  1. I bought a boost galaxy prevail phone on Friday and returned it the next Monday. No tower power,I couldn't even use it. Thank goodness I bought the insurance on the phone, I got all of my money back in cash from Best Buy. GOOD BY BOOST MOBIL!!!!

  2. I bought a i465 Clutch phone from boost thinking per the Boost website that it had a memory card slot it does not . That is False Advertisment . After numerous calls to boost and lots of hang ups by their employee's they change the website,but what about me i have a phone that I thought had this.they did do nothing for me .I will never go with boost again or have my friends go with boost. And I have a phone I cant use.

    Applied for the Boost Shrinkage Plan months ago and still have not getting a reduction in my bill, and when I call I'm told that I'm not enrolled in that plan, even tho' a rep tells me she'll enroll me and then she gives me a confimation number that means nothing cuz when I call again I'm still on the plan. Canceled my automatic payment plan and will be canceling service. This is what happens when American companies go Global. You stupid Americans that voted for Obama- this is the kind of shit that will grow like cancer in our country. Smarten up you losers cuz there is no other country better than the USA and if you think so- MOVE THERE!!!

    6. I was outraged by the customer service I got when going into a local store. Sign says free phone, which by the way was the one I had been looking at, when you switch you number over to boost! I WAS ESTATIC! ALL UNTILL...... I was told that that offer will not apply to me, and that he dose not have to offer me any offers! ILL BE HAPPY TO PAY MORE and take my business else where, and also where I can walk into my dealer for personal customer service assistance!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU BUT NO THANK YOU!

I bought a Galaxy Prevail and can not get out with it were I live.Called boost to see if I can get the problem fixed.But it seems like thay don't know what there doing.I've called about six times,sent them emails.I recived answers back an told me to call them back.I did.I recived the same answers and questions.I call them today switched over to a tec.told him my problem agian. then he switched me over to a computer and lord knows what department.I called again gave her my information and she hung up on me.There is so much you can take and I to get what I paid for and they will not give your money back.I'm not finish with this problem yet.I don't know why they want to call them back.I guess it' just to piss me off.Well their doing a good job.

I went into the boost store in my town and explained to the clerk KATHY that my husband had cancer and I needed a phone service that was inexpensive but also it was imperitive that I was able to receive all calls and make calls to dr.'s and hospitals . she sold me a used phone saying it was better than new because the used phones were gone over really well and I would have no problem. I paid for the phone, 59.00 and paid for the 50.00 a month unlimited talk text and web. The first time I used the phone it dropped every other word and also dropped calls. I had the phone for 7 days then returned to the store to see what could be done. The clerk KATHY told me nothing could be done. I asked her if I could pay the extra $20.00 and get the brand new version of the used phone I had, she told me that wouldn't work because that particular phone wasn't strong enough to pick up the signal in our area. the only thing I could do was upgrade to the $109.00 phone. I asked her why she sold me a phone she knew wasn't strong enough and she had no answer for me. I tried to call customer service (ha ha)but could not get through to anyone to help me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! I had told her our funds were short due to my husbands illness and I feel she and Boost took advantage of me when I was vulnerable. I now have a $59.00 phone I can't use, and $50.00 worth of useless minutes. I went back to my old provider Verizon who has never dropped a call on me in 15 years, they are more expensive but at least I can count on them. Boost is apparently in the business of screwing people, not providing reasonably priced reliable phone service. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and I feel they cheated me. They could have at least refunded me the cost of the crap phone they sold me. I think KATHY should be fired from her job at Boost, she was rude and insensitve and a liar.

    5. My phone has not been able to receive incoming calls for 1 1/2 weeks. I called, they said they were having problems with the satelight. Called back on 9/14 was hung up on, called back the second person was very nice and tried to help but it didn't fix the problem. Called back on 9/15 spoke to Carol, she didn't care and told us she couldn't help us, and gave us the corporate email. Researched found the corporate office but called and they are not open on Sundays. Called back again spoke to Cassandra she said the site will be up on 9/16. What kind of customer service does this
      company operate by? I have 2 children who need to be able to contact me to pick them up from school and after school activities. Friday my 14 year old son had to walk home at 11pm because I couldn't receive his pone call to pick him up. You promote "family", where the hell is family in this situation.   9. Continuing systemic problems with service on my Galaxy prevail. In the six months I've had it, I've had service problems (no service) about once a month. Will be out for 2-3 days at a time. No one at boost seems to know what they're doing.
    I would not recommend Boost to anyone. The Sprint service is just too undependable.

  10. I just bought a Transom Ultra and tried switching from my Blackberry and Boost wants to cancel my monthly plan and charge me a full month to start over ! I can see how they keep getting richer by paying non english speaking idiot and double dipping on other peoples money.Owned by Sprint is the first major problem they should be shut down for there practice ! ! !

  11. I purchased a Galaxy Prevail phone from Boost mobile, and the phone doesn't work. I brought the phone 7 days ago, and the store is not trying to return my money. The service at this store is horrible, and the manager is the worst. I will contuine to fight to get my money back for a phone I cannot use. I was basically told that they are not exchanging the phone, and will not refund my money.

  12. This company is the most absolute WORST I have ever dealt with. About a month ago my phone stopped working. I called BoostMobile customer care and explained my problem. SHe stated that a complementary phone would be sent to me. I asked the rep if a PO box was ok for the phone to be sent to; she said it was. Well she was wrong. It took many phone calls and time to figure out what happened to the phone that was supposed to be sent to me. After finally receiving the phone this past Saturday, I called to have it set up. Not only did I get hung up on countless times, but I was told that the phone was in soemone else's account, and that it could not be sent up in my name. I repeatedly asked for corporates phone number and the reps had told me they didnt have one, so they gave me an email address to contact coorporate. I have yet to hear from them. I cannot begin to tell you out there how frustrated I am with these people. I have been given the run-around all weekend from them. I just want my phone working; I work and I am a taking classes in the evening at a local college. My car isnt the most dependable, and I feel safer having a phone with me when driving home late at night. I guess the message I am trying to send is DO NOT GET BOOSTMOBILE!!! THEY ARE THE MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! If this problem doesnt get resolved within the next couple of days, I will find another provider.

