Chase Constant APR Increases

Rated 1.0 out of 5

Constant APR increases and low-quality customer support! After nearly 24 years with Chase, they have become sharks and are only concerned about bottom profits and the APR is unreasonably high. No one should pay hundreds of dollars a month in interest charges. They do not care if you have been a long-time loyal and timely customer. All of the customer support is outsourced. The APR on my other card is a lot more reasonable and they are very customer-focused and go above and beyond. Chase is far from customer-centric. It should be illegal to charge someone 5000 or more dollars in interest a year.

Dear Chase Corporate Headquarters - This bank is the rudest company I have ever dealt with!

The rudest bank company I have ever been associated with. I spoke with several customer service rep before speaking with a Chase supervisor named Zachary very very rude, I explained to Zachary the funds for a reverse payment was there and he told me it wasn’t. Questions and clarification I needed on my account weren’t provided a reason, Zachary is abusing his authority to speak to Chase’s customers disrespectfully I can go further about the real reason … Zachary works for customers and doesn’t work for Zachary. Zachary doesn’t have to ability to help customers and only talks rudely to them … Remember is named ZACHARY RUDE SUPERVISOR FOR CHASE CUSTOMER service Don’t customers serve you!

Chase Customer Service

Customer service is rude and incompetent. Account closed and fraud. After 30plus phone calls still can’t get any info just switched from a non-English speaker to another for a couple of hours. Forget Chase. Thieving Jerks.
