    1. no its not at the store i work at they keep tubes of mac tarter and mayo after experation date and still use them they just change the dates on them the food safety doesnt happen they just write a number in the book they dont even test the meats or fried products to make sure they are even done im an employee there and dont eat at that store

    2. Yep. The one I worked at had expired apple pies, they had been sitting there for over 12 hours. A customer ordered one early in the morning and I told the manager they had been sitting there all night, she just pulled the expiration sticker off and made me give it to the guy anyway. McDonalds is definitely the worst fast food place to go, in my opinion.

      On a corporate level, they probably care about the customer a bit, on a retail level, they just want to get you through the line as quickly as possible so you'll go away.

    3. the mcdonalds i work at in colorado I just started and they have had me on fries, 4 days say they don't have time to train me on register? seriously? anybody that has a smart phone or i pad can work a register i have experience with them and the manager says oh, well the registers her are completley different from kfc's c'mon u touch the pictures.

    6. I stopped at the McDonald's on Route 45 in Salem this morning. There was no toilet paper in the handicap stall in the wormen's restroom and by the looks of the restroom, it had not been serviced this day. There were no napkins in one of the dispensers and the floor was sticky to walk on. Regarding upkeep, this was the worst McDonalds I have been it. There was no name or telephone number on the door so that the manager could be notified.

    8. I'm sorry, but every time I try to eat at McDonalds I find them to have the worst burgers. I have tried on verious occasions their different burgers and I think that they have lost their taste. It's like eating cardboard with mustard or ketchup.

    9. I just took a burger my husband ordered because it was the wrong one and I watched them put it in a bag and sent it out the window. My husband picked up the bun and saw it wasn't what he ordered how sick is that!!! Store number 26174 we won't be back that's against health codes for a reason

    11. McDelivery service in Singapore is THE WORST Among all other delivery services.

      I ordered 2 kid meals, but only received 1 toy and my son who is supposed to celebrate his birthday was crying and fight with his sister over the toy.

      I ordered a Susage Mcmuffin meal for my wife BUT DID NOT Receive the food at all!

      I ordered Big breakfast meal with coffee but when it reached me, it was left with less than half a cup as it spilled , but since I don't drink so much, I told the delivery guy it is ok as he offered to re-send a new one to me.

      This is NOT THE first time I encountered problems with McDonalds. There were 2 occassions whereby Mcdelivery did not send the correct food .

      I think McDonalds should do something , the service is very very bad! I will also cc a copy of this complaint to THE US McDonalds principle Headquaters to let them know how bad the services are in Singapore, they should consider take back the franchise from Singapore as Singapore McDonalds is not performing up to standard, I think in Malaysia and Thailand, their service are much better.

    5. I attended the Freedom over TX on the 4th of July. McDonalds reps gave out Oatmeal cards. I went to a McDonaldsw in my neighborhood to redeem it. I waws treated very badly by Hispanics speaking only their language. I stopped them and told them that I need to be addressed in English. They got the manager who was also Hispanic but spoke English. There was some discrepency with the card being redeemed because there are some McDonalds that do not except the cards. Well how was I to know?
      This was a very bad experience. If you are going to work in America and receive benefits from this country then you need to speak English. SOOOO disappointed.

I had a manager tell me that she was going to come through the window on me and on her day off called the store asking to speak to me and telling me that i was her bitch. all beacuse i told a higher up manager that she had been leaving me in the store by myself while she hung out in the parking lot with other people who were intoxicated.

    12. I am so disappointed with the quality of service at this locattion.(Decatur,GA) This morning I stopped for a breakfest sandwich.
      To find the restaurant staffed with employees that had no clue on customer service. When I arrived there was one car in front of me, it took the employee 5 minutes to take her short order (1 white egg delite and sm oj) in wich she had to repeat twice. I pulled up to the menu and was put on hold.
      I placed a simple order( 1 white egg delite) I too had to repeat to the point I had yell my order. That was after being there for 8 MINUTES! When I pulled up to the window and said loudly I had been waiting for 8 MINUTES the emloyee yeld at me and said don't yell at her. I got out of my car and walked inside to find the rest of the employees smerking thinging it was funny and the manager had very little concern as well and said very little.
      This by far is INEXCUSABLE!
      I plan on notifying the corporate office of such disconcern for their customers.

  4. the store manager at 2209 square lake road in bloomfield , mi is a racist. she was talking bout a employee weight CALLED HER BIG... put her fingers in another employee face. called her employees retarded to a new employee. no one can have the owner number because all the managers say she doesn't want to deal with her crew, which is unfair. they dont respect the crew they talk to us any kind of way and expect us to JUST deal with it. so many ppl has quit on the new store manager. I do believe the owner does not know this because if so the person thats being rude to the employees will not be working there PERIOD!!!!!! one day shes gonna pull that on some one and they are going to WHOOP HER ASS... BECAUSE IT COMING

  7. I WILL NEVER, EVER GO TO THIS MCDONALDS AGAIN. I WAS DISRESPECTED AND FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I'VE FELT THAT RASISM RULED AT THIS FRANCHISE.I go to O'Reily McDonalds at 6225 Custer Road in Frisco, Tx 75035. Store #33140, telephone #214-383-1846 all the time. I thought this was a great place to take the children and relax. I watched and waited until this McDonalds was built so I could go there. I've always had a wonderful experience until Sunday, November 6, 2011 between 5:30pm - 6:00pm. I was in the childrens area letting my family members play. They have freeplay games on the wall at two tables. The children and parents play these games all the time. When we entered the play area we had to wait for these tables because someone is always waiting to sit there to enjoy your meal and play games. After that family left we went over there to sit. I sat at one table with a family member and the children sat at the other. About 20 minutes later this white man comes in with a young boy and they come over, sit two cups of soda down on the table where my children are playing. They leave and come back with an elderly lady and two trays of food. They proceed to sit down and the white man tells my children(which are African American) You people need to move so my son can play. Now instead of him asking me since we are adults, he talks directly to my children. One of my daughters gets up instantly out of respect for her elders. Then I say excuse me, but my childern where there first and they don't have to move. You need to wait just like we did. I then tell my daughter to sit back down. His son is now at my table pointing his finger at me saying I'm going to pay for this. The white man and I continue to exchange words for about 5 minutes then his son goes over by one of my children and starts pushing her hand and trying to make her move. The white man tells me either they move or he will get the manager. I said, go get the manager but were still not leaving. He goes to get the manager, a Hispanic female and she asked me to leave. I could not believe this. First I said, let me tell you what happened and I'm still not leaving. She continued to say I know mam but could you please leave. I told her this is not right, we were here first and your asking my family and I to leave. Anyway at this point this white man is still talking to me the whole time I am talking to the female manager with the white shirt on. Now the elderly lady speaks and says, let's just move. At this time the white guy is pasted upset, he stands up (mind you he is one step away from me), he pushes his sleeves up and says I could hit you in your face right now, I said, I hope you don't and were still not leaving. All this time the female manager is still standing there and not saying a word. The white man preceeds to move to a table across the room and while he is still standing at his new table he starts screaming out, "Your a joke, your a joke", while pointing at me. The white man is still very, very mad. He didn't even sit there instead he takes his family into the next room and sits at a table out there. I can still see him because there is a large glass window seperating the rooms. The female manager has left and now I see the store manager, a man in a blue shirt bent down at the white guys table apologizing to the white man. He never came to my family nor did he ask us anything. I was shocked, and sadden by this. I called the police because I felt threatened when this white man said he would hit me in the face and the female manager heard all this and didn't once step in and say anything to the white man. It was so much more happened but because I do work, I have to stop here. I WILL NEVER, EVER GO TO THIS MCDONALDS AGAIN. SIGNED THE LADY WITH THE AFRICAN AMERICAN CHILDREN.

