Groupon Worst Customer Service on the Planet

Rated 1.0 out of 5

“Customer-centric?” lol. You MUST be sarcastic. This is, without peer, the WORST company I have EVER dealt with. If they’re so “customer-centric” why do they hide any kind of meaningful customer service from their customers? Their contact info on the BBB’s site is to phone numbers. None of their executive emails are accessible outside the company. They actively sue consumer advocates to who publish contact info, and their only customer service channels are chat and email to outsourced scriptreaders and bots who reply with unrelated canned copied and pasted responses. There are thousands of complaints against them on Social Media and ALL OVER THE INTERNET. I signed up for their new revised Groupon+ Dining Cashback program and never saw a dime in cashback. They recorded the transactions, just don’t pay, and for over two weeks now Customer Support has done nothing but waste my time with BS. They blame others, they don’t even know anything about the program they advertise, they’re pathetic. It’s all coming from a foreign country.

Groupon View Voucher Feature

I’ve been in touch with Groupon Customer Service about an issue with the View Voucher feature. They’ve apologized for the inconvenience and offered to contact the merchant on my behalf or for me to contact them myself. However, I’m confused about how the concert venue can help since the issue is with Groupon’s website. I’ve already missed one concert due to this problem and would appreciate your help.
