received the letter over the week end, I sent an email requesting he clarify which tree or trees as there is only one tree on my property and I was already in the process of getting quotes to have the tree trimmed back, which is periodically. When I received no answer by the following Monday I sent another email, requesting he provide this information. No response. I then sent a private message to him via facebook and now a day later he still has not responded and the message shows it was read by him as soon as he received it. I have never been treated so rudely or badly by an insurance company and have owned various homes for over 40 years. His agency has received many awards so if this is an example of a good Allstate Agency, it makes me wonder how the agencies Allstate considers on a lesser level operate. In the Winter of 2013 I called him regarding damage to my roof by a severe storm we had encountered and at first he said, they probably would not pay due to the age of the roof and that IF I opened a claim and decided not to go forward with it I would be uprated. I told him I would not go forward with the claim but he encouraged me to do so stating there was a good chance they would pay (a little contradictory, I think) so upon his advice I proceeded. The ceiling was damaged which is solid plaster, the roof on the house and they allowed for some repair on the garage. They allowed $1300.00 and total damage was well over $6000.00. The following year he raised my premiums 50%. With his lack of communication and extremely poor advice, I question how ethical and professional he is. Needless to say I will be going to another insurance company, since obviously Mr. Harkelroad does not need my business.

  30. Not a very happy customer, I love Round Table. I honestly order every other week. But for the price you think when I order a pizza specific to my liking they would get it right. I called and told them my order is messed up and they only offered 25% off my net order that is bull s****.
    The time before last when I ordered at the same location, I placed a order online for 3 ranch cups. The lady only handed me 1, and I nicely told her I ordered 3. She sat their and told me “No you only paid for one, it will be $1. “ So i went out to my car got my wallet, and my phone because it had my receipt on my email and double checked it and sure enough i was right. So I told the lady that I did PAY for 3 and she sat their and argued. Seriously over $3?
    And another story I just got my pizza delivered, the total was no more then $25, I handed the guy $40 and he lied and said they do not carry change for theft reasons, So i call to confirm… And they made the driver come back with my change.
    If my experiences don’t change I will make sure you go somewhere that knows what customer service is!!!

Surprised I'm getting emails for Sears Auto Center: My last visit to the Boynton center resulted in poor repairs that caused my car to come to an abrupt halt that could have caused us severe injuries had I not be traveling at a very low speed; the Boynton Beach auto center mechanics don't know what they are doing, and in the process putting lives in danger, and advise you to go elsewhere to get their mistakes corrected. They advised me to just drive the car when it was unsafe due to their repairs. They refused to correct the mistakes, yet and always coming up with something else that needed repair when it didn't. Another repair shop made the corrections at a low cost for me realizing the condition Sears left my car in. The Boynton Auto Center should be shut down for the publics safety. I will never come back again.

  35. On our June visit poor communication between counter and mechanic was the excuse for putting my family in what we were told was a safe car to drive in life threatening situations while taking our trip north. The Sienna would brake on its own while going into a turn.

    When arriving back to Redding in July, Lithia Toyota did not use any diagnostic equipment to test drive the van to make sure sensors were all working properly. The driver unknown whether it was a shuttle driver or mechanic reported that it happened to him twice. One of which he stated that it almost pulled him into a guardrail. Toyota's response was "we only use that equipment when we feel that it is warranted". ( excuse me but I feel my families lives are a warranted reason.)

    After doing some research I have found that this is a reoccurring problem these parts and should be recalled. Lithia Toyota is ignoring this situation and refuses to test vehicle properly as I was promised they would after returning from our trip, where we had over 40 malfunctions.