In fact you refer to everyone by their race in this situation and from what you have said nobody called you any racial names, nobody refered to as the black lady and in the end nobody made you leave.     8. I work at mcdonalds and have at the same store for 6 1/2 years. I am always put in the back drive thru window every day because I'm good at it and i keep the times up and blah and there are plenty of others that know how to do this position, but they always put ME back there and im so sick and tired of it. I have never gotten a decent raise and i work really hard to make sure my job is done. No matter where i am, I think i do a good job, i ask if there is anything i need to do before im off the clock while im up front. Lately they have been putting me in the back window a lot and i don't understand it. i feel that im not being given the opportunity to be a good or even better employee because im not growing as one by doing the same thing everyday. Certain people get to be upfront and thats not fair. I am so sick and tired of being treated like crap and once fall comes, im outta there and i will never step foot in that store ever again and i would never recamend anyone i know to work at mcdonalds..it's the WORST place to work!!

  8. I just saw on ABC national news that you drop Sorboe Farms as an egg supplier. This was due to an illegal PETA recording recorded by illegally handling animals.  These individuals were improperly dressed exposing these animals to possible disease and contamination.  When will corporations and the media understand that these are not undercover videos, they are staged videos by PETA to promote their cause.  If we handled animals the way PETA handled animals we would not have enough animals to feed half our country.  Maybe PETA should come forward and just tell the truth that they want to force everyone to become vegetarians.  When we turn our back on progressive agricultural practices that allow us to provide enough food to feed our country and the world for an organization promoting it's views on society I believe we have a huge issue.  The world is turning to the US for the protein that it needs desperately to feed an ever growing population and if we turn away from science and technology that we are currently using in agriculture to produce that food, we will not be able to feed the US much less the world.  As far as me and my family, we will never eat at McDonalds again, but of course that is what PETA really wanted anyways.  PLEASE STOP PLAYING INTO PETA'S HANDS AND BELIEVING THEIR STAGED VIDEOS AND LIES!!!

The McDonald's on chelmsford st is always taking long to take their orders on top of that they make u wait for something and yet forget they have u waiting they never get their order right the manager are always talking and testing on their phone their service should be better if they want customer I've found hair in my food they never.give.out sauce for strips or nuggets always swearing unprepared for their food safety and always worried about talking amungs eachother they should look into changing the managers !!!!

  14. Hi, sadly im an employee at my local Mcdonalds and im not very happy to be working there. You see the management is treating us like "SHIT" (pardon my language), its not all of them however it is just one man that is causing it at the moment. I needed this job to pay my bills because it was the only thing I could find and it was fine starting out, working good hours and working with a bunch of great people. Recently there was a meeting to all the managers around the Washington Court House area here in Ohio zip code 43160, since that day one of our managers has been treating us poorly. His name is Erixs and he's the head manager but no one likes to work with him because of the way he treats us. Since we met he has been disrespectful to me and others; putting us down, calling us slow and cutting our hours if he feels like it, and the owner does nothing. Im sick of going to work because of him and listening to everyone telling me they are going to walk out because of him and im pretty sure it shouldn't be like that. Im sorry for going on so long but I thought I would let everyone know who gets on here that management in shouldn't be treating us like they are and I just wanted to get some feedback from anyone who is going through the same thing at your Mcdonalds my email armstrong152009@yahoo.com I want to know what I want to see if anyone else agrees with me before I take it any further. Hello I really regret that the first time that I communicate with you is not necessarily to say something nice, I really regret what happened in this day 12/17/2011 at 17:35, at the store # 6862 located at 1660 W 68th St Hialeah Fl 33012, when you buy a Big Mac Meal and after the third bite I realize that I was eating a Big Mac with worms, return to claim the manager and away from at least apologize I just insulted, abused and listed as a crazy in his own words, I was assisted by Rescue since even kept vomiting blood, even I have the rest of the Big Mac in my power with the rest of worms, really regret this unpleasant incident, but let me marked me and my wife with a very strong impresion.No think this is the policy of such a prestigious company, much less the quality of its products, call attention to this incident to alert, and not the same thing happen to anyone else.

  18. I will no longer visit the McDonalds in Wendover, Nv because the men's bathroom is always a wreck. The last 4 times I visited the site the toilets were backed up and management refuses to fix the issue. When I visit I'm there for hours to do homework and I normally spend $30+ per visit. I will be spending my funds elsewhere. If this continues I will inform AT&T they may wish to revisit their contract concerning the free wifi. Last, if I stop eating at McDonalds I may also sell their stock in protest.

As a matter of fact I know of a McDonald location on Stafford Drive in Princeton, WV. You have an employee who works there who does drugs and sells it also. I think that is very in appropiate, for a place of business. The store managers know this is going on, and nothing is beign done. From reading other peoples comments it seems that you have problems everywheres. I may be wasting my time by getting in touch with you, since it may be to much of an inconvience for your company to randomly drug test people you pay to work for you. This tells me that you don't seem to concerned about the public who eat at your restaurant. Well my next step will be to report your company to the better business bureau, for the safety of not just employees, but the safety of the public. I suggest you randomly drug test your workers, you would be surprised how many people who work for your company does drugs, this is a very serious offense. If you don't take charge, I will, and will also sue your company.

She does tis in front of customers. She plays favorites, and anyone who is not one of her favordites gets treated like shit. I have even seen her be rude and disrespectful to customers. I don't want to say my name because she treats me bad enough, I can't imagine what she would do if she found out I was complaining about her. She has also lied about things to her employees.

  22. I have to say that i thought that i was alone. I never thought others were harassed, and treated like dirt like i have been by a local Mcd's in Plant city Florida. Not that i am proud but our family enjoys Mcd's at least 5 times a week between my husband and my kids and the chicken nuggets we spend a lot of money visting many locations across the Bay area. That is why i am on a mission to tell the world what happened to me. About 1 1/2 yrs ago i went to the Mcd's in PC FL. After they messed my order up again i finally had it and complained to the manager. After being accused of being a theif several times and the manager yelled at me over and over in front of my disabled client and questioned her til she was crying i walked out sure i would NEVER visit this location again. I spoke to the customer service number and they put me in touch with the district manager who appoligized in her smart ass way then assured me that i could eat there without being harrassed i went back, and like a fool it keeps happening. I have had cig butts throw at me from a manager they have intentionally messed my order up and then refused to fix it and im the fool who keeps going back. The last straw was my last visit when 2 managers cornered me and in front of i dont know say 20 customers preceeded to discuss my personal business in front of them and when i told them they were embarassing me in front of my kids the manager Debbie stated that "im sure this isant the first time" and i said what do you mean she said youve been in here before with them and seen it, so she admitted to embarassing me in the past and at this time. Well im calling whoever out at Mcd's, im so close to calling a lawyer its not cute i want a formal appolgy from Mcd's for the harassment and bull crap they have put me and others through. so we will c if i get it. i doubt it.