    1. They aren't THE MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE (you) HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. They're very competent at doing nothing for their customers. As a matter of fact, this is on area in which they excel. The other is stealing money from your balance, hoping that you won't jump through all the hoops you have to to get service, or due diligence; it's designed to get you to quit.

      From their perspective, you need them more than they need you, because if you had any power or smarts at all (they figure), you wouldn't be using a monthly plan with them, you'd be using something a little more costly and sure and service oriented like the big boys. With Boost, it's guilt by omission, and they tend to omit a ton, don't they?

      I'd do the WalMart thing if I were you. Run from thieves like Boost and go over there.

  13. My phone was stolen on Thursday evening.I contacted Boost within 30 minutes. By Friday the THIEVES had changed my pin and after hours of back and forth conversations with boost not being able to confirm who I was even though I pay my bill out of my bank account, they gave the thieves time to change my phone number. They then told me I would hear from someone in the Security Department who would be able to help me regain control of my account. To my surprise, customer service rep Ali kept her word and followed up with me and that was reassuring, however by Monday, even though I was able to provide them with the date I switched my T-Mobile phone number to Boost, they said I was too late, I had to pay another monthly fee and get a new phone number. The THIEVES who have my phone get use it for the next 2 weeks on my hard earned dollars and Boost says the only way I can get any account activity information is if I first go to the police department and get them to report it to the FCC. There's no way I am going to believe that there's no record of these THIEVES changing my pin and phone number, and why do I have to have another phone number where my friends and family, especially those in the military stationed overseas can't contact me. I am a vet who believe we all deserve better service from Boost Mobile and I pray they are taking some of their profits to improve their customer service department. Have anyone had any success contacting their Corporate Office?

    1. Boost is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sprint. Try calling Sprint's corporate head quarters in Kansas. Not sure how much better Sprint is than Boost but at least they speak better English. Keep putting everyone on the spot maybe eventually you will get lucky. Sprint wants everyone to buy the Apple I-phone and are raising everyone else to cover it. Don't know how that shakes down to Boost. Stay away from Virgin mobile too they are owned by Sprint & their customer service speaks worse English than Boost. Only good thing is Sprint has a better network than most of the other low budget prepaid services & Boost is on that network. It's pretty reliable until something goes wrong then it a roller coaster ride with 3rd world Customer Service as you are finding out but it either that or pay the $30-$40 more a month or deal with it. AT&T or Version aren't much better but anything to do with Sprint is a hassle. Be nice if some Sprint employee would publish Boost's Irvine corporate directory HINT!--Good luck!

  14. Bought a Boost phone and the plan back in Oct.2011. Used a Promo Code from a relative which I, plus the relative would receive a $25.00 credit to our accounts. The store rep said he puched in the Promo Code. After 3 months NO Credit to ether account, I called customer service (not sure which country I was forward to, they baring spoke english) They told me the Promo Code was never entered by the store rep.I called the store rep. and he swears it was entered. Well needless to say, cusomter service says it can't be reentered, and store rep says didn't know if anything can be done now. The Promotion isn't over until March 31,2012. Funny thing we were into the Boost store to pay our monthly bill and the store rep was bragging about having $80.00 show up in his account and didn't know where it came from. I guess their Promotions that they push aren't any better then the paper they are printed on.

  15. i have been a boostmobile customer since 2008 last weeek i get a text saying im violating the terms of my unlimited contract, i call in to find out and get this guy who clouds barely be understood who kept telling me to refer to the websites policy which i had done prior to calling him. they say no conference or commercial use which i have not done. im a cook at a domestic violence shelter no use of my cell involved. my phone started acting crazy like when im calling out saying i rerach the verizon network, not taking incoming calls and roaming. i switch phone three times in a week at my expence because of this issue, this morning i woke up to call my job and my phone is off i call boost and they tell me because i violated policy on my UNLIMITED ACCOUNT BY CALLING THE SAME NUMBER AQND TALKING FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME (MY BOYFRIEND) WTF THEY CLOSED THE ACCOUNT COMPLETELY AND SAY NOTHING CAN BE DONE. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? THEY JUST CUT ME OFF FOR TALKING TO MUCH TO ANOTHER PERSON ON AN UNLIMITED ACCOUNT TOOK MY MONEY AND SAYS OH WELL. AND WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE I WAS TOLD GO TO THE POLICY PAGE ON THE WEBSITE. HOW IS READING THE SAME STUFF I READ GONNA FIX THE PROBLEM I ASK AND WHAT ABOUT ALL THE MONEY I SPENT IN THE PAST TWO WEEKS TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM ASSUMING IT WAS THE PHONE I HAD??   16. I have been a Boost Mobile customer for 5 years and bought a few low end phones from them over the years. When my last phone died and I was told it was my fault, I decided to upgrade to one of their better phone. So on April 13, 2012 I purchased a Samsung smart phone, with the protective case and screen saver and car charger. All said I believe I pain about $225.00. And even signed up for the insurance protection on my phone. The phone couldn't hold a charge and would die completely after an hour off the charger. I took it in day after day and was told first that it needed to fully charge then, that there were too many apps running at the same time. Finally on April 16th I took it back and was told they would not honor the insurance I purchased on the phone, or the warrenty. On Moday April 19th when the store opened I again took the phone in and wanted to speak to the manager or district supervisor. The sales girl phoned a Rachal W. Who was supposedly a district manager she accused me off yelling being rude and disruptive in the store, all totally untrue. Then she says "I would have helped you but I don't like the way your behaving" She hung up on me. A communication company that dosen't communicate says it all. Boost and their employees will do anything to get out of honoring their equipment warranties. Even basic good business practicies. My advice skip Boost Mobile.

