  3. Apple Corporate Office Headquarters Tim Cook 12/13/2011

A few days ago I wrote you a letter concerning the vibration that occurs on my Mac mini computer when loading the CD drive with the hope that you would respond. I am trying to help you.

Today I learned why some CDs create vibrations. An explanation is found on page 27 in my Mac OS X Snow Leopard manual. It states, “An uneven CD or DVD may have trouble loading.” If your CD or DVD drive seems to make vibrating noises, the disc’s weight might be uneven. Sometimes with older drives, the CD or DVD won’t load. If it does load, you’re fine.

This is a discovery and not a solution. The solution is for Apple to at least replace the Inferior drives with a newer and better model. Apparently Apple does not have its own quality control. We all know that China certainly have no quality control.

I have the tool to inspect these bad CDs for balance and concentricity. I have also found these so-called bad CDs work just fine on other devises.

Your comment will be greatly appreciated.

    Respectfully,

  4. APPLE’S TRIBUTE TO STEVE JOBS

Hackers beware, now Apple will introduce a piece of hardware specifically designed to keep hackers out. This hardware will only allow an approved company/person to enter the company’s computer access to their company files.

    How it would work:
The hardware will not allow entrance unless the party on the other end has a similar piece of hardware with a designated encrypted code that is inscribed into the hardware by the party allowing access and vice verse.

The first line of defense would be the electric grid, water supply and other vulnerable structures.

  5. Apple 100% does NOT care about anything but making money. We contacted them several times for a white Macbook cracking all over and it is only months old. Has never been dropped or even taken out of the house. They do not care. They ignore you. They got there $1000 and they are done with you! Dont buy from them.

    1. I was disappointed with my visit and how my situation was handled. Apple is well aware of the issues surrounding bad graphics cards in Mac Book Pro. Albeit that my laptop is 7 years old; I've purchased several other items for me and my family from Apple to include, 2 laptops, Apple TV, 1 desktop, 2 tablets, several iphones and numerous accessories, which amounts to thousands of dollars. I've been very satisfied with pass visits to the Apple store and using technical assistance. However, on my recent visit to repair the dreaded black screen. I was told that my computer is "vintage" and not serviceable by Apple. I was told that Apple no-longer works on computers with my issue or offer replacement parts to fix my laptop. The only other alternative I was offered was to purchase a new product. I was made to wait in the store for nearly an hour, when this information could have been told to me prior to coming to the store. Before my visit to the Apple store August 15th, I felt that Apple was the best company on the planet. However, I have since changed my opinion about Apple's products and service. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and severely wounded my confidence in Apple's ability to retain my interest.

  6. Why did I wait so long to get a smart phone. I now have the iPhone 4S and as my friends ask " what is the meaning of life? " Well, I have found that life is a lot easier with the iPhone 4S. It tells me where I am, where to go, and how to get there, just like my wife. Love the phone and kids are jealous of mom and I , we both have iPhones 4S. An old mind is a terrible thing to waste--get an IPhone 4S, lol.

  7. For 10 years I have been trying to convert my parents from PC to apple products. They finally relented and purchase an iPad. I scheduled a session at the Genius bar on Monday at 11:30 as I have used this resource for training on varies apple programs/products in the past. When we arrived we were informed that the genius bar was only for people that had technical issues with their products and the sales person made us another appointment for some basic instruction on the ipad. (Norfolk, VA store) So we again made the commute in Norfolk for our appointment today. The sales person spent about a minute and 30 seconds with us before having to split his time with another costumer. Then anther sales person came up and introduced another costumer for our sales person to split his time with. My mother got so flustered that she had to leave. What is the point of making an appointment. It is extremely rude when, in mid sentence explaining something to my mother, another sales person walks ups and interrupts. The 10 years of singing the praises of Apple products AND their costumer service was completely devastated by one Apple's store failure to provide even the most basic service. My mother asked me why she paid the extra money for "Apple Care". I own a $6,500 apple desk top, 2 mac pro laptops, an iphone, ipod, and a .mac(me) account(for years). I have sung the praises of Apple and purchased Apple computers for the school I work at. Even after Apple screwed it's hard core fans when paying $600 for the first iPhone when it came out and Apple then lowered the price $200 a few months later, I remained a loyal fan. I spoke with the store manager. She was polite and apologetic, but offered no recompense. I must say that I was extremely upset and embarrassed over the entire matter. If this is the policy at every store, then I see the writing on the wall for Apple. I'm a hard core apple freak and your Norfolk store was able to make me so upset with the company, that I am considering looking into PC's for our next round of computer purchases at my school. You should stand up and take notice. If you can turn away a hard core Apple fan, you are doing something very wrong!

