Same as Jackie! Need to find out why Apple is taking a reoccurring fee from my account, On January 12, withdrawal from my account a bit over $54.00, Talk to customer service. All they did was take my personal information trying to push a Walmart gift card on me and never did help me. I got sent to five different phone numbers I spent an hour on the phone and never got an answer. The last gentleman answered,. talked to customer service. I placed an order for an apple watch for my daughter’s birthday. I never received the order. UPS claims it was delivered and posted a picture of a bunch of packages in front of someone’s door. Not my door. Where I live, the packages are delivered to a mailing area where the mailboxes are. I called Apple several times and spoke with someone different each time. And each one had something different to say. The last one said to call the police. So, I did and got a report. Then called Apple back and was told the police dept needed to call them. I spoke with the officer, and he said they do not do that. Apple can call them, and they will be happy to speak to them. The Officer told me this was not a theft this was a misplaced package and it’s on UPS and Apple. And that I am the victim. All I want is what I ordered and paid for!

I am very dissatisfied with your Gift Cards. I have bought many over the years for friends that use them. This past weekend I purchased 5 gift cards from 3 different locations to have the same results. They all came up invalid. I called support and had them check and they found that the cards did indeed have money on them but did not know why they were coming up invalid. This has not been the first time I have had problems with these cards. The locations I purchase the cards from of course have a no return or refund. I understand from their point but am extremely angry that I have to eat the cost of these cards. I will not be purchasing any in the future. Please advise how I can get my money back on these cards I bought this last weekend. Thank you

I purchased a 1 year Apple TV subscription hang tag at Costco. I needed to be used within 1 year of purchase which I attempted to do before my current subscription was due to renew. I scanned the QR code and was given some information on how to redeem my subscription. Unfortunately, I inadvertently deleted the information needed to redeem the 1-year subscription. I called Apple Support. 3 of the 5 people I spoke with did not understand that what I had was not a typical

gift card and kept asking me for the gift card number. The last person I spoke with was Michela, a senior advisor. She was not exactly polite and continually told me Apple could not help because I bought the subscription at Costco. She would not even acknowledge I had an Apple product, instead telling me that because I purchased it at Costco it was a Costco product.
