  1. HORRIBLE customer service!! Complete disconnect between all employees; one tells you one "solution", then the other tells you a different "solutions" when the first one didn't work. An absolute waste of time and money! I will no longer be a customer of Metro PCS! I'm sure that this is one of the many reasons why their stocks keep declining.

  2. terrible phone service its very clear by thr kind of service that you givr to people after they pay huge money for the service you said thry will have for their money is a jpke im sure you laugh everytime we pay our bill and you laugh again when we try to use our servicei will no longer be a joke for you we always get back what we put out its call reaping what you so ask GOD, it will happen whether you believe it or not hard earned money is never funny.

One of the phones on my plan was disconnected and I am told that although the service is in good standing that there is a note from the corporate offices that I have to get my handicapped body to a metro store to have the phone, which I've owned and had been working properly for almost a year, re-activated. And there is not one person at their call center or their corporate office that can assist. They can't even tell me why THEY disconnected it. Customer service is a lost art.

  4. Metro has caused one of the phones on my plans to be de-activiated and is requiring that I bring my handicapped body to one of their stores to have it activated. Their customer service agents were unable to assist and although there is a note from the corporate office stating that I have to go have it re-activated, they can not give me a name or telephone number for their corporate office. Customer service is a lost art.

  8. Don't waste your time calling customer service! The worst service I've ever had to deal with. You cant understand what they are saying at any given moment and no one speaks english. One person tells you one thing and the other doesn't know what the hell is going on! Even the managers are worthless and cant help at all! If you have this crappy service do yourself a favor and transfer to a better company who can actually help you. Apparently u don't have to have a degree to work for Metro piece of shit!

  9. 12/19/2015 switched services from h2 o to metro pcs keeping my phone did not want free phone. 5572 state rd parma Ohio. The female employee " Ricky" stated it was doable , I prepaid till April 2016 the 40 a month plan. I did not have cell service till I brought phone back today 12/20/2015 then my data is not working unable to surf the web. The metro pcs employee Ricky said sorry, I don't work with blu brand phones I've done all I could do, go down the street to page one wireless and see if they can fix for you. I asked for her to switch my phone back to h2 o and refund my advanced payment she said no it's not her fault it's the phones fault. Do not trust metro pcs on state road in parma Ohio. They are not educated in phone services, they will charge you and ruin your phone. She also said I was being negative. I did not rais my voice nor called her out of her name.   10. I have had service for 1 month this appears to be a scam in Florida customer service has no knowledge. I was told that I could have my payments auto deducted from my checking the catch is the payments are deducted (5)days prior to the due date why should I have to pay my bill 5 days prior to due date? I am visually impaired this method accommodates my impairment, and why should anyone pay 5 days prior to due date. I see why there is no contract.