  8. So upset with the Apple co. treatment of its customers.Following directions, I made an appointment for help with my Ipod Nano. At my assigned time I am introduced to a "group setting" for help with my issue. So unfair to all of us. One couple had an Ipad, another an Iphone and I the Nano. All with different devices and issues. The assistant was totally overwhelmed as the Manager tried to add two more customers to our group! The assistant finally said he could not help me and I needed to see a Tech. One hour and fortyfive minutes later I left the store! I was told I had a defective ipod, they gave me a new one and said go home and try it again. Really? The very least Apple can do is give one on one customer service! Very misleading when you take the time to make an appointment.Imagine group appointments in a Doctor,s office-I think not!

  10. my macbook was in trouble... it seems like its battery was lack or broke so i couldn't turn in on.. i went to the apple store to repair it. I bought it with the 3 years warranty.. but that warranty is fake and just a trick... they want to charge me $450 to repair... as they said the warranty didn't cover it... so??? what's the warranty covers for???? not the top case?? not the battery to any internal component??? if it's so... that means it's not a warranty but instead... FAKE trick to robe customers money.... Apple needs to look after their warranty stuff not only the computers and other else.. I am so disappoint with their trick at store... it happened in Edison New Jersey Store anyway...

  12. and i am from Cape Town South Africa, my family and I have ipads, iphones, and ipods. We have used the istore at the V&A Waterfront and a Canal Walk and found that the service to be shocking!! I have on 5 times waited over 50 min for a sales person to just say “hi can i help” they do not care about the customer at all! I was thinking that this was only me but after i made a noise about not getting service 7 other people said they are also waiting for someone to help them. The store is not over full of people just sales people who stand back or spend more time on sample units in the store then helping. My family and mates have had the same problem and when i bring up the problem at a party 99% of the people say the same thing.
You have a BIG problem at the 2 Cape Town stores, to the point that I will not but from them, i would rather buy if i have to when overseas, Your products are GREAT your server in Cape Town SUCKS!!

  13. I used to do all my Apple related business at the Apple Store Shermn Oaks, between my wife and two children, I have bought first computer, a IMAC, which got me hooked, 6 MacBooks, 1 Mac Book Pro. Also I bought 2 Iphone, software and some games for my son. When we got my son his MacBook we got him the Apple care, which came in handy when he spilled milk on it (why would we buy our 8 year old son a MacBook, because he was always borrowing his mothers and became so computer literate that he was teaching his mother how to download Adobe etc...) Applecare fixed for free even though it was obvious liquid damage. I bought my MacPro Sept 16, 2011 because thats the only Mac book now and our 4 Mac Books with the intel are 4 years old and they are cracking all over. My daughters works fine, its just taped together, my sons is taped together also and same with my wife's and my hard drive is displaying code for your hard drive is dying. But my experience is that they only last about 4 years before they crack and wither away. But there is not any other computer I would use then Mac. So after 3 1/2 months the trac pad got even more squirrelly then before. It always seemed weird but got worse, so I took it in to Apple Sherman Oaks. The Genius,( they really use that word loosely) agreed that the trac pad was off, he took it in the back, brought it out and said it was a very simple replacement and would only take a few days. On my work authorization he listed NO LIQUID DAMAGE and AMOUNT DUE:$000.00 $000.00 $000.00. Oh and I told him I did not back it up and he said on such a minor job it would be okay. Well a week goes by and nothing so I call could not get any info. I get a call back telling me that there is liquid damage all over, and most of the computer has to be replaced at the ridiculous price of $812.12 . Now this computer is less then 4 months old and nobody uses it but me and I keep in vault practically, I am the only one with the password. When I use it I am either at my desk where no drinks of any kind are allowed or at the dining room table when everyone is sleeping. The dining room table never ha any liquid on it because my wife has made it her pride and joy. I am appalled at the treatment you get when you are discussing repair and when you purchasing, I will not mention names because it my not be acceptable here. But they were the rudest insulting awful people I have ever had to deal with especially the so called manager. I am so glad Best Buy sells Mac now. That is where I am buying my iphone 4s, my wifes Mac air my daughters ipad and when needed the next macpro. I know the money will still go to apple just not doing business at the Sherm Oak store ever again. The part that really got me is when the Manager whom we'll just refer to as L said there would not be any negotiating, because that would not make good business sense for Apple. GOD BLESS Steve I can't believe how much I miss him. David casey_d@sbcglobal.net.