  17. I too have had boost for several years. I decided to program auto re boost so the payment would come out automatically. Oh yes it did not work. I got a credit of $4 & the changed my date so they could get the money in two days. I have been on the phone since 7am trying get the issues resolved. Can we say IMCOMPETENCE ON EVERY LEVEL. I have taken 11 names & id numbers for the 3 hrs of my time, with the end result the same. Tried looking up corp number, that didnt work. Tried Sprint they send it to Boost. Filing formal complaint with FCC for not honoring original contract & customer service. Looking for another provider.

  18. I had reported to Boost that on April 21st I was not receiving text messages or voice mails. They tried to reset the phone probably over 20 times in 6 days but it did not work. I called back on April 22nd and they said they are looking into it. The customer service is horrible and don't speak good english. On the 23rd I called back and told them it still was not working. Finally they submitted a ticket to the engineer team. On the 24th I was able to send texts messages and receive voice mails, but was not able to get incoming texts. They assured me it would be fixed. On the 26th I had to add more money to my account, so it wouldn't be shut off. On the 27th I called back to be told it was my hand set. This is b**lsh*t. I can make phone calls, get phone calls, get voice mail, send text messages, but no incoming texts. Sounds like a problem with their network. I then asked for a refund of my $50. They said they don't give refunds. If they would have told me that b**lsh*t excuse on the 25th, I would have not added any money to the account. So now I am stuck with a phone for the rest of the month that does not recieve text messages. Oh by the way it is only 4 months old. The store wont take it back cause it is past the 90 period and Boost wont provide me with a new one. The insurance was discontinued without my knowledge. I contacted Motorola who doesnt believe it is the phone, but the network. I was a customer for 3 years, but now am switching to another carrier. Boost customer service is horrible and I cant wait to deal with a customer service phone company that is understanding, speaks english, and is willing to tell you the truth.

  20. I have had a boost mobile phone since Boost first started. My phone has been cut-off twice because of their error. This time I spoke to a supervisor named Logan on May 3,2012 at 6:30 am central time and during the conversation he hung up in my face. Boost allowed a third party to take money from my account without advising me so my services were intrupted. I was trying to get this information when this supervisor named Logan hug up the phone in my face,so rude and boost cares nothing about their faithful customers. I than got a hold of someone named Irvin who (spoke english ) and he had to put a block on my entire account,thus I cannot download anything on my phone plus qny company can go into my account and take money for any service witout your consent.

  21. My fiance' and I have been with Boost a little over 3 years. I have never had a problem with my phone (and I have a very old model) and have never had a problem with my service. I even received free months of service before so I've always been pleased. Never experienced dropped calls, unable to dial out or receive calls, texting problems. Nothing.....My fiance' however has gone through 3 Boost phones in the time we've been with them. But here is latest crap that is completely ridiculous. He ordered a phone online last week and it was to be delivered via FedEx. The package was "allegedly" delivered to our home on May 14th and "left on the front porch." First of all, we don't even have a front porch. We have like one step that you go up to get in our front door. Secondly, there was no proof of delivery left by FedEx. No slip stating an attempt was made and the package would be delivered again, No slip saying no one was home but package was left on doorstep...NOTHING. So we track the package on FedEx's website and it has a status of "Delivered" with a note "left at front door." Of course he's furious because he doesn't have his phone. So he calls FedEx and they give him the runaround saying that Boost would need to send out a new phone. He calls Boost, gets hung up on repeatedly and in between actually talking to someone, all they keep saying is basically you should have been home and it's been deemed delivered so phooey on you. SERIOUSLY??? He's been on the phone going back and forth with FedEx and Boost for the last two days and it's absolutely INSANE that neither FedEx nor Boost will try to compensate him for the over $100 he spent OR send him a new phone! FedEx confirmed that Boost doesn't require signatures on delivered packages which is ABSOLUTELY DUMB because when things like this happens, how are you going to have your customer out of money when it's not their fault??? If you simply would require a signature BOOST, then you'd know that everybody isn't a liar and just trying to get over!! Come on! Who is that desperate to FAKE not receiving a phone just to hound you for two days straight about it??? I mean FOR REAL?!?! So now, he's ready to be done with FedEx and Boost. We have been faithful customers of theirs again, for over 3 years and it's sad because now he's not going to want to be a customer any longer and I am going to follow him because I don't appreciate the way he's been treated!

  22. I recently paid my boost a week in advance. Thursday I woke up to use my phone, it was out of service. I decided to go to the boost location where I paid my bill. Sadly to say, my account was hacked. Boost system is not showing any existence of my phone number. Its been three days and I do not have a cell phone. I have been calling and visiting a nearby boost location to reset my account. Unfortunately, its been a waste of time. I am so dissapointed and disconnected from the world.

Then if thats not bad enough i get a new well 3 3/4 hours and another 12 reps that can hardly speak English, they told me the new phone is defective. To all people that are complaining.......remember that this is a PREPAID service. there is no real obligation. if you really want this supreme service that you desire, go to a contract company. you are not obligated to pay, so technically, you don't have to get ass kissing service. remember; you get what you pay for. if you want to be spoiled, go pay Verizon $100 a month. I have a boost mobile phone. I don't pay much, so I don't expect much.. but my contract carrier takes care of me, because they get a good chunk of my money. just sayin.....

