    3. This keeps happening to me as well and the idiots at Yahoo! Mail keep claiming "My Password
In Invalid" or other such nonsense, even though
I entered the correct Log In for both of my worthless Yahoo! Mail accounts! I filed FTC Formal Complaints,Rip Off Report,BBB Complaints
against Yahoo over it and hope you do too.

    6. Yahoo needs to improve their blocking of SPAM mail. I've used their filters as SPAM and have it go to the spam folder, but I continue to keep getting hundreds of SPAM E-MAILS per day from the same ones that I created a filter for. Yahoo is the worst of all e-mail accounts that I've used. Yahoo needs to have a click on button to BLOCK e-mails from coming in, not just putting them in the SPAM folder. So fed up with this- it wastes a lot of time each day!

Myself, and many members of the churches that I, Rev. George Brooks, is associated with are about to drop Yahoo, because they don't like people that make comments on their website about "certain people," especially. AND the "certain people," of which I speak are JEWS, who are some of the most evil, and anti-Jesus folks on God's earth. And we are planning a protest at the Yahoo headquarters during the Spring. --- Rev. George Brooks

    8. If you can be creative as a company to figure out how to squeeze as many ads as possible onto an email page,... can you create a simple way for those of us that are PAYING for this site to easily drop out of these annoying advertisements. It just creates resentment for your corporation and the advertising company. I have done the OPT OUT but that does not always work each time I bring my email up and for the life of me I have not found a way to get rid of that very annoying first line of advertising in my in mail box. Why would you want to create such negative feelings in customers. I am contacting Verizon to let them know that I want to be paid each day for having to look at these ads until they figure out a way to get rid of them or that dropping Verizon and Yahoo may have to be the way to go.

    10. Yahoo sucks! That is the jest of it. I am vacationing in Laos and since they don't recognize the device I am using to get into my email account (the same one I've used for 3 years) they have locked me out for 12 hours. They send me a stupid code to my phone(which I don't have) and my email account (that I can't get into) with no instructions on how to use the code. I've been locked out of my account for three days now.
Yahoo...you are a yahoo of a company and I will be leaving as soon as I get back to the states.

    11. About 6 weeks ago my password suddenly was invalid (this was the password "remembered" by my computer and had been working for years. I spent 7 days and I don't know how many hours with their "help" menus (LMFAO) and just like many others have stated the automatic help menus say they have sent help to your email--THE SAME DAMN EMAIL THEY HAVE LOCKED YOU OUT OF AN CANNOT GET INTO!!! Today (8/25/15) just for giggles I spent about an a hour calling various numbers listed on a yahoo lookup page. As usual there were no real people to answer any phone. One number (1-800-318-0612) was not only listed in various "corporate" phone contact listing but also given to you when no one was going to come to the phone. And guess what??????????? There is a voice with a British accent that states "this number is no longer in service". As Goober would say, "surprise, surprise, surprise." Not really. I have moved my email to microsoft outlook. There is a lot of items I need from the yahoo mail but obviously I will never retrieve it. From now on anything I really want to keep will be transferred to a thumb drive. Hey Yahoo--KISS MY ASS. I know a commissioner that has made thousands and continues to do so. I hope they go out of business. Next e-mail is going to the states sports commission. Yahoo is the worst ever.

  2. Dear Yahoo,

I just filed a complaint with the FTC, against your company, for censoring my views on your message boards, even though what I posted did NOT violate your policy in ANY way! You simply did not agree with my views.
This practice by you, needs to stop!

    1. The same thing happened to me. I keep getting a pinkish-red "informatiom block" that states that I am not allowed to include URL's or e-mail in my comments.....but I have NEVER included URL's or e-mail addresses in ANY of my comments. It's simply a way to block comments that are not in lockstep with the Liberal person who does not agree with my view....so he censors my comment; thus blocking my right to exercise free speech on the Yahoo Home Page articles comment section..

  8. Yahoo told me that my email was compromised. I thought it could be true due to the fact that for 2 weeks I was deleting 3 pages of Mail Daemon, failed mail everyday. Folks were calling me saying they received strange mail they did not open, that I never sent! Yahoo gave a security script, I typed it, then I gave a long new password, which I forgot the next day. After many attempts to remember I was locked out of my account. Navigating to get help I found a yahoo Global Security Internet partner that yahoo directs you to. They wanted $149.00 to help retrieve my password. I have had my account for many, many years and this has never happened. I am suspicious, did yahoo do this so that now service can be sent to their partner. Just curious. I really have years of information and pictures on my account. Can anyone help me solve this problem?