I BELIEVE THAT RATED INCREASE WOULD STILL BE LESS THAN 4.00 AN HOUR FOR THE WORKERS. YOUR COMPANY WOULD NOT FEEL THIS AT ALL. YET THE FEELING THAT APPLE CARES FOR ITS WORKERS WOULD BE SO APPRECIATED, TO SAY THE LEAST. COME ON APPLE, SHOW YOU CARE ABOUT FOREIGN WORKERS, EVEN IF THEIR OWN COUNTRY DOES NOT AT TIMES. Want someone that really honors their warranty on a product, buy it at BEST BUY! Not only do they treat you nice. They want your business. At least from the treatment you get, and everyone in that store agreed with me. So I will find oranges rather than apple and spend more if I have to to be treated with the respect a paying customer should be. 1. Can I find instructions somewhere? The information provided in the ap do not address any of the problems I was having.

    2. My email is @shaw.ca The program tried to load but soon stopped with an error message saying “Request Failed” – “request timed out." "Please try again in a few minutes.” I tried over and over but without success.
    3. Also I tried entering my email and to do so used my Apple password and afterword my “server password.” The program didn’t accept either of them. Or was I supposed to create a new one?

    4. Next I was unable to submit this note because the “blank” wanting me to select my device wouldn’t allow the “down arrow” to work. Consequently I could not enter the device name (Iphone g3) and was not permitted to “submit my note – which is why I am trying to forward it to you via another site.

    5. The “two words” were nearly impossible to decipher as the edges on printing of the letters was too irregular on one of the words.

As a result, Apple says that my access to the itunes store and Apps store cannot be repaired indefinitely. Therefore, I am unable to purchase software upgrades online for my macbook, cannot access icloud, cannot upgrade iphone apps. The biggest bummer is that I cannot set up a recently purchased 32gb ipad. To add insult to injury Apple reps state that so many customers have this issue that the corporate headquarters is ignoring all calls and emails regarding this software glitch until they can figure out a new password reset policy. In short I can neither reset the apple id password online nor in person indefinitely. I am returning the ipad iphone and macbook and buying pc first thing monday morning during the Labor Day Sales. 37. Apples own technical support staff is as frustrated as consumers that they are no longer able to provide the efficient professional level repairs to system glitches that we have become used to. Instead, they say that Apple systemically ignored legitimate technical support issues by limiting customer complaints to mac forums and emails. Several supervisors told me that there is no one higher than a tech supervisor to complain to. Therefore you can neither call or write to anyone about product issues as even Apple staff is not privy to the names of phone numbers of those who work in those depts to ensure that the public never has access to that information.

We should Apple how we feel about our lousy treatment by putting on our SHOES and KICKING APPLE TO THE CURB!! what an a legacy to the memory of Steve Jobs. BRilliance to Incompetence and Ineffective Service within a few months of his passing SMH.......

Following the riots at the factory in Taiyvan China and the June riots at the factory in Chergdu, China you are still using Foxconn for the company which manufactures and assembles parts for the iPhone. Why can't you encourage Foxconn to open factories here in the United States. You have the bargaining power to do this. Why are you dealing with a company who is guilty of human rights abuse? If a powerful company like Apple starts the return of manufacturing to the USA other companies will follow. You could help save our way of life...SAVE AMERICA.

This is why I don't own and won't allow Apple products in my home. People that purchase Apple products are supporting slavery. Although, it is impossible to boycott all "Made in China" products, I would definitely refuse to buy anything manufactured by Foxconn.

  40. It is a shame that Apple is not in the business of satisfying customers. They lost a very good customer today and potentially hundreds to follow. My work affords me an audience of thousands each week and I will certainly share this experience of disservice regarding the quality of Apple products and their AppleCare repair and replacement plan.