  23. I am writing about the McDonald's on US 33 west in Goshen, Indiana 46526. They have been undergoing a remodel job for months now and it is getting rediculous. For at least 6 weeks or more they are down to ONE BATHROOM with only one little room for the whole place and that bathroom is in the children's play area. Then week that bathroom plugged up and things were coming up from the drain in the floor. Gross. They called plumbers and around 10 at night they got it fixed only to have one of the cleaning people put several paper towels in it and flush it, aparently not knowing better. I can see why it was plugged. I was at that McDonalds for lunch today and two of the construction workers working inside stood and talked for 45 minutes and did not do a thing. The ones that are working on the big bathrooms leave every day at around 2 or 2:30. This is plain crazy. They are not near done and this is very inconvenient. There was only a few places to park today and when I left I had to wait to get out because a delivery truck was there unloading. To me-they should have closed and got the remodeling job done in a hurry instead of trying to stay open and operate under these conditions. I might add that is it so cold in there because the doors are not on the entrance area. The whole thing does not make any sense. I wish I was getting paid by the hour for the job they are doing. They are milking it for all they can and getting by with it.

McDonalds Rogers MN--I never got a call back from the regional manager-I picked up a BigMac brought it home for lunch-on the tv as I am eating-your NATIONWIDE commercial came on-(at least in the part of the country if not National) saying buy a BigMac and get a second one at the cost of the temperature the day before! I had my receipt right there so I called that McD's--no manager was there-the gal said I had to ask for the second one--her boss there had told them NOT TO BRING UP THE DEAL UNLESS the customer asked for it--AYKM? With the economy the way it is--and you are paying for expensive commercials--and you won't even offer the deal? Ridiculous! I did get ahold of the manager's of this area's office-She was supposed to call me back--never happened--and the girl at THAT offfice said it was WRONG INFO--given to me--It shouldn't have been handled like that-I want a response!

The former employee said that the manager have them scrape off the mouse dropping and use the bread. After seeing that i will not eat at MacDonald ever again.   32. The manager at the Mapledale McDonaald's in Woodbridge, Va, berates the staff and does not give hours or cuts their hours and changes their schedule without informing them. Staff works, Alia Haq is a horrible manager and needs to get fired. The moral of the staff shows. She changes staff schedules without informing them and when they come in, she says they are late or not scheduled in. The Owner of that franchise has been informed and the Corporate office has been informed and the practice of this manager has been continuing.
    One employee has not gotten hours in over 2 months and yet her name has been on the schedule.
    Another employee who was awarded employee of the month has been demoted without cause and hours dramatically reduced. There are others and another former employee was working there for a month and a half without given a paycheck. Her mother had to come to the store to physically get her check and then quit the store.

The supervisor took my information, and as I walked away, she asked a worker, I wonder why they didn't call that lady, and the woman replied, because she is a lesbian, but you did not hear that from me. So needless to say, my day today, has been very much affected, I am very hurt.

  37. Store 16281 in Glendale AZ (51st and Cactus) is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They regularly take 15+ minutes to get you through the drive thru (today was 20 minutes, with a car parked out front still waiting). When my wife called to ask for a manager the boy who answered said there wasn't one, when she asked how many people were currently working he said "a few", when she asked how many a few was he hung up on her. My wife and I have both called to complain both that specific McDonald's and the corporate office (she has left several messages over the years) but have never received a response. The most pathetic part of it is we don't expect much from McDonald's, our expectations couldn't be lower, we only go there out of desperation, and yet they still cannot execute a simple order of a quarter-pounder and fries without an epic hassle. We have even left the drive thru several times, after having paid, when they ask us to pull around and wait another 10 minutes, because asking for our money back would simply create more hassle and headache. They are by far the worst McDonald's in the history of McDonald's and that is after having so few expectations before we even pull up.

That rancher who can't ride a horse and has 100 head of cattle most certainly does not supply your beef. The chickens are raised in the dark on legs that can't even hold up their enlarged body. Cows in giant meat farms have holes cut into their sides to allow release of foods that they cannot digest because thats the economical way to feed them. And your new ad about your chemical filled chicken paste nuggets being safer than petting a stray PIT BULL is ignorant and harms everything rescues and animal advocacy groups have worked for to change the image of a misunderstood breed. Your half ass apology needs to be backed up by millions of dollars given to rescues. I'm a proud Pit owner for the rest of my life and a real country girl that knows what real farm raised meat tastes like. Your food is nasty garbage compared to what I eat.

  40. i was recently in mcDonalds in rushville, Indiana... waiting until I got home to eat i took a bite of sandwich and what did I find but a mouse dropping in sandwich. I can no longer make myself go there again... I stopped in hartford city indiana on way and went to rest room.. it was filthy... Doesnt any district managers control such actions... the help is lazy and could care less if you were there or not... how is this company staying in business... in my opinion it should not be.. I have managed other restaurants (not mcdonalds and I see now reason for any of this... either lazy management or just plain dont care... so uncalled for for any manager.

The McDonalds I work at has a manager that steals money from drawers, steals from pettty cash, does drugs on the premises, has shown up drunk to open the store and sexually harassed many of the female crew. Well, well, MCDONALDS has many negative feedback in USA, I am from Mumbai, India, was enjoying home delivery from them from one of the outlet 2 KMS from my home and whenI called them last week, they said they cannot deliver as distance is out of their coverage area, which they used to deliver all this years. THen I had to order from DOMINOS who are located hardly 200Mtrs from Mc Donald and they did deliver it. May I know the reason for such negative reply, had also sent out emails to their info@mcdonaldsindia.com and info@mcdonaldsindia.com, but there is no response.   55. You know... All these comments, yet, it seems like there is complacency. Many people can type about McDonald's, but there are millions and millions out there that love it, despite the service. You'd think people would realize by now that McDonald's is falling from it's throne. But, so many people still eat there that they are helping McD's back up to the throne rather than throwing them down on the ground. If we're so rebellious and angry about it, then go straight to the corporate building. I'm sure corporate is trying their hardest to get everything under control. And I respect them for that.

    How about incorporating menu items from other McDonald's around the world at some of the McDonalds here in the U.S.?
    I was looking at some of the menu items across the globe and I would love to try some of them.
    For example in India there are vegetarian options and in the Middle East and Asia there are all kinds of options such as the McFalafel, McArabia, McSatay, McKabob, McSwarma, to name but a few.
    Goodness knows we could use some more menu options here in the melting pot that is America.

    The McDonalds In Huntsville AL (South Parkway) has poor customer service. The employees are loud and very unprofressional. I have been there numerous times with my teenage girls and have witnessed the employees smoking marijuanna on their "smoke break". I wonder if they wash there hands after returning? They curse and have conversations that are not appropriate. I would have reported this to a member of managment but they were inside witnessing the conversation. I have even been inside and had to wait because an employee was on her cell phone. I was just there late Saturday on 3-31-12 and decided I will never go back to this location.