  26. I have had boost for 2 going on 3 years have never had a problen until i got the ZTE Warp. I paid to much money in to this god damn company in that time frame and they can only give me a $10.00 credit. WTF! I have had the phone for 6 months and have had problems with making and recieving calls sending and recieving sms and mms and using my data services. This is bull shit my fiancee and i have spent well over 3 grand in phones and phone bills. To who ever is reading this i do work for a cell phone company and have many many people port their numbers from boost and i have had to contact boost call care to argue with them about getting account numbers. And anyone who is thinking avout going to boost have fun because i spent 2 and a half hours of dropped calls getting hung up on and being on hold. So you who choose boost

  28. I have been a customer with boostmobile since May 10, 2004. When i first got my Samsung Preveil Galaxy phone my 3G service was in the green for the first four months, and the last eight months it was in the white which means my internet service was going really slow,text messages wasn't going through. I call customer service and explained whats was going on with my service they would just give me the run around and thats been going on for eight straight months. In the month of August of this year my internet was not working, text message was not going through, dropping calls a lot, phone was shutting off. My cousins and friends call in with the same problems i got and they got a free month service free, and i call with the same problems as them. The same issues they were having and I call them with the same problems they were having;and customer service told me i couldn't get the free month service for the month of August for free. I have been a loyal customer to boostmobile since 2004 and I really think its very unfair how boostmobile customer service of how they don't care about there customers that they don't get the service or satification. I think boost customer service treated me unfair by me having the problems with the Samsung Preveil Galaxy phone and all they would say is that they are sorry and they always say that.Customer Service put a ticket on 08/16,told me it was going to take 72 hours to fix the problem with my phone. On 08/17-08/20/2012 I couldn't get on the internet, text message wasn't working, internet was going slow,dropping calls a lot, 3G service was in the white which is to be in the green.On 08/20/12 I call customer service told me that the engineer was still working on the problem. On 08/21/2012 Boostmobile call me and told me that i was my phone and I have insurance told me I couldn't get another phone. In my opinion i think boostmobile respresentative not doing there job. In the future customers needs to come first.

  31. New CUSTOMER!!! This is not what I expected... I joined your company in June 2012 got insurance in July 2012. Since then, it has been the worst. I've been shifted around the company by many different customer service reps and I have called numerous of time waiting on a phone for almost 2 months. Finally the phone was delivered to an Fed Ex nearby location. The phone Boost mobile sent to me was the smallest phone in the warehouse with no capablities near what I had on my Android. For me to be new to this company, the company should have been more than happy to send me a better phone than what was sent to me, my experience has been a major disappointment. I switched over from MetroPCS, which was a company where I received good or should I say excellent customer service the only thing I didn't like about MetroPCS is that their coverage is not yet widespread like it will be soon. I have spoken to more than 15 people from your company and I can count on one hand who were professional and respectful. I have NEVER experienced this with any other company. I am a very disappointed customer who has been thrown under the bus by your company. If you could take the time out to give this any attention, you will see exactly what I am referring to... The coverage and service I received were o.k. but I will be switching companies soon and just wanted to let you guys at Boost Mobile that I am very shocked to find out that a million dollar cell phone company go around treating their customers like gum stuck to the bottom of a heal... I will also let my family and others who I know with the company about my terrible experience. By the way I am still waiting on a Blackberry replacement phone if it's going to take almost two months for me to get that one you all can keep it...

I had a pay per call plan, my account was low last night (auto -boost has not been working in explicably) and I charged $10, this morning I received a low balance notice and looked up my account online and found a zero balance and in incoming call from 331-826-0719 for 50 minutes... I did not pick up the phone or use the phone the previous night or in the morning. I called 331-826-0719 and received the message "this number is not in service", I then googled the number and other people were reporting it is a Sprint 3rd party verification service (and found out that boost is a subsidiary of Sprint). I called customer service and they refused to credit for their fraudulent call.

    How can I get a call from sprint, WITHOUT PICKING UP THE PHONE, then get charged for the fake call? Sprint/boost has access to my phone number, account and credit card, BEWARE.

I had a number with boost for 2 1/2yrs and and in june 2013 bought tbe samsung galaxy sII off there website and switched my number to the new phone...i had service up until the beginning of nov 2013 thats when they cut off my phone and told me that my number is not a boost # it is a sprint acct...and that the phone was reported lost/stolen...i asked if i send my bank statement to show.proof that i bought the phone if they would lift the restriction tbey said yes but when i asked for a fax # they said without the original # they cant do anything even though i told them tbat that is the # that is programmed in the.phone and it was the only # that was used for the phone...i told them the only people who have access to the dec# is them and myself and i didnt mess with it so someone inside boost messed with my acct. and they will not do anthing about it so im out of $260 that i paid for this phone off boostmobile.com and cant even use it...I HOPE ALL BOOSTMOBILE EMPLOYEES ROT IN HELL!!!!

  36. When the automatic systems popo up press 4 then 3 then 0 to get to a costomer rep. T computer will ask for your pin then tell you about your account, just press 3 to move on and talk to a person who speaks half unclear english. They may or may not help. Best thing to do is to switch to a different phone service provider. I've been with Virgin Mobile and have no problems talking to them and often I get the best english clear speaking person ever who is willing to help. Even though both $irgin and Boost mobile feed off of sprint. Virgin is the better company.

    expires i spoke to a customer manager dwayne f badge #8915046 he said their was nothing he could do.he could not extend the prom after today needless to say their is nothing they can do when they are making the change and every time i called the service was very poor service

