Lack of integrity and professional accountability by Cooperate claims office and customer service! Turned over a paid account for a simple windshield replacement to a collection agency after it was paid in full. Very unprofessional communication out of MO claims office lacked follow through. After bringing this mistake to their attention, the company recommended that I the customer who paid them in full. Contact the collection agency to resolve the matter. As a member of two very large organizations and business owner. I think it might be best that we do business with another rental agency who respond more professionally, and one not associated with the Enterprise, National, Alamo brand. I believe this will prevent future loss of time. Never again, not worth the headache!

Enterprise Unprofessional Customer Service

We had a rental booked at the Westover Blvd location in Albany Ga by an INSURANCE CO. The reservation was booked on a Friday. We received a call from a person by the name of (Reed) to say that he had the vehicle at the location but he was leaving due to the day being a Friday. We could come Monday or else, I talked with him again Monday morning and was told to come to the store at 10:30 to get a vehicle not the 1 we had reserved but he would have it later that day. Once at the store I was called a liar in front of a customer and an employee of Enterprise. This is not acceptable nor will I return until (Reed) right this wrong with a verbal apology to me!!!!!

Hello, I wanted to file a complaint about your location in Boardman Ohio I was treated very rude and have been given the run around for 3 months I was a repeat renter for several months and I went to the Boardman location for the first time and I was treated very rude and put on the do not rent list for an unpaid balance that I immediately paid once I was aware, they told me I had to talk to the risk management team but no one will get me in contact with them and I believe I was profiled and would like for the matter to be handled.

The overall rating did not allow me to put 0 stars, number one. I reserved to rent a 15-passenger van back in August 2023 for the family trip in November for Thanksgiving. I got a message from Enterprise Owings Mills branch the day before pickup stating that they don’t have a van for my trip. We have family traveling from surrounding counties to ride in the van. Just imagine having to try and rent or needing to buy last-minute plane tickets for 15 people, that is a lot. The manager apologized over and over again, however, that didn’t get me what I needed. I could go on and on about this enterprise, I have rented from them several times and it’s always something with them, never a smooth transaction, NEVER.

My most recent experience with Enterprise will be my last ever. For sure. Service was rude, staff was not trained and couldn’t answer questions, the car wasn’t ready and when it was it smelled like smoke and mold. For all this fun I got to pay $700 including a deposit that may take 2 weeks to be refunded to my account. At 7:30 in the morning, there were 4 employees and 2 customers in the office. One customer was being helped. The three other employees stood around shooting the breeze and ignored me until I said “ hello “ loudly. After the paperwork was done I asked about returning the car to an alternate location close to where my car is being serviced I got. “No, we don’t do that “. No explanation no apology. Well, I happen to have done this in the past so I asked why not… oh I was such a terrible customer!! The explanation I got was all about where Enterprise needs the cars… no concern about what the customer needs… hmm.

Later that day I called to provide some insurance information and I waited a full two hours on hold because the staff didn’t answer the phones. This isn’t anything that can even be called bad customer service…. It’s the rude treatment of customers without any idea what service even means. Unprofessional, Some combination of street brats and frat boys who shouldn’t be trying to run a business. I’m done with you Enterprise. Wake up and smell the coffee and the competition. With jokers like this running your branch, you’ll be out of business soon enough.