  59. I was in a McDonald's in Sonora California today and I asked for a hamburger meal with no onion and a large soda.. I was told i couldn't get a hamburger in a meal it had to be the 2 cheeseburger meal with no cheese to get a hamburger meal. I ordered a McFlurry with Oreo but changed it to a m&m.. The manager was waiting on my grand daughter and I. The manager asked my grand daughter in a smart alic tone are u going to be difficult like your mother.. I replied I don't think i have rubbed off on her yet since i had just met her a week ago.. All along the people behind us were laughing about the manager giving us a bad time .. Then when we get our order there were onions all over it.I felt like he just called us bitches just because i changed my mind about the McFlurry. This is a kids place and very in appropriate behavior from the manager. The thing is this manager Ron was fired for having sex with an employee in the Sonora Mc Donalds store caught by another employee. Then the store was sold and Ron was hired back as a manager . Not very appropriate for a kids store when the whole town knows about Ron and his work habits especially when their are minors working there. I will also call corporate with my complaint during tomorrow's business hours.

  60. I visited the store located at 3357 Deans Bridge Road Augusta, Georgia 30906-4211 on Tuesday, April 10th between the hours of 9:45-10:15pm. During my visit my husband and I was treated rudely by not one, but two of the employees. The young lady that took our order was acting as if she was upset, or maybe sad about something, so my husband asked her if everything was okay. She said she was ready to go home. My husband replied that she appeared to be ready to go home. She still remained solemn and upset. We ignored her behavior and moved to the side to wait for our order. Several orders came up and customers received their orders and left. Another order came up and the young lady that brought it to the counter said what the order was, but we could not understand what she said was in the bag. I went up to the counter and was about to ask what she said and the girl said in a very unprofessional manner, "It's your!". The way she slung the bag on the counter and said it's yours was not nice at all. Her attitude was almost suggesting that we were getting on her nerves and just get out. I don't know if she has been trained to behave in that manner to customers or if she was just being nasty because my husband had said something to her co-worker about her attitude. I approached one of the managers about the situation and he smiled and said, "I understand." But he didn't try to handle the problem. When I walked off, he started laughing with the two young ladies involved. The female manager that was on duty came over when she saw how upset I was and asked what the problem was and I told her to ask the man manager. She replied that she was sorry about what ever happened and she would handle it. I left and my husband and I went home. After we got home, we were about to eat and noticed that our order was not right. Both fry containers were almost empty and the food was cold. I showed it to my husband and we took it back to the restaurant. The female manager (Sheik a) waited on us . She listened to our complaint about the order and she also remembered that we were not happy with our visit earlier. She refunded our money and we gave her the food and drinks back. She did look at the fry containers and stated that she understood our complaint. She apologized once again. The young ladies and a couple of the cooks were on the line talking when we went back in to return the order and one of the young men said, "What's wrong now?" My husband and I were very disappointed in our visit to this MacDonald and will not visit it again. Their behavior is that of very disrespectful individuals. I will be contacting the corporate office first thing in the morning. I tried to call tonight, however; they were closed.

Today my grandma and I went to McDonals in Sanora,CA while the manager waited on us I changed a reese's mcflurry to an oreo mcflurry and my grandma changed a hamburger to a cheese burger with no onions and he looked at me and said your as difficult as your mother, and him and the people behind us bursted out in laughter.To make matters worst my dear old grandma is alergic to onions and when she looked into her burger she and I saw onions and no cheese. I just walked out of the ankeny blvd iowA one cuz its my second day working and no one will train me at all they expected me to know everything and if i asked a question such as how do you make this my manager would say very rudly well you dont know how to make that. Then she wouldnt teach me shed just loudly sigh and make some else do it. My first day she made me watch five training videos and then thew me on the register in the middle of rush with no one there to help me. it wasnt even my register either it was this guys and she didnt count it down before i used it and i was on it for like two hours. Then when i came into work today i got written up for it being three dollars short. Ive never been tht short ever and ive been a cashier for years!! The last straw was the fact every person i worked with treated me like dirt. This customer decided she didnt want onions and pickles on her cheese burger after i had cashed it out and i tried to tell the person working on the grill and he looked at and i repeated myself three times loud enough for him to hear but he walked away. People just shove you if your in there way never saying excuse me or anything. Customers were really horrible there too theyd treat you like you were dirt even when you did everything right.   65. I have written the McDonald Corporation, several times, concerning the horrible service/behavior, of an employee at the 'McDonald's' in Clarion, Pennsylvania. This employees name is Amy Hurrelbrink.
    I am writing (probably not for the last time) to inform the corporation I hav went to the authorities (police department) and filed harressment charges on Amy. I recently spoke to employees, at another one of the McDonald's stores in Clarion, Pa. I've received statements from two employees stating that they have complained several times to Diania Blanchard (district manager) about Amy's negative conduct toward customers. The only action Diana took to resolve this problem was to transfer Amy to another store in Clarion, Pa. This is where problems, with Amy and I, have started. She is sworn at me out in front of customer's and has been extremely rude, using the same kind of language, with me on the phone.
    A police officer had called Amy to discuss the situation. From what I was told by authorities, Amy was rude with the officer, as well, and had hung up on him. I gave the officer Diana's cell phone number so he could contact her, as well. I have phone records of Diana calling me,..however,..according to Diana's testimony to the officer, she never spoke to me and has changed her story several times concerning this issue. An employee, at the McDonalds in Clarion, had informed me that Amy and Diana have been taking pictures and me on camera. The employee had seen me on camera within the store. The officer had spoken to Amy about this. Amy denied any part of this. Amy was informed to have me on camera, at ANY time, she would need my permission. If my permission was not given, it was done illegally.
    I will say again, I will not tolerate this kind of behavior from anyone. Charges are 'pending' for harrassement, aqainst Amy Hurrelbrink. Depending on her a behavior toward me, I will go forth with having Amy arrested. I have given McDonald's Corporation my contact information several times. I have, YET, to get any return feedback on this issue.

    This company doesn't care it's all about the bottom dollar they get paid. It's the owner's that actually own the store who needs too make the changes. The only way we as the public are going to make this happen is by hurting them were it counts (IN THERE POCKETS)

  68. I got sumthin to say about working at a mcdonalds....I been working there for 1 year now nd it ain't change a bit! Im forced to go on break after working only 1 hour and 54 mins! I still have 6 hours to go straight....im only 15 years old and I have sumthin called flat feet! By the end of my day my enitre leg is going to be in pain due to working 6 hours straight with no break! And why do we only get 30 min breaks? Every other job I know gets a 45 and 2 10min breaks! You guys need to loosen up and stop thinking about perfection and think about your crew and about your customers