Buyers beware! Apple is in the business of selling their products and services but fails to back them up. There appears to be a major flaw in the iPhones that is prevalent. Due to this failure, if you purchased an AppleCare plan you basically flushed your money down the toilet. Apple phone and outlet employees are obviously following some sort of scripts in dealing with consumers like you and I.

A couple of days ago I contacted AppleCare by phone to direct me in getting my phone battery to hold a charge more that 6 to 8 hours. I was told that I would have to mail it in and be without a phone for about 5 days. Yeah, right! When I advised the service rep that it would not be possible to be without my phone, and that I had AppleCare to extend my warranty to 2 years, she shared that an express option was available but it would cost me. I thought I paid for some warranty guarantees when I purchased the plan along with my phone. The plan advised that repairs and replacement within 2 years would not cost me.

Refusing that service, she then offered to set me up with a walk-in service at one of the Apple outlets. She scheduled the appointment which I appreciated. I was also sent an opinion survey the next day but did not complete it since I had yet to get any service. Well, I just got back from the appointment and it was a horrific experience.

I got there early and was privy to overhearing the service agent discuss the repair and replacement needs with 2 separate customers. Both customers were advised the same thing; that their phones were corroded , their warranties were voided, and it would cost them at least $149. They were also requested to opt for the AppleCare plan that was an additional outrageous amount but they could rest assured for the next 2 years. Huh! Neither customer went for it.

It was my turn and the rep immediate looked at the phone and declared “corrosion.” It results from dropping your phone in the toilet, taking it into the shower, steaming it in the sauna, or some other moisture issue. Since none of those pertained to me, coupled the fact that I live in one of the driest places on earth, the canned response was lame and unacceptable. Moreover, he could not show me where this corrosion appeared and why my phone fully charged but failed to hold the charge because of “corrosion.”

However, a bright spot, for just $149, I could have a replacement. It appears that “corrosion” is not damage but normal wear and tear, not covered. My AppleCare was for naught, even though I have the service for one more year. My phone is only one year old. This sounds like an Apple problem and not every customer’s presumed neglect. Is this not all total nonsense? I will never buy and Apple/Mac product or an AppleCare plan and advise the wise to do also. I am taking my business to their competitors. Join Me!

  43. I MADE THE "BIG" MISTAKE OF BUYING AN APPLE IPAD 3-OR WHATEVER IT IS CALLED.

IT FROZE-UP ON ME THIS WEEK WHILE I WAS OUT OF TOWN I SPENT TWO HOURS WITH IYOGI FIXING THIS PROBLEM-AFTER BUYING THE WARRENTY FOR $99.99. THE PROBLEM STARTED WHEN APPLE SENT ME AN UP DATE THAT DID NOT PERTAIN TO THE IPAD. I AM STILL LEARNING HOW TO USE IT AND ITS EVEN HARDER WHEN YOU CANNOT GET TO THE INSTRUCTIONS. YOU WOULD THINK APPLE TECHS WOULD KNOW HOW TO SEND OUT INFORMATION ONLY TO THE DEVICE IT CONCERNS-I GUESS THEY ARE NOT SMART ENOUGH.

  44. Every-time, I open Iphoto and I get the Iphoto upgrade page it erases my photos. It is not fair to use a leverage sale like this. Especially since the newer versions of Iphoto do not work on my computer. The first time it happened I was able to get tech support and we were able to recover the photos. The second time it happen we were not able to recover the photos. this mean the lose of photos of my child's birth and the lose of photos of my wedding. It also meant the lose of business photos that may cost me $20,000. The last time it happened I tried for two week to get a hold to tech support, but I was never able to get a hold of them. I wish I could leave my e-mail address hear because I would like someone to get back to me.

  45. Mark F Apple does not support their customers!!!!!
I purchased and Iphone that had connectivity issues. After tech support went thru everything they could they told me to return the item. I did and received a new one. ****i then was charged $502.00 because my device was tampered with. i couldn't tell you how to open the otter box much less take the phone apart. I have had many conversations with apple representative who have said "i believe you have not tampered with the phone" yet I'm still being charged for one. I have contacted supervisor after supervisor and am always told i will call you back....I never receive a call back! I will not let this go as I did no wrong.

  46. Apple is a joke, you buy an iPad, for 500 dollars and a little over a year later the screen turns gray. When u try to contact customer support or the Apple store they want money. Seriously!!!! When its taken in, oh that will be another 250 dollars, even though it was never dropped or damaged!!! Never again will I buy an Apple or use one for my job!!! Apple needs to think about customer service, not their damn pockets!!!!!

