  2. Same issues with billing department: Howard and Dustin. Rude, disrespectful, hateful, holier-than-thou and obviously don't care about customers AT ALL. I would suggest going to State Farm - that's what I'm going to do. The are not the least bit concered nor do they care that they are losing my $150 monthly premiums.

  5. Although what Rush said was wrong, he apologized. But if Allstate can't forgive him and continue advertising, then I will wait for them to do so before I use your services. And I will encourage all I know, to do the same.

As a Company your success is not based on public opinion but on public spending and as such one must be careful not to publicly expose your political standing by taking one side against the other but that is just what you did by pulling your ads from the Rush Limbaugh show. First of all I must say that I do not agree with the terminology that Rush used in discussing Ms. Flukes speech and I told him so but he is not the first person to use derogatory statements regarding women. I am sick and tired of the double standard that exists. If you are a Liberal then you can say whatever you want about whomever you want and it goes unnoticed but if your aren’t a Liberal and you do the same thing then Advertisers pull their ads. Why is that? Truth be told, if Companies pulled their ads every time someone said something that wasn’t up to their standards then there would be no ads and if there was fairness in doing this then that is how it should be right about now. Your actions have sent a message loud and clear to the American public and the results of those actions won’t be helpful in keeping your numbers in the black. When people listen to talk shows whether it be on the radio or on the Television they don’t always agree with what they hear but they continue to watch or listen and the fact that you pulled your ad won’t stop me or many other people from listening to Rush Limbaugh but it will stop me from purchasing your product and I’m not the only one. I am very disappointed in the stance you took. It’s your loss not mine!

  7. You have the freedom to advertise with whom ever you please. Thankfully, I have the right to buy from whom ever I please. That will not be you. I assume you made your decision based on your stockholder's interest. If that proves to be a bad decision, you have only yourselves to blame. If it works out to your betterment then good for you. If any of you attempt to come back, I hope he does not accept you as advertisers. BTW, as a student of the EIB Institute for Advanced Learning...shouldn't I be entitled to free stuff from you advertisers? Some of your products, "as you know, can cost a woman over $3,000 during law school."

  10. I have four vehicles, a boat, homeowners, and life insurance for my family with Allstate. My parents also have everything insured through Allstate as well. We are now shopping for a new company, because of the decision to drop Rush. Whether your company agrees with him or not, he has a lot of listeners, all of whom will no longer consider Allstate as an insurance company. This is the worst decision you could've made.

  12. I HAD A CLAIM FILE BACK MARCH 16,2012 ABOUT DAMAGE TO MY GARAGE MR.RODNEY PRICE AT 1-800-825-3659 EXT 3752 WAS THE ORGINAL PERSON I TALK TO ABOUT THE DAMAGE TO MY HOME! HE REQUESTED ALLOW ERIN VILLE 770-870-8208 A CLAIM ADJUSTER VISIT MY HOME I DID THIS WOMAN COMES IN MY RESIDENT DAYS LATER AND ACCESS MY HOME AND DAMAGE AND THEN STARTS TRYING TO TELL ME WHATS INCLUDED IN MY POLICY I ONLY SIGN ON OCT 10,2008 WITH TANI MANNING AT PAST FLATSHOALS LOCTION IN UNION CITY,GA INCLUDING A&B DWELLING!! THIS WOMAN ERIN VERVILLE REFUSES TO COMPLY WITH MY ORIGINAL SIGNATURE ONLY POLICY I SIGN!! AND THEN SHE START TELLING ME WHOM SHE REQUEST FIX MY RESIDENT!!   13. Letter sent to allstate corporate because of mishandling by agent Lawrence, Nicole

    My vehicle was recently hit by an allstate insured driver. That individual was ticketed and allstate accepted responsibility for accident liability almost three weeks later (nice). My vehicle has been un-drivable for 5 weeks now and was being taken to trade in on another vehicle when it was hit. I took my vehicle to three different shops for a repair estimate and all three estimates were over 2100 dollars. Allstate has offered to cut a check for 1354.76 which is just over half the value of each of the three valid estimates. I do not wish to work with the allstate rep assigned to my case and am posting every comment and email by allstate on a website that evaluates insurance companies.

    I expect to be properly reimbursed for damages caused by an allstate insured and at-fault driver immediately. I have provided estimates of the damage and absolutely reject allstate’s low-ball and garbage estimate.

  14. I had a home robbery on august 1, 2012. Allstate has lied and treated us horribly! The investigator they hired got so mad at the police for their unwillingness to implicate my son that he called and filed a complaint against the officer saying he was 'holding up their investigation'-which they did not even start until a month after the robbery!!!! I filed a complaint with the Georgia insurance commissioner and the reply submitted by Allstate is full of lies. Lies I have extremely well documented. When Allstate called me to do a phone interview the FIRST question I was asked was 'it says you work for an attorney, it's not a personal injury type firm is it?'. At the time I thought it was strange to ask me that but now I know it's b/c they KNEW they were going to try and deny my claim. I'm SO glad I filed a complaint with the insurance commissioner b/c they were forced to put an answer in writing-lie after lie after lie. Allstate my family has suffered ENOUGH-please stop this now!   15. I too was with Allstate. Let me just say that I was lied to and I was refused information. My agent delayed a refund check. Not untill I threatened to call the Insurance Commission did I receive refund check. I am still going to notify them and then I will probably file a lawsuit. My personal experience with them leads me to believe that the agent and possibly all of Allstate are prejudice. From the very beginning it has been a nighmare

  17. Allstate provide really bad service to their customers. Last year and also this year, they totally messed up my billing statement. My house insurance is due on August 11 and I still have not receive my billing statement. On Friday, July 19, 2013 I called customer service to find out why I still have not receive my billing statement yet. I requested to speak with the supervisor and I was shock to find out that they send my bill to a third party (my mortgage company) instead of sending it to me. I am very disappointed and upset that Allstate never once told me or did they send me any notice letter to notify me that they will be sending my bill to my mortgage company instead of me. I am the one who is paying Allstate my home insurance bill and I should have every right to receive that bill statement in my mail instead of my mortgage company because they are not the one who will be paying that bill. It is totally lawfully wrong of Allstate not to send the primary owner the billing statement at all. If I did not call Allstate customer service on July 19, 2013, I can bet that by August 11, 2013, I still will never receive my bill because they totally mess up my bill and send it somewhere else. Right now, I am still waiting for them to reissue the bill to me and by the time that I will received it, I probably have less than 2 weeks before the due date. It is by law that every customers should be given plenty of time (at least 3 weeks or more) when they receive the bill before the due date. I totally do not trust Allstate with the ways that they handle my bills anymore. I would highly recommend people to please do not buy your car, life, home or any type of insurance at all with Allstate because they are terrible and they are suck for their services. I totally feel that I am not at all in good hands with Allstate at this point. They are TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!