  72. I've been a vegetarian for four years now but I always get a McDonalds craving. Before the announcement that you no longer use suppliers that use gestation crates, I ignored my cravings. Now I am fully willing to support McDonalds. It's really monotonous ordering fries and a double cheeseburger with NO MEAT though. Some of your employess just don't get it, sometimes it turns into a hassle and I leave only to find meat is in my food and I really miss filet o fish, the choices for vegetarians really doesn't exist. A small vegetarian menu would be so awesome and vegetarians and animals right activists would more than likely be over the moon about it. Sends a great message to everyone and the respect and appretiation for McDonalds would be through the roof. Meat consuption is turning into a thing of the past as people become more aware of heatlh issues and animal abuse. Wouldn't it be great to be preparred for a possible nessesary transition and be a part of a wonderful movement? What I'm trying to say is that CAN I GET A FAUX FILLET O "FISH" UP IN HERE!!!??? =)

  73. It was 6.45 in the morning.I was publicly HUMILIATED. I am pissed..The day before, I ate at the same restaurant and they have a bug lite almost above the table I was sitting at.I was eating and a electrical sound like a bug zapper went off.I was shocked that it was so close to food that we are eating from our table.Well it did it again so I looked up and something fell.I was trying to eat and it was groce so I unplugged it.Thats how close it is to a table where poeple eat.I let the experience go and the next day which is 5/6/2012 at 6.45 am.I walk in and 2 other cutomers were eating.I ordered my big breakfast and The blond older lady that manages said in a very abusive tone.Did you unplug my buglight.And I honestly replied yes I did.Before I could explain,She started screaming at me,I will kick you out of this place.Dont you ever touch anything in this store.I am a grown man with two kids and I was so embarressed I cancelled my order and She kept going,as if That wasn't enough.All the way to my seat where I set my phone and computer she yelled at me.It was so oud that 1 lady got up and left and talked to me outside after it was over.She convinced me to write this e-mail to you.I eat there all the time and my family eats there all the time.I own a house 3 blocks from there and I have spent thousands of dollars there.I am embarrassed,I am Humiliated and I want to know what legal action I am due for such a public Thrashing.She is as rude and big mouthed as I have ever seen.......

  75. I cannot believe the managers at the McDonalds in Hwy 196 in Hinesville, Ga. I love McDonalds sweet tea, but tonight, I tasted their sweet tea and it was not sweet at all. I told the cashier that their sweet tea was not sweet and the cashier told the manager, Silentcia what I told her, but the manager did not even listen the cashier and did not acknowledge my complaint. There were two managers on duty, but they did not do or attempt to say anything. The cashier, Emma looked puzzled, so she just offered me have sugar for my drink. As a cashier, Emma was quick to think of customer satisfaction to respond at once. The two managers, Silentcia and Sharon are useless in this business. They do not care about what their customer requests or say. Shame on those two managers to be supervising because they do not care about McDonalds and their customers. 196 McDonalds just lost one good customer. And if those two managers are still working for this company, they will both lose customers in the future.

  81. Wow, do you people really think posting on here is going to resolve your problems with individual Mcdonald's franshises? If you want something done, talk to the manager. If that doesn't help, talk to the store manager. Then bring it up higher in management if needed. It's fine to vent but nobody that can do anything about these situations is going to read it on here. I work at Mcdonald's, and the majority of these problems I've read on here actually seem to either be completely resolvable by talking to management, or are actually the fault of the customer. My suggestion: stop eating at McDonald's! Seriously, you don't need to pay $3 to have a couple of pancakes, or $2.50 for a cup of orange juice when you could buy a gallon at the store for the same price. It's sickening how many people spend more on a single order than I spend on food for myself for an entire month. Please, if a manager truly is a problem, report them to corporate so that something can happen.

This is not my 6th or 7th time of being asked this but I am the guy that drives away, also I don't care how big the smile is when asked you ask me to pull up.   83. The mcdonalds in marlette is HORRIBLE.........Everytime I go there, they either forget half my order or mess it up. My family member has an allergy to onions. The lady there told me, well our onions get mixed together with other food all the time. So because there is an allergy, we shouldn't eat there???? Do you think we enjoy having this allergy and have to watch everything we eat? I didn't realize that when you order food and the slip correctly states what you want, you have to check it Everytime. The attitudes there are horrible. But I know nothing will ever change. I mean prices go up, and they put a half a slice of cheese on your sandwiches. Really??? It's all about money. That is sad.

  84. The McDonalds in Homer, Alaska is very non-people oriented, the way they talk and deal with people is quite insulting. The way they treated my daughter today 05/30/2012 was bad. Being rude to children is going way to far. I believe owners should re-check their employees by sending in decoys to root out the problem. Until they replace two particular individuals behind the counter I will not be returning and more then likely be contacting the B.B.B.

  86. At the drive thru, I ordered a mcnugget happy meal for my daughter. Upon arriving home, my three year old daughter asks me where her nuggets were. When I looked in the nugget box, it was filled with mayonnaise. I was very disgusted especially for the fact that my three year old had just gotten oven being sick and I could only imagine what could have occurred if she had ingested the mayonnaise. I have no idea how old the mayonnaise was or if someone contaminated it some how. The point is that it was a VERY disturbing/disgusting image. I immediately went back to the store and showed the cashier inside. She proceeded to tell the manager about the matter. However, not a single manager/supervisor came over to me to apologize or address the matter in any way. I refrained from becoming unruly in the presence of my daughter, yet I called the store to confront the manager "Kristin". After expressing my disgust and disappointment, "Kristen" STILL did not apologize. SHe proceeded to tell me how the mayonnaise got into the box, which I could care less about how. My daughter's health was my main concern since GOD knows who had their hands in that disgusting mess!! I don't EVER plan to return to McDonald's after that incident as the way they handled the matter was very poor. I don't appreciate the matter being minimized and left up to the cashier to offer an apology. It was the responsibility of the manager to come to me out of respect, which they DID NOT. I noticed neither of the managers would even give me any eye contact, showing me that they were not at all concerned about customer satisfaction. I'm very disturbed with the establishment and I can assure I won't be spending my money there anymore along with many of my friends/family who I've informed.

  87. The mcdonalds in Whitesboro, TX is run by a woman named "Bootsie". The Coke has been out for several days now apparently , because according to someone who works there, they have had problems with the machines and are now pawning off brand soda as the real thing. They also have scheduling problems. They schedule you to work, but when you come in, you are sent home because they have too many. Some weeks you work one day. But they have a sign out front that they are hiring. There are employees who are bullies but nothing is done about it. Kids are taught anti-bullying at school go to work and end up bullied there! Then we could start on food quality and several other topics, but I am going to get some ice cream at Sonic and never go to Whitesboro mcdonalds again

  90. The McDonald's in Childersburg, AL is terrible! They can never get your order right. I order no onions on my food and they always put onions on my burgers. I have ordered a cheeseburger before only to get home and there not be any cheese on my burger. They are constantly out of things, especially breakfast things, mocha for coffee, orange juice, etc. To top it all off, their drive thru speaker has been out for months, not days, not weeks, but months!!! Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Their employees are rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. They should not be working with the public! I do not know or understand how this McDonald's stays in business. Please fix this!!

  91. In the last 4 years, I've only had two complaints about McDonalds that I felt needed to be taken to a manager. However, both times, I was directed to contact their corporate office, and the corporate office never responded. I suppose they must be too busy to respond to me and my little ole family, so we just go to Wendy's for their new Chicken Club Sandwich. It's a little more expensive, but they're always awesome at the drive-thru.