    They failed to tell me that the monthly unlimited with shrinkage didn't just shrink your payment, but your data services as well.The $50 pay as you go monthly unlimited w/ shrinkage shrinks your payment $5 after 6 months of on-time payments until you reach the $35 plan. A month after my warranty expired on my new cell & 2 pay shrinkages later, my IM service stopped working. Five months later, right before my next & final 6 month on-time payment shrinkage to $35, sending/receiving/opening pictures stopped working.I speak with reps on several occasions & spend hours trying to resolve the issue to no avail. Ultimately, after resetting my cell to factory settings causing me to lose everything stored on my phone, I am informed it is a problem with my new device & that I needed to purchase another boost mobile phone. They offer to transfer my services to a perfectly functioning sprint device which had no prior issues & the same issue prevailed. At some point during one of our many conversations, I am informed that I could receive a complimentary cell because the issue was not resolved. During another conversation with another rep, I am told I can not. Later,I am told I can. They tell me they are not able to troubleshoot this Sprint device they switched my service to because it is not a boost mobile device (even though I was informed Sprint devices were recently allowed to be used with boost mobile service plans) & that the service ticket will be rejected because of this. They transfer my services back to the original boost mobile device & now email no longer works. I am offered a partial credit of the services I was not able to use for the past 6 months based on the current months rate of $35(which started 6 days ago) even though the entire time I started having trouble with the service, I was at a $40 rate. At this point, they want to once more reset my cell to factory settings & still do not guarantee it will resolve the issue. They say, if the problem persists afterwards, it will again be blamed on my new device. I liked boost mobile and even appreciated the seemingly sincere consideration of some of the reps, but I am extremely frustrated with this data service shrinkage I have been experiencing lately and request it be resolved immediately.

    1) Credit my account for the rate I was charged during the 6 months of not having unlimited service.

    3) Finally, do not shrink data services with on-time payment shrinkage or else do not call it an unlimited service plan when it appears that you limit the services every time there is a shrinkage in payment.

  39. I bought a $300.00 new HTC EVO Design three months ago. It worked for three weeks and then would not even yurn on. Even thou I purchased my nrw phone at a boost stoor. Boost made me call HTI when I did they checked and saw that I had also purchased the additional insurance.It took three weeks for HTI to send me another phone and it was not new like the one that I had paid for. They HTC sent me a refurbushed phone that worked for only two months and then it would not even turn on.Now they expect me to allow them to send me another HTC refurbished phone. I asked them if they could not send me another brand that they sell, because I have already had two HTC phones that dod not work and I have lost all of my contacts and I am now without any phone ay all. I told them that was willing to pay any differance in cost. I have both of the non working HTC EVO Design phones and the reciepts.My lawyer is getting them this Tuesday and going to have them tested to see if in fact they both do not work.Since I have the support of the store that I bought the original phone at for $300.00 I am going to file both a complaint with the BBB and file a law suit. I will also start a international blog, and get as much pub on the news as I can to make the inyernational public aware of haow both Boost and its parent Company Sprint are mis leading the public. I have been with Both Boost and Sprint for over seven years and my payments have always been early even the one that is due on the 3rd and it was paid on the first.Boost never even called me back. I am a disabled Vet and I can not even call 911 I live alone and it scares me that I may need help and have to rely on my CB radio that gives better service, but what happens if no one is on the radio? I have a brain tumor and I suffer from cluster headaches every day. My condition is terminal. But the stress from Boost not standing up for their costomer, will probally kill me first. I have been a customer of boost since 2005and while I have had issues with service everytime I call to get it fixed and get a credit ( however trying to get a HUMAN on the phone is very difficult) , But this time I called to help my mom who purchased a phone card to put air time on her phone but when she scratched to back there was a problem with the sratchy stuff it would scratch nd ruin the pin number at the sa,e time I called customer service and she told me go back where my mom got the card the clerk tried everything right down to calling boost herself and getting nowhere so I called boost again and was told there was nothing they could do, and asked for me to fax the reciept and copy of the card for them to fix it and it would take 48-72 hours to correct totally unexceptable I said to them I don't have a fax machine or access to one and Jeff the supervisortold me to drive around and find one, They credit people all the time what was so hard about this time they would not even take a scanned copy but it was going to be his personal mission to correct this (yeah right) so my goal is to call corporate to fix this

  42. I live in Vancouver BC; I bought a Boost phone in Hawaii on a vacation in 2010 so that I wouldn’t get killed on my Canadian cell phone in the US. I need Boost to improve their website to accept Canadian Postal Codes; your website says Zip Code/ Postal Code and does yet it does not allow you to enter it. This correction would make things a lot easier to add money onto my account. I end up having to call in manually it takes a lot of time and the care rep ends up doing it for me so it’s possible to do.

  43. Boost's "shrinking plan" looked good. Staring at $60, the cost drops $5 a month after 6 months, then another $5 and so on until it hits $40 a month. So ten days ago I switched from Verizon to Boost. I fought with the email setup for 5 days before Boost sent the instructions containing numeric values required for setup. So I tried again, and couldn't connect to the server or the web. I emailed tech support. The auto-reply message said they would respond in 24 hours. It took 4 DAYS to hear from them.

    In three years with Verizon I never had any service problems. I guess you get what you pay for. I'm going back to Verizon for $75 a month and no service problems.

Western Ave. in Peoria IL. the phone was suppose to be new and it was used and not able to activate. the customer service and tech support could not get service to the phone and told me to return it. I went back to the store to have the owner tell me he is not returning my money and im basically out $220.44. the supervisor at the 800# basically told me they cant help me either but im more than welcome to buy another phone!!! WTF?! why would I do that after what just happened!!! STAY AWAY FROM BOOST MOBILE PHONE SERVICE AND THE STORE IN PEORIA. I DONT KNOW HOW BOOST DOES IT NOT STANDING BEHING THEIR PRODUCTS - SERVICE- OR CUSTOMERS!!! SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!!