  47. Apple has the worst customer service and delivery of products I have ever seen in a company. I shattered my iPhone 5 screen and took it to a local shop who is Apple certified and order their parts only from Apple and Apple took their payment but still have put a delay on my screen? I gave it to the company over a month ago. How long do they expect you to go without a phone? They were sure to get there money but really don't care if you get the part or not just as long as their happy. Im very dissatisfied with their customer service and just how the company is run in general. I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANOTHER APPLE PRODUCT.

  49. Sorry my friends but I have to rant and rave about the iPhone store in the big malls today. I went in there to have them help me with a problem. My stylus broke inside the earpiece they tried to tell me they couldn't fix it not only did they not want to fix it. But they could replace it for the cost of the a $199 but they could not help me get the peace out of my phone. They made me feel very bad not only to the fact that they were very arrogant and unkind . But they were calling the Verizon store in the Coddingtown Mall liars for not giving me the right information. The kids at the Verizon store in Coddingtown called Apple store and ask if they could help me they did agree that it happens a lot and that they could fix it, but once I got there they change their story. Needless to say that the last thing I said in that store is that I probably would not be Visiting the Apple store again. The apple people made me feel like I had been excommunicated from an elite club or religion that I was not accepted in. The good news is that I came home drilled the peace out myself and pulled it out with tweezers I guess all came to a good end and I still love my Apple phone and Siri. But I will not go back to the Apple Store. I will have to find a different location to buy my Ipad and it making me a little worried about not having technical support locally.

  50. Dear Oh Lor!! Apple have been skinning UK purchasers by charging the pound and dollar at par, so i paid 1500 quid for a 1500 dollar computer. First of the nice looking iMacs. The super drive never read anything but DVD+ WR and CDs. iPhoto kept cancelling my albums, fortunately not the photos. iTunes disposed of my music library quite efficiently, thank God I had backed it all up. Of course this , according to Apple reps, was all my incompetence. Now, years later, I discover I was lumbered with a machine fitted with defective capacitors. Not a word about a recall from Apple. I saw nothing in the press and heard nought from the seller. Apple had better wake up as they are upsetting their core supporters now. I have had 3 of their computers but they screwed me on the last one which, as a pensioner, I cannot afford to have repaired. Think on you Bozo Cook!!

  51. I have a Apple 4S because my son told me it was the best, well it been not that for me. I find the Apple upsetting. I bought the 4s because it was something I never had, thought because of my jobs, school it would be the best. One day my WIFI stopped working, and it will not find the WIFI, I worked last night on my phone for over 2 hours last night, still not working, the girl on the phone very nice, told me for me to get a replacement I would have to put a hold on my checking account for over $600.00, for something that Apple did, because it was out of warranty, the problem is I just got this phone in March, to bad, not even a year not even 6 months, and I am out of luck, to get it replaced I have to take my time to receive a UPS box, take it to a UPS store, send it and hope I get another one back in 7 - 10 days. A little crazy for something that Appple did when they went to the 5. Read about the 4-si and you will see, all the problems. As far a Apple, I dislike their problem and belive they have major issues. Not sure what else I can do or say, Just not a fan of a Apple... If you have any answers please let me know at Nancy8562@aol.com

  54. I have a iPhone 5c that I purchased in September 2013. I am EXTREMELY upset with the APPLE store on Friendly Ave in Greensboro. I had taken this phone once because the glass on the upper part of the phone was coming unattached showing the internal lights and parts. The technician pushed in back in at that time. It recently did the same thing accept this time the glass was on the top as well as the sides. However the phone itself worked. Because I could not get to the APPLE store due to my mother having surgery the pressure of using the phone cracked the glass. Where the phone was protruding the most cracked so I put tape on so as to not cause anything else as well as hole in the top of phone cracking. Over this time it caused a tiny bit of spreading in a single thin line. It was still working. Today, 02-20-2014 I took it to the apple store. When the technician came back the glass was in although parts of glass missing. The phone will not even come on at all. Nothing. I am very upset, if he knew it was not going to work at all he should have said so. I have no phone at all working and an extremely unhelpful and rude experience. This is unacceptable in the most extreme manner. I plan to keep sending messages such as this until someone does something. Going to get something fixed should never result in the total loss of something as important as a phone. My family has every apple possible. They completely broke my phone.