My children and I eat at Mcdonalds all the time and well last night will be the last for me because I had a severe anaphlectic reaction within 20 minutes after eating a double cheeseburger and it started with my tongue swelling and fell like there was something in my throat. I finally had to pull over cuz I felt like I was gonna be sick but it was because my throat was closing up on me. By time Ems showed up I passed out on my daughter. I am lucky and now I wonder if an employee had shell fish and didnt wash their hands before handling food for customers. I am extremely allergic to shell fish. This happened at the McDonalds on w. millbrook rd. in Raleigh NC. The manager was studdering when I suggested that I believe one of the employees had shrimp, crab, oysters or clams and did not wash up before handling customers food. I think she knows something.

  94. The McDonalds in West Union,South Carolina has some of the worst service ever. They let the employees talk to consumers any way they want. Once I let them know my sister in law was a manager at another location their attitude changed. What makes it bad is that I still had to pay for my food and wait on it after the drive thru employee was really rude....the manager I spoke with was no better. I quickly told them how I felt and that location has lost my business.

I have been complaining everywhere but to no avail. I think you guys are right McDonalds does not check this site or apparently any of their email either.   98. I go to the McDonald's in Maple Grove, MN on 83rd Way for coffee and the regular staff is great. However, whenever there are teenagers working there they always lie to me and tell me the coffee is fresh and get upset when I ask for fresh coffee. One teenage genius even told me they had to ask the manager if it was okay to give me fresh coffee. Unbelievable! Last night was the last straw. I went through the drive through, asked if the coffee was fresh, was barked at by the teenager collecting the money - he yelled "Yes!" at me and didn't bother to check, then the teenager at the window gave me the stale coffee. I have probably wasted over $25 dollars in coffee over the past few months since this stop is on my way home and by the time I take a few sips, and taste the gross aftertaste, I'm already back on the freeway. I will be writing Don Thompson and asking for a refund and an apology for poor service and having the nerve to let these teenagers repeatedly serve me old coffee. It os because of his ineffective leadership that McDonald's employees feel that they can sere food or beverages past the expiration date. I was informed that the coffee was not allowed to be served it it was over half an hour old. The coffee they serve me tastes like it is always several hours old. I just don't understand.

  100. Every Friday and I mean every Friday my family been going to the McDonald located at 1935 Tully Rd. in San Jose, Ca 95122. We been loyal customer because we like takin the kids there to play while we order their food on Fridays when we got out of church. The lady who clean there name Josephina has for about 4 time now block the entrance to the play ground and turn off the light on the kids do they could enter the play ground . We have talk to manager and they have all been understanding of letting the kids play but tonight manager came up a new rule that never been brought up. She said the play ground close by 10 not 11 pm when they close. Well there no sign saying that! We been there and have seen kids still playing there after 10 pm. They just lost costumer and we'er taking our children some were else we'er they won't be neglect .

No one has attempted to contact me and I had an unbelievable horrid experience. At this point I feel, and it certainly seems true, that McDonald's does not care at all about their customers or their satisfaction. Me waiting in drive for 20 min to order, 5 to get the food. Then after all that time cold fries. No manager. 5min to get fresh fries. Does McDonald's care about food quality? So I guess I should no longer go to any of these restaurants? Im not postin my personal info again. Besides I have already emailed and given that info.

They hire to many ppl on one shift than blame you for it. By cutting your hours or taking you down to 1day a week. I wouldn't advise ANYONE to work here. McDonalds in Eastwood/Crestwood.     2. I am big big fan of the Mc Donald’s, ever since its existence in INDIA. However, the EPISODE accrue on 12 July 2012, at around 1300hrs feel me very DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTED. The incident is narrated as following paragraphs :-

    A. I was having 4 (four) FREE COUPONS of Mc Donald’s, which I produced for the redemption. I asked the lady over there to arrange to pack the delivery items so that I can fetch them to my home for consumption by me and my family. However, the lady over there informed me that I will have to make another purchases worth Rs 400/- to redeem these coupons. Simultaneously, I purchased two PIZZA WRAPPED MEALS and an ICE CREAM worth some 412/- bucks.

    B. To my UTTER SHOCKIKNGS the entire stuff was given to me in open paper envelopes. The same was not wrapped/packed properly. On asking fort the carry bags the representative expressed here inabilities to provide me the carry bags. On approaching THE MANAGER, over there he too expressed his inabilities.

    C. On several requests the Manager promised me to arrange some cartoon box. When I reached my home, I found the cartoon box provisioned by the COVETED MCDONALDS was in very SHABBY and BAD status (probably it was utilized for carriage of some GARBAGE or likewise stuff). Further, the entire food stuff including the soft drinks was SHATTERED inside that shabby box (since it was not packed properly and was poured in the open paper envelopes).

    3. It is VERY PERTINENT to mention here that I was compelled to throw the ENTIRE STUFF including that ill-fated and shabby cartoon and was DISAPPOINTED with the services extended by the McDonalds.

    4. I have also placed WRITTEN COMPLAINT to this regards with the Manager, then and there. However, I am yet to be contacted for the REDRESSAL.

    5. Forwarded for your INFORMATION and NECESSARY ACTION AS DEEMED FEASIBLE, at this stage please.

    McDonalds. I went in for two very simple things one at lunch was a Mc Chicken and small fry. went to pay and got a bill for $12.54. I went to pay and the guy had already swiped my card. and I asked him how much? he said $12.54. no I don't think so. he then realized he was doing the guy in the drive thru that was (behind) me. His manager then had to fix the register the young Spanish boy stated to his boss the card looked the same as the other one. Not sure how he even knew what his card looked like since he had not even got to the window to pay yet? the manager asked if I wanted the money back or credit my account. I opted to credit my account. I drove up to the window to pick up my order they tried to give the $12.54 bag of food to me . I explained to the Spanish gal that it was the next guys order. she then handed me my order. Boy got it done. Now tonight my husband and I wanted a yogurt parfait and I though a $1.00 mocha freeze sounded good. got our order and drove into the safeway parking lot. I then asked for the mocha drink. my husband stated it's not in here meaning the bag. I said are you kidding i looked at the sales slip and they charged me $3.75. I had made sure and stated during my order I want the $1.00 one that they been advertising on TV. they then said yes we have those. when I went back to get my mocha freeze the older gal (Spanish) gal talked perfect English. was going to give me a refund and I thought my drink. But in stead she said we are all out of chocolate chips???? what the hell is going on with people I told her just give me my money back. Why was that not mentioned by the man that told me yes we have those $1.00 mocha's. Our little town suffers a lot with keeping business going and striving for good customer service. I just hate to see if this happened to me twice in one day. Imagine how many customer get pissed off and turn away giving you business I would think in this struggling economy that you could at least get some what qualified people to do the job kind of??? what is going on that your corp. isn't even aware of what goes on and or do You Really Care.

  110. I live in Horry county SC and myself and my family eat at McDonalds very often and don't have any complaints worth talking about. My reason for wrighting this is to ask who do I talk to about cleaning the tile & grout floors. Out of all the McDonalds in this county i have not seen even one store that is clean as it can and should be. I am the owner of D&K Floor and Surface Solutions and I am asking for a chance to show what your stores can look like after I clean them. I gave a proposal to the Carolina Forest store some months ago and it seems that they could care less about the condition of the floors. If there is someone reading this and truely cares about the health and safety of customers and the employee's that work at these locations please give me call at 843-450-0875. I would love to have the work at these locations but above that it is crazy to over look the facts of having a clean resturant and I am here to help with the problem.