Thinking they where going to help me with technical difficulties but instead was personal attacked by one a the worker there. There where about four worker speaking Spanish and laughing at me. Humiliated I had asked for the phone back she aggressively yells at me with her body movements while telling the owner to kick me out. I could not believe what i was going on. I had ask if the had a corporate number but was handed a card from the store with the address on it. I can't believe how rude those people where to me. We had to stand in line to get new flip phones wtf again I was down graded from an android to fucking flip phone and the bill went the fuck up. Fuck boost and revoll!!!   53. so im not the only one with these same problems. i bought a brand new phone through a boost retailer who is now closed for business. boost refuses to send me a new phone and refuses to fix the old one. im not able to use my internet, cant recieve texts or send them...i have followed every reprogramming code, instruction, advice and things that they ask me to do. nothing is fixed, im paying for a service i cant use and there is no way to reach anyone who is willing to help through boost. the customer reps cant speak understanable english and read everything from a cue card over and over again until ou get fed up with it and hang up. ive had customer reps cuss me out, supervisors cuss me and ive been hung up on and numerous other things said and done by these people.

I asked if they could give me the phone at the new sale price , by way of a credit on my account to avoid the refund and return process since I still wanted to keep the phone.. I called over six times to be hung up on by supervisors and others after they said they would transfer me to the escalation department that I later found out does not exist

Boost mobile is the worst phone service ever I called customer service to change my phone number because I was getting harassing phone call the representative says you have to pay 15$ to get your number changed.....I've been with other phone services and I've been provided with a complementary numbers change.....A supervisor tells me it'll be a waste to change numbers for free....now this is what customer's have to deal wit guess someone has to die to get their number changed....They just lost a customer

  60. I have been with Boost for years now. I had Samsung phones after 1 year they start freezing up , so I bought an I phone one week ago, love the phone. I bought an extra phone charger stating I want an I phone charger, it never worked. It obviously was a copy, they refuse to give me my money back after they sold me junk that doesn't work. This store is in Deerfield florida, don't go there She didn't care that I wont come back after spending $600 what a joke to lose a customer over $18.00.

    4/15/14 saying that I signed up for auto payments in december 2012 but since I was paying my bill before it was due there was no need for them to bill my acct. I transferred my service to metro pcs in January 2014....no payment was taken from this so called
    auto pay I signed up for from boost in Jan, Feb or march but a payment was taken out for April. The customer service people are not helpful at all. I was told they will not give me a refund and if I have a boost compatible phone I still have service for 30 days....HELLO, I no longer have that phone. I just want my money that was stolen from your company. I am beyond pissed at boost mobile....they should be run out of business!! Your company and its employees suck big time. I want to know if confirmation emails are sent to advise customers that they are enrolled in auto pay? If so, I never received one.

    phone number and another account and close the prev one out, per Boost NO, I have to pay as a new account, when this FRAUD

    1) tried to activate my phone online and keep the same number..DIDN"T WORK. choose a different number and was "approved" by boost mobile. So i thought i was okay..
    2) tried to go online to set up my account to pay...said it needed time for new accounts to activate..i was fine with that..remind you i started this process at 9am.
    3) it is 2pm online still says the same thing!! i call customer service the girl didn't know what she was doing she kept putting me on hold to ask the guy for answers ( i heard him giving her directions) this went on for an hour now its 3pm.
    4) i ask to return the phone she puts me on hold again excatly 12mins which is the longest i was on hold for..just to come back on the line to tell me that the dept is close and she can give me a number to call back..

    so i waited an hour and 12mins for nothing to get done! they need to train their employees betters maybe keep the job in the US! is a start!

  67. I was refused service by a boost TSR # PP685260, and he hung up on me. So, I am pursuing a complaint with the corporate office and see if Boost even cares how their customers are treated. I was trying to transfer another phone from one of their competitor's too. This has delayed possibly even deterred us from adding another Boost line as we already have two and possibly even transferring from Boost all together. If everyone would transfer then maybe they will treat their customers with respect. Boost mobile has the worst customer service reps I have ever had to do business with.

I took it back to the store where I purchased it from and they were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. They did not even give me the number to the Boost Manufacter's office to return the phone.   74. Lets see. Activating was easy. I'm suppose to be in a 4g area but seen 3g for the whole month that I had service. Couldn't use it at work & I work in the same zip as I live.Called customer service every week & of course it's not in the US. That wasn't fun. I bought the Iphone 5s. Trying to change to another carrier. Everything is good on the other carriers side but phone isn't working because phone is still locked. Boost told me to go to a Boost store to get it unlocked. Go to the store & the owner of the store said he can't unlock it & the phone can only be used on Boost. This is BS!. So I basically have a $600 paperweight.They should have told me that before I tried a different carrier. Out $60 for that & maybe more if I have to get new phone. Boost stinks & customer service is worse

  76. My name is Donald Curry and I am a disabled individual who has been a customer of your cell phone service for approximately three months. I entered into an agreement to pay $50 per month and was satisfied with this arrangement until 7/31/2014. Because of my disability, I am on a limited income which I receive on the first of every month. I called the Boost Mobile customer service on 7/30/2014 to express to them that because I get my check on the first of the month, it is not reasonable to expect that I pay my bill on the 31st of every month. My request was that my payment date be changed to the first of the month instead of the 31st of the month. At which time, the representative expressed to me that they understood my dilemma and they would give me an extension through the first and not discontinue my service on the 31st which had been the case every month prior. As a result of this conversation, it was my understanding that my new payment due date would be the first of the month instead of the 31st of the month. However, my phone services were discontinued on 8/18/2014 despite the fact that I had paid my monthly bill on 8/1/2014. It was later explained to me that my contract was changed to accommodate the extension of the one day that I requested and that it was my responsibility to get back in touch with customer service to re-administer my original agreement. Unfortunately, this was not explained to me in detail when I made the initial request. As a result, I am left without phone service until I am able to pay my bill on 9/1/2014. Mr. Draper, this is a hardship for me in light of the fact that my phone service is my lifeline to my medical needs, mental health services, and housing services. As a person living with a disability and living on a fixed income, I am very disappointed with the insensitivity of your customer service representatives. It is my hope that upon receiving this letter, you will take the necessary actions to restore my services and ensure that this does not happen to me or any other person living with a disability. My first reaction was to go public with all that has happened so others would be fore-warned and carefully consider their options before entering into a contract with Boost Mobile. However, I am willing to consider continuing my relationship with Boost Mobile if this problem is rectified and your company enacts a policy to safeguard others living with similar circumstances as my own. If this matter is not resolved in a timely manner, I will have to reconsider my relationship with Boost Mobile and will consider taking other public action as I see fit.