    1. I have been with allstate for three years with my 1999 GMC suburban. I had an accident where I was ran off of the road. Now, this video was recorded and when the claim agent saw it, they wasted no time to file a claim. Then the trouble starts. I have not had one problem with my transmission since I had my vehicle. I am the second owner. The field inspector stated that he didn't see how the accident caused my transmission to mess up but the first thing the claims adjuster said when he saw the video was " this might have to be totalled because of the age of the vehicle." This accident was in May 2016...one day after I got the inspection done so that I could get my stickers. If something was wrong with my vehicle then I would not have passed inspection. I had another accident on August 08,2016. Two vehicles cut in front of me when they made an illegal left u turn. I had to swerve into the left lane to try and avoid the accident but I couldn't. The blue vehicle came back over on me hitting my side view mirror and scratch my passenger side door which causes me to run into the median. The other vehicle fled the scene so when I tried to drive my vehicle home it just shut off on me. All of this is also on video. Once again my allstate agents in the claims department paid for everything except fixing my transmission or whatever is wrong with my vehicle to make it not run. They are once again saying "even though we see that your vehicle is running before the accident, we don't see how the accident caused the transmission to mess up. ".....ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS..... I am disabled, I have been using my vehicle to take my kids back and forth to school. I have been forced to walk to the bus stop, very on the buses with my kids and then walk them to school. Then I have to walk back to the bus stop to take the bus close to home just to walk back home and go to sleep because I am on meds. Then when I wake up I have to do it all over again. This have been for over a month and counting...DID I MENTION THAT I AM DISABLED AND I AM NOT SUPPOSE TO BE WALKING THAT MUCH....... Allstate insurance company have put my family in this situation and to this date, October 03 2016 they are still refusing to fix my v which I have lossed by now because laura Springsteen said that she would tow it to the transmission shop and OK for them to diagnose transmission to see if the accident could of caused it to mess up. But when her boss Jeff Billings told them not to do it then she lied and said that she just told me that she would tow it to the transmission shop....what she don't know is that I have the conversation on tape. If I have to take Allstate to court then I will be seeking $30,000.00 in damages plus an additional amount for the pain and suffering that this has put on my body and separate ones for my kids....this could of been avoided if they would of just did not breech their responsibility.

  37. We are sending this correspondence to you to express our complete dissatisfaction and disappointment with SunTrust personnel. We have been recent victims of identity theft all stemming from the lack of thorough vetting from your “Chat Line” personnel. Someone stole our identity and changed our Profile on line and opened a flood gate of activities that we had to address. To date we have not received a satisfactory explanation, action plan nor the courtesy of callbacks from your personnel. The only exception has been our local management team of Ryan Thompson, Branch Manager and Barbara Skinner, Personal Banker. Both have made every attempt to assist us only to be embarrassed by other SunTrust personnel in the Fraud and Customer Service group.
    We have been associated with SunTrust for over twenty years, both in Georgia and Virginia. Now we have no choice but to find another banking institution. We can only hope that our case may result in some productive “action plans” within SunTrust to prevent this from happening to other customers. First recommendation is to evaluate why SunTrust conducts personal security business utilizing a “Chat Line”. Appreciate your attention regarding this case.

      The most dirty hotel I have ever seen! I wonder if Choice Hotel group does any inspection for hotels owed by the company. Every inch of the hotel is unclean. If you want to enjoy your trip and cherish the natural beauty of the Estes Park never think about to stay in this hotel

      This was one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. Piles of junk everywhere! Trash under the stairs. Broken refrigerator in middle of the room. Curtains hanging half off their hooks. The bed looked dirty. Could not stay here. Took the loss on the room and went elsewhere. Oh, forgot to mention pool with no water.

    Purchasing items from IKEA has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We purchased an entire living room from them which I loved. We paid for them to pick the items ($40.00) Deliver the items ($59.00). The items were delivered minus 2 units which they did not tell us about at time if delivery nor did they advise us anytime before or after delivery. BUT they did open a case for us without telling us anything about it. At delivery we also received a piece that we did not even order. I called the day after delivery 2 days after delivery 4 days after deliver and have been advised that someone will contact us and that FEDEX was delivering the items on Friday 09/02/2016. GUESS WHAT WASNT DELEIVERED!!!
    One week later no one has reached out to us but sent us an email stating they have been trying to reach out to us but were unable to reach us at the numbers provided to hem... REALLY!!!! MY PHONE IS ATTACHED TO MY HIP even at work. No one even called my husbands phone. I have called today 09/03/2016 where I was placed on hold for 32 minutes then the person at the 800 -434-4532 named Bob after taking my information says you're upset about the wrong item not being picked up I stated no I'm pissed off about my furniture not being delivered, about the lying. I then told Bob was going to the BBB, the headquarters website and Facebook page with the complaint. He finally placed a manager from the Long Island Store named Jeremiah on the phone after another 15 minute hold to speak with me. He told me he would have the items delivered tomorrow 09/04/2016 in the first delivery window and have the other item picked up from me at the same time. GEE why don't I believe anything they say any longer. I'll edit this one way or another tomorrow. I really hope they make the delivery!! I only get worse.

  41. I purchased a 08 Scion XB special edition. I loved the space it provided. Gas mileage was awesome. It had 167,000 miles. Only cons were the passenger automatic door locks didn't work and the paint job was fading. I just wanted to give kudos to Scion. We just rear ended a car going 55 mph. they were stopped on the hwy due to a previous wreck. I'm sad to say that our little box is totaled. But we walked away with a sprained thumb and sore ribs from the seatbelt. That car did exactly what it was designed to do. I'm so thankful. I'm going to miss my little gold rush.
