The Company that promises lies, because their Customer Service Representatives can’t do anything if it doesn’t require simple functions that a third grader can perform. They don’t resolve issues, pass the buck to Likewise Insurance Company and they send me back and forth with each other and it is impossible to talk to a Resolution Manager or Supervisor…. it’s awful and I have been 18 days without service, impossible to do anything online or email because I have confused all my passwords and I need that phone restored to change all my passwords even banking…lol and I can go on… it’s impossible to reach the Corporate office or get a telephone number, or an address… seriously looking at abandoning this sinking ship.💔

I recently activated my account and attempted to get the Boost Protect/ Apple Care. According to the pamphlet, it includes bringing your device. Boost is refusing to honor the eligibility requirements. They say it only applies to phones purchased from them. A customer representative went as far as to say the store manager would agree with them as the truth always prevails. So according to the representative, I am a liar.

Save yourself the headache by staying far away from Boost Mobile.

Boost Mobile Refund Issue

What Boost calls a “Refund”! I was overcharged for phone insurance for 2 months @ $8 a month. I called and the lady, after a very long discussion, finally told me she would write up a refund ticket.. After an hour or so, I went to the website, and noticed I had been charged $16, and the line item said refund! Can you imagine that, they don’t even know basic accounting and they run a corporation? I get my social security check, on the 4th Wednesday of every month. As you can guess, the days vary, so in order to have the money there when my bill comes due, I started a cash account balance for them to pull from when my bill comes due. the total in this account is my cash, used to pay my bill when it comes due…however, they think it is their money, and can just take it at will…. All of my documentation I’m going to send it all to Irvine California BBB, and the Chamber of Commerce….also, for everyone reading this, I am working on a lawsuit, to which you can add your name to.. send your name, reason for signing up on this petition (fraud, theft, overcharged) etc. My name is —-Roger Banfield, Ashland Kentucky, Facebook—— I will be posting updates there for all to see, and feel free to leave your story, or comments, or anything you wish others to know the way Boost Mobile has treated you… I will not be responsible for your posts, so be accurate in your wording, and let’s make them do the right thing, refund monies owed to all their past and current customers….

Boost Customer Service Failed

Boost customer care failed with my order. They lied; stating it was ordered I have in 2 days shipped it express but did not. The manager said that they don’t do that and it takes 5 days to get new SIM cards. Support is a joke they take 5 days plus to answer emails and then no resolution is offered. Local Belmont NC store will not answer any technical questions unless you come in with proof you bought your device from them.