I suggest you get another service. I will be, I had to file a complaint with my states Trade and Consumer Protection agency, to get ANYWHERE, and boy, the DAY boost mobile received their letter...boom, I had a credit. I bought an HTC Desire 510 about three weeks ago and wanted to buy a case for it so the store clerk told me they didn't have them in yet and to come back that last week on Monday so I show up on Monday well the lady then told me they didn't have them in yet to come on Tuesday came back on that Tuesday still don't have them in yet so she tells me to come back on Friday and when I got there on Friday the lady up front told me to come back next week which is this week and I called in to see if they had them and she told me they still don't have them, boost mobile sucks I don't know where they came from I don't even know why who created that company but whoever did needs to contact that store and ask what the hell is going on.

  81. Someone hacked my boost phone no. & used a fake credit card to pay me bill & three other phone bills, then they disputed it, & asked for the money back. Boost has now suspended my service until I pay them $58.53. The irony is my bill of $50.00 had already been paid. I talked to at least 10 different people yesterday trying to get to the bottom of this, & was continuously transferred to another number. This morning I called the corporate office which is no longer a working number, & the corporate customer service number which also is out of service. I don't know what to do, as no one seems to be able to help me get my phone service restored. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really need my phone service. Boost customer service has been absolutely no help.

  82. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT register your credit card with these people. I've had a phone/account with them for 2 years, no problem. The MONTH I finally decided to register my credit card to make it super easy to make a payment, they auto charged me, making my bank account go into the negative. Customer Service is an absolute JOKE. They passed the ball for weeks, trying to blame my own bank for the double charge. It was only until I got my states Trade and Consumer Protection agency on them, when I FINALLY got the credit that was due.

Two weeks ago they shut her phone off saying her account was suspended and I had to email boostfraudoperation@sprint.comand and I would have to pay 339.56 for the phone again. I contacted my dad and the credit card payment went through. Now she cant even use her old phone as they have also locked the number. This is crazy, as I said it has been two weeks and 3 emails later no response. Possibly the worse thieving company I have ever done business with. In contacting Boost and Sprint they say there is no number to call, I have to wait fora email response. What company works like this???

When I give you my credit information that is private. After having identity problems with your customer service. This is why I choose cash.. We all have a right to protect out identity and credit. I just went to pay my normal 35.00 monthly fee at my local MCKINNEY Boost Mobile Store only to be told by the clerk they are under the new mgment and now it is a 3.00 fee to simply pay your bill!!! What the crap..never heard of such nonsense. They also added if you dont want to pay 3.00 fee to get the privieldge of paying your damn bill then you have option of having it pulled out of your bank acct and taxed. Ive called to resolve the situation and keep getting run around. Ever time i talk to a representative i continue to get excuses and no results. How many times are you going to take me through the steps and nothing gets resolved. I can only do it so many times 3 months of this has got me no where. I will be taking my service else where. And every time i see a customer looking at boost i make them aware of issues and they go to another service. And will continue to do so. Why should they be allowed to con people into buying phones and service and turn around and basically say sorry we cant refund your money. But where working on issue and never hear from them again!!!!!!!!!!   92. Informed in advance of 2015 that my unlimited 3g data plan would be throttled to 2g in 2015, and 4g lte phones would be throttle to 3g speeds by Boost Mobile. I had bee with boost 5 years, so I having been happy with 3g evdo speeds I spring for a new 300 dollar HTC One SV prior to the data change, and expected 3g speeds as promised on my new 4g phone. The sorry assed bastards lied about it all, and throttle all of us to 2g speeds after 2.5 gigs, which in todays world of data intensive web pages is a weeks worth of data if you do much at all, make 2g data service totally worthless. Now they have created a massive bail out of customers, and made my new 300 dollar phone a piece of junk with no resale value. Do yourself a favor, and don't even give Boost or it's parent company Sprint the time of day. They lie, and their commitments mean nothing.

    Boost is the sorriest cell phone supplier. Because of T mobile they blocked my account so I sould not pay my bill this month. I have been on the phone since 10am dealing with this issue and still on hold. The equippment selection sucks. The wireless connections are slow of out of range most of the time. Everytime you speak with a rep they say sorry 20 times every 5 minutes.

    to boost moblie rep you have to listen to the customer issue before being so damn sorry.

    this will be the last boost mobile bill I pay. I cant put up with this provider any longer.

  94. I am so upset with the service I am getting with these pay as you go phones companies. Boost mobile and cricket. I had them both and both of them and the both have problems with resolutions concerning costumer satisfaction.
    Now I see that they are one of the same companies.

    The most recent problem I am having with this company is I purchased a phone with boost mobile. The sales representative told me I could download on the phone . Come to find out finally after mouths. This phone doesn't have to much compatibility for memory so therefore it is not conducive for what I specifically want and ask for with the sales representative.
    I have called the boost care and they can't give me a decent solution to the situation. They really expect me to agree to a deal where I will take a lost.

    I was told that I should have look up information on each phone the offer before I even come and by a phone . Now if I am spending my money with boost mobile they should be properly educated on items they sale. This is poor custom service all around and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau If they do not give me a reasonable solution for there error.