So i go to mc dees in victoria texas 77901 & order a 20 p nuggets & 2 large fries so i am waiting for my order & the rude lady said 4double cheese bugers on purposd cause she didng like me so i am waiting and people that were behind me were getting there food well turns out she called out the wrong thing on purpose so my food can get cold so i went up to the register & told them wheres my food & thats lady jumps in & says its right here i called it out she made me very mad itsre thay the mc dees connected to the store on bloomington hwy nobody does there job there Thdy just joke around and do things fo ppls food even the managers let them do what they want.   114. To whom concerned . This Mcdonalds in Monteagle is Bad bad . They hardly EVER have sweeet tea in loby, 4 or 5 people standing around and doing nothing. If you ask for a Tea it s like its a burdon on them to get the tea and hand it back to me. The Bathroom/restroom well lets just say that if i was a food inspector i would SHUT the store down urine on the walls and crap also. Not to mention the RED bucket of Fries sitting just to the left of the fryer that you can see NATS flying around,and that is behind the counter where you order the food. Me and a friend go in almost ever day mostly for the sweet tea which is good if you can get any. I am thanking of going on facebook or twitter taking my cell phone in and taking pictures and posting them for everyone to see.   115. The manager wanted to not resolve the missing hash brown in my meal. I had a receipt at time of purchase, but when I mentioned it on next visit (which I did not get a receipt this time at all), he said I had to have a receipt from the last week. When you call McDonald's over a wrong order or missing item, they tell you to come back up and they will give it to you - by then your meal is cold and who pays for your gas and time to go back up to get it; of course you would just resolve it the next time you went there. The manager has a negative attitude and thinks it is no big deal and did not care about a report to the BBB or a negative review on here. McDonald's now thinks they have so many customers they don't care if they lose some over petty things - McDonald's customer service is terrible. I told him now I have to hold up the drive thru each time to make sure the order is right because he would not give me what was owed to me, which costs more in his company time and money than the 2 dollar hash brown is worth, but he does not care how much it cost his company.

    Inview words I was complaining about the price increase of nearly 25% the last 3/4 months and about the food manipulation. Nobody uses gloves and the same person who is taken the money is after 10 minutes the food without any protection. I received a quick standard e-mail as you can see below as answer. Meanwhile the only thing that changed was the price. Now not nearly 25% anymore but more then 25% since I'm counting.I wouldlike to take the opportunity to tell you something for my understanding meaningless:
    this week you have the Mc Happy Day. Everything very pretty but most families herein Foz do Iguaçu are very simple. If they have 2,3 childrens they can'tpay to take all of them to Mac Donalds. I understand then that the"charity" has his limits and if the simple childrens in Foz do Iguaçu
    can't go even if sometimes to the expensive Mac Donaldas is their problem.I remember 20 years ago when I lived in Rio de Janeiro and took my daughter every weekend to Mac Donald's after a movie. Today I wouldn't do it. I would rather save some Mac Donald's time/hamburgers and go to a really restaurant. The price would be fairer.
    Mac Donald's is not for everybody any more. Mac Donald's grows in price and reduce in hygiene. Is a pity.

    So I was working here from November 2011 - June 2012 and I was being paid 7.25 when I was supposed to be getting paid 7.50. I talked to the store manager and the people over at the corporate office in my city! They claimed the problem would be fixed but never was. The store manager told me he had went to corporate and they said it would be fixed so I waited no change so I called corporate they told me they didn't know anything about it so I went back to the store manager and he claimed to go back but it was just a repetitive situation! What do I do I really don't want to take it to court because it's not like it's a million dollars but I still need what's owed to me ! Someone suggested I call the overal corporate but I'm unsure

  120. I have a general complaint about the owner of the multiple franchies in Western New york, the Derico Corp, located in Amherst, NY. The owner's name is Rico...and he needs to sell off some his stores because he does not know how to run them, hire and KEEP employees or even care about customer service. Today, I just sat in the drive-thru for nearly 15 minutes...came home to open my steak bagel sandwich to find no sauce, no onions and two tops of a bagel.....it was gross...and to boot, the store manager made it. I left this store about 3 years ago because I was being sexually harassed by the store manager...filed a complaint and was fired. They cant keep any employees because the owner just does not care.
    It is dispicable how such a large corporation such as this can still make money like it does.....this corp needs its consumers to stop ordering their horrific food...as I will be from here on out. It is absolutely ridiculous how the employees are treated and the customers....shame on you.

  123. At the McDonald's I work at, I am constantly made fun of, talked about, and talked down to by nearly all the management staff. The harassment was all fun and games- that is until it became an everyday thing. I try to be happy, I try to smile, now every time I go in to work I absolutely dread it. They always ask me about my "bad attitude"... well? WHAT DO I SAY?? I put in my two weeks notice because I am moving out of state; however, it seems that things have only taken a turn for the worst. Aside from the very few nice co-workers on my usual shift, there are several managers in mind who really like to dig down deep. I'm pretty sure it's against company policy for management to talk about employees.. to other employees.. I know that they think I can't hear it- well they are wrong. I don't say anything because I try not to care, but I do. It is downright disrespectful and unprofessional. I complain a lot on the job now- because there are definitely things to complain about! The racks for grill are so disgusting words cannot even describe, I'm always in dirty surroundings- when a mess is made it's not immediately cleaned, it is left there for quite a long time- sometimes hours. If pictures of even half of the things we use to cook with were released, I'm sure there would be a drop in customers. I'm just over-the-top 100% DONE with the treatment I've received working here, I've always told myself I would never work at a McDonald's, and here I am today complaining about the exact things I knew were going to happen. This is my first job, I'm 18, but that sure as hell does not give one single person to treat me as badly as I am at the Tecumseh, OK McDonald's.

    I am a costumer from Brazil. What´s happening about the sandwich "mac fish" the franchising restaurants are serving in Brazil?
    I have eaten this sandwich in Mac Donalds for ten years.
    Although Brazilians sandwiches are one of the five most expensive in the world, during this time they have cut the chease in a half, the maionese with peacles( nowadays you can´t taste it, because they don´t cut them anymore, just grate, once there was just a little maionese in one I ate). The piece of fish is so smaller than used to be.
    The advertisement and all boxes of that sandwich lie to the costumer. It´s a crime in Brazil according to the costumer code.
    The quality and quantity of this sandwich is a joke in Brazil.
    My friends and I stopped to eat in Mac Donald´s. Your company is losing their costumers to other foreign fast food franchishing for these resons: expensive sandwich without quality and quantity.
    It is well known here. We fell really disrespectfull.

    Question: What´s the company going to do to fix this problem about quantity and quality with "Mac Fish" in Brazil?

As an employee at McDonalds I've seen a lot of wrong choices be made; from expired buns to serving food past the expiration date and much more, but the worst is to be a manager and not get a raise! As if they don't have the money to give raises. They have over a hundred employees at most of the McDonalds around the world so we know they're making money. The drive thrus are always packed and slow moving. The worst thing ever is having half cooked food and serving it! Yuck!!! Yep I still work there and complain!