  96. I purchased two iphones 5c online and paid for overnight shipping only to get two phones this morning that I am unable to activate, I was shipped bad sim cards. I contacted online order support and my call was received by Karen who was extremely rude and hung up on me several times when I asked to speak to a supervisor when I was finally transferred to a supervisor by the name of Rosie the call was dropped and I received no call back no help whatsoever! After calling over 10 times and trying to get someone to help me or someone that could understand me I was rudely told that new sim cards would be shipped to me and to wait another 5 to 10 business days..... Now I am extremely disappointed on the poor service I was provided with but I am concerned about the kind of people you have working for you who instead of helping me made me realize what the heck am I doing being a boost customer? I seriously need to start thinking about switching to a different carrier because I received zero assistance and understanding from youre boost care reps on a situation that was obviously out of my control..... seriously what kind of rude people do you have answering youre phones?   98. A boost mobile store in Milford, Ohio has had an ad on the store window that reads "free phone or 1st month service ", with NO date included with it. Its been there for several months & the store refuses to honor it. The clerk keeps telling me "they're waiting on approval, sale starts next month". I mentioned to him that with NO start or end date posted, the ad legally has to be honored as long as its posted. He has yet to honor the sale, post start/end dates nor remove the ad from the window.
    My next step is filing a complaint with BBB

  99. After being a loyal customer for 4-5 years I have been cheated out of great customer services. Previously, I had, had the same phone and insurance for 3.5 years before I ever had to get a "new" phone. I went thru insurance company, which just as of today (5/16/15) learned that is paid for a pre-owned phone that was too discontinued. Which I then removed my insurance because I refuse to pay for a discontinued device, which is only fair seemly I had been paying years prior. Now with this discontinued device I'm not nor was I able to put a screen protector nor a phone case on the phone that now has been cracked and month after been cracked now not able to get into my touchscreen phone. The customer service rep has rebooted my phone and step me thru and deleted ALL my data which I had valid information for court purposes and still unable to use the device. If the insurance would not have ever sent 1. used phone and 2. a discontinued device I honestly believe I would not be having these issues today. It saddens me that after all the years I have invested into this company that I'm getting the shitty end of the stick. And like I told one lady, PLEASE STOP TELLING CUSTOMERS YOU'LL UNDERSTAND OUR SITUATION, because you don't. You all probably sitting somewhere with iPhones or apples. I do not like that appreciated the service and disloyalty I have received in return. I would say please feel to call/contact me but again HOW can you? think about.... Oh, maybe because my phone was everything (phone, phone book, massager, email etc.)

  101. My name is Anita and I am so disappointed in Boost because they told me to turn on my mobile app data but they didn't tell me the damage it would cause so far as my gigabytes being used up. I have been a long time customer and is being eaten alive by your insensitive reps who has misled m . The worse part about that is they are making me suffer for something they told me to do. As a matter of fact they walked me through the process. Now I am stuck and as soon as I am unstuck I will consider another network because that is outright unfair no matter how you look at it.   102. How is your store over in rocky mount, nc on Raleigh Blvd. Gone close ten mins before 6 on Sundays but when you call they tell u they close at 6 to waste gas to a locked door.... Get it together is it 5:50 or 6

  103. I have never had a problem with booth like you guys are saying.
    I have a KYOCERA cell phone it just slow when you use all your minutes up.
    I only have to stay on the phone 5 min. Or less when I want to pay my phone bill.
    When I was living in Bremerton, WA I would just go on Wheaton Way and pay my bill with know problem of $35 my husband would for both of us. But after he died now I have to pay on the cell phone.
    I moved to Lebanon, OR and and they do not have a shop here yet hope to see a shop soon.

  104. The Boost Mobile store in Madison Heights MI, employes horrible people. This particular employee was unprofessional, rude and not knowledgeable about the services that Boost provides. He used profanity several times towards an older gentleman. The gentleman just wanted to know how to use his new phone and the sales associate was very impatient and irate. It is truly such a shame that this type of person/these type of people are allowed to be a part of the public sector!

      I am so sorry for the service you encountered with Mr. Smith. Unfortunately, I am not sure who he is and nor have I conducted any business with him. I wish you all of the luck in the world to get this situation handled. All I can say is to start up a blog about the customer service there or perhaps reach out to the community about the service there and see what type of feedback you get, and move forward from there.

So customer service treats you like shit,and don't call back ,puts the phone down while your talkn,and never have a explanation for anything that goes wrong with there service.They know I can't afford another phone so they care less about if I'm a happy customer.you all should be ashamed ,your customers are who pays your bills!

  108. boost mobile sent me an email saying that they would pay a month free for me for being a great customer and then tried every excuse in the book to get out of it!! I'm very unsatisfied with their treatment of their customers and cant get ahold of anyone at their corporate office!! now I see that I'm not the only one . I'm now with Cricket!!

  109. Boost is a horrendous company. They lie about promotions and find ways to steal data. At the beginning of the year they sent me a text saying that they were going to upgrade my data to 2GB for being loyal. For the last 2 months when I pay my bill less than a week later I was over my 1GB of data because despite me using WiFi Boost steals my mobile data even when I am not actively using it. I called last month about this and they could not tell me anything other than I needed to purchase more data. I called again this month and had to wait like 15 mins to get SUP Hernandez who had to place me on another 10 min hold she he could review all the text messages Boost sent me. When he came back he stated they never changed my data plan and as a courteousy he would be correcting their mistake as well as providing me with a one courteousy of a additional GB that would expire either at the end of the billing cycle or month. Then 30 mins later I got a text saying I went over versus them actually doing what they said. So, I called back for another SUP and got Amy I83565450 who should be fired. She claimed their was no record of anything Hernadez said, no record of the 2GB promotion, that I would have to pay, and that there was nobody over her unless I wanted to email corporate until I requested her identifying information and that's when I got Bryan DH704645 who actually did see the promotion but could not do anything about the months that Boost never upgraded what they claimed they did and that the issue would be resolved with my next payment despite me just paying my bill in full less than a week ago. Cheap and free is not always better especially with a company that has no integrity, and no policies or procedures that keep the customer in mind and make you wan tto continue your services.