  128. I am totally upset. I purchased two small fries at McDonalds on 7 mile in Detroit store# 7025. The fries were like rubber, but I was like 5 miles away before I started eating them. Frustrated because they were supposed to be for me and my 4 yr old grandson's lunch. I couldn't eat them, they were that bad. I stopped at another McDonald's on Greenfield and 8Mile in Southfield because it was en route home. I asked them if I could exchange them for some fresh fries. The cashier went to another person, I presumed, management, that person mouthed who, she pointed to me and shook her head no. How could they deny me if I had my receipt. I believe if I was of a different color or dressed in the manner of a business person, they would have done it. I asked them if they were going to make me go all the way back where I got them from and their answer was yes we can't do it. They didn't know who I was, if I was a shopper or what. I am really upset! Sooo, I did go back to the store and without question, they gave me 2 more and upped the size. That was nice, but got home and the fries still tasted the same, rubbery and old. I can't burn another ounce of gas on McDonald's. I want my money back or a coupon equivalent to what I spent on your food and gas. I feel so belittled by the Greenfield-8Mile store, so insignificant. So, my grandson ate something else.

I am very disappointed after speaking with the Area Mgr of the South Holland, Il location because I was told that they are not able to accomindate me as a customer when I order a breakfast burrito without cheese bc they come frozen and they do not thaw them out to make fresh for the customers bc they are too busy. But the Matteson, Il location (just 20 mins further south) makes it without cheese when I order it everytime. So to me that means that the Matteson location cares about accomindating their customers and takes time to do so whereas the South Holland location doesnt care about providing customer service bc they are too busy to do so.

  130. I am an employee at store number 22872 in Phoenix, Az. I have been there for three years and all of a sudden, new rules pop up every day. I cant chew gum, talk to people, get a cup of water when I'm working in the kitchen for 8 to 9 hours straight. Yesterday at work i got a cup of water and one of my mangers took it out hands and threw it away and said "Youre not allowed to have drinks anymore! EVER! I have put up with alot of shit from them but that tops it all off. Never work for Mc Donalds they are EVIL!! One day they made unclog a toilet with a toilet brush, which didn't work and made me throw up for an hour straight. After that i got written up for not working during the lunch rush. Also othe management thinks its ok to set up nasty buffets and use the grills and friers to cook theyre own food that they bring from a nasty ass grocery store. i was supposed to be off at 11 PM last night but didn't get out until 12:30 because i had to clean up they're buffet. And what is with the employee meal program they have now, child sized everything. If they see a phone out they think they can take them away from us like its high school. I would like to see an updated copy of the employee handbook because it doesn't say anything in mine about any of that.

  131. I was wondering, since you claim to be a family friendly restaurant... Why aren't your bathrooms kid friendly? I would you think you would have mini toilets and sinks at a lower level. When you're 2 and potty training, an adult sized toilet that is almost eye level is pretty daunting. Then when sat on, it tries to swallow the child whole. That would be terrifying to me as a small child. Then the sink issue. It's a huge pain to hold a child up, work the faucet, help rub their hands together, and wash them off. Anyhow, just a thought for a "family" friendly restaurant.

  133. Hey this is a message to anyone who lives in Ashland Va and thoes who may stop by the Ashlan McDonald's right off the highway. I was in there two days ago and I asked for some hot fries because the fries that they had given be were cold and nasty so I was like wow can I get some hot fries? The manager was like sure so as I'm standing there waiting for my fries I could see the timer on them and it was 56 seconds left. She pulled them up and dumped them in to the contanier that holds the fries she put salt on them and put them in a bag and gave me half cooked fries. I asked her what her name was and she told me her name was Ronsheka I dont know if I have it spelled right but any way so I perceded to aske her do you normally sell half cook food to you guest and she said they are not half cooked sir so just as she said that timer goes of and I said had they not been half cooked you would be just pulling them up right now because your timer is going off. She just stood there and look at me no i'm sorry would you like me to fully cook you some fries or do you want your money back nothing and she just looked at me for about 10 seconds and walked away. I will never eat there again!!!

  134. ok i work at hispanic mcdonalds all of the managers exept 2 ar spics all of them are not of this contry they dont have green cards i have watch a manager change their name and ssi number i was offered a promotion by our store manager and when this mexican manager who is acctually somewhat legal found out she threw a hissy fit and now my hours went from 35 to 40 a week to just changed to 15 with a rewriten scedual i do think this is bs and i do think it is a crime some how if i must i will have a lawyer sit in on it but i should not have had this done and i really dont think anyone from corp. care about any of us just about the money and stocks.

The owner blames corporate, saying that they don't allow any strips or anything to be done about the flies. Customers have to bring there own fliswaters and dead ones are all over the place. It's disgusting!!! No other place in town has any flies.

  138. The McDonalds on Goodman Road in Olive Branch, MS is in serious need of cleaning. I took my children there because they have a Play Place. I could not believe how disgusting and down right filthy the place was. The floors looked like they hadn't been swept in quite a while, the tables were not wiped down, and there was ice cream or at least I think it was ice cream smeared on the wall and a moldy smell as well. NOT appetizing!!! Next time I'll take my kids to Chick-Fil-A.

This is a VERY direspectible thing to do, especially in this country. I do NOT want to hear this happened because this is a franchise.You screen, or supposedly screen these people before they are granted a franchise, or is just BECAUSE they have the MONEY to invest in a franchise? This picture has been on my facebook, and believe me, it is now making its rounds. Expect to see a decrease in customers. We will continue to pass this on. Boycott McDonalds. Physically and mentally you're a mess.

  142. I was on an ocean cruise (Nov 2012) which dropped in to Suva ,Fiji. I went in to the McDonalds near the terminal and bought a Big Mac and a large coke. Imagine my surprise to be charged 23 Australian dollars! Thats about 3 times the normal Australian price, man they fleece the tourists there.

  144. My wife Joey was attacked Tuesday, November 27, 2012. She went to McDonalds on the East hill of Kent WA and had pulled around to a parking space. She was programming the GPS to find Fry's. Some guy opened her car door and just started punching her. She tried to get away by trying to move to the passenger seat while all the time yelling. Then the guy just ran off. Some people came out of McDonalds to help. They called 911 and when I got there the police were trying to get the security footage.

    The officer from Kent who is investigating the assault told us that McDonalds Corporate has to give the local McDonalds permission to release the surveillance footage.

    I contacted the McDonalds where the incident took place. There address and phone number are 10125 Southeast 256th Street, Kent, WA 98030. (253) 852-5810.

    I called McDonalds Corporate Office at 630-623-3000 and after navigating their telephone tree, I talk to the switchboard operator and she directed to the HR. The lady I talked said the video is proprietary and that they need a subpoena to release the video and that I should let the police take care of it.

    The incident took place in the parking lot, not inside the restaurant. What possible proprietary information can be disclosed from a video of the parking lot? Why would they make it so difficult to get the footage so this person can be identified?

    All I am trying to do help get a violent person off the street before he hurts some else.