  55. Hello

I have been noticing how difficult it is for females with long nails to type on current keypads for phone, computers etc.
I would like to share this idea with you. Why don't you consider developing special protruding but stylish key pad buttons
for such customers. I hope this suggestion is considered I have shared it with you only so if perchance you do take my suggestion and
it works then you consider for some shares as a reward.

These ideas come to me from time to time. Maybe you can give me a part time at home job as an ideas man.

I choose apple because I love Mr. Jobs he was a great ideas man. Also the Mc was my first computer exposure.

Hope to get a response from you though.

    Thank you

  56. My friend's iphone 5 suddenly died last night. Her service is with Verizon - we started there.
Verizon's employee did a check on the phone and pronounced it "dead", then gave my friend the option of either allowing him to return her phone and get a refurbished phone in return or drive out to Apple where they would exchange a new phone for hers immediately. We thanked him and headed home to make an appointment at the Apple store since it is virtually impossible to get service there without an appointment. Arrived on time at the Apple store and had to wait until a "genius" was available. In the meantime, a clerk plugged my friend's "dead" phone into a charger and advised us to wait. We waited. I looked around. There were a LOT of unhappy people both waiting and being waited upon. And a LOT of geniuses explaining the limitations of their product warranties and that they should have opted for an extended warranty to avoid the out of pocket expenses they were now being charged. One gentleman was upset that his "genius" instructed him that all of his aps had to be deleted prior to having his product (another malfunctioning iphone) serviced - he was trying to explain that he had paid for a lot of the info/music/entertainment and didn't want to lose it but the "genius" just kept repeating - it has to be deleted before we can do anything. And this was only within a few feet of where we were standing.
The "genius" arrived - moved us to a designated "genius" table (it looked exactly like the table we were already set up at) and excused himself to take the phone to the back to "check it out". He came back about 5 minutes later and explained that he tried replacing the battery and got nothing, that my friend's phone was indeed "dead" and in order to get a new iphone, she would need to fork over $279. He also explained repeatedly when asked if this iphone dying situation was a known technical issue (there are no less than 11 pages of complaints on Apple's own forum) that had my friend just purchased an extended warranty from them, she would not have to fork over the $279. Clearly, nobody at Apple sees anything wrong with spending $700 for a phone that only lasts a year and a half. And the only way to protect yourself from their incompetence is to buy an extended warranty since they clearly have no faith in their own product... Okay...
We decided to head back to Verizon for the refurbished option offered to my friend earlier that day. Once there, the same Verizon employee explained that he had made an error and that her phone was not eligible and that she would have to get a new phone. He did apologize and gave us the name of a repair shop that has successfully fixed defective iphones in the past. We packed up and went to UBreakItWeFixIt in the Gateway Shopping Center in Wayne, PA.
The gentleman at the counter took the phone to the back and we waited a bit, maybe 3 minutes - when he came back out he assured my friend that the phone could be fixed since all it needed was a new battery for $59, installed, with the phone working when we left. She agreed - gave him a second iphone 5 (her daughter's phone had the same exact problem just 2 months ago and they bought a new phone then...) and asked him to take a look at that one. We left and spend about 15 minutes shopping in Gateway b4 returning to the store where both phones were ready and working, having had their batteries replaced by the technician there. Total price for both? A little over $120.
I don't want to cast aspersions at either Verizon or Apple but clearly, the people who waited on my friend at both places were either incompetent or deliberately lying about the problem with her phone. Neither possibility is particularly flattering to either company but something I felt anyone looking at these products/services should know.

  62. I have my first Apple product, an iPhone5. Only had it 5 months and have had to "recover" 3 times. At times it shuts down in the middle of something. No warning. It will restart, but after waiting at least 5 minutes, looking at the Apple insignia (longest 45 minutes), but then shuts off again. Now I can't even get it started. I have emailed Apple, but get a response to plug into iTunes. Nothing happens, it's like the phone isn't even there. Also, they say to check on-line. Can't check on-line with the unit as it doesn't start. I need help. As I said, first time Apple user and I made the switch from a DUMB phone. Can't talk to a techie, only on-line. What gives? I do like the product, have become used to it, but need dependability.

  63. Dear Friends:
There are a few products that visually can be implemented into updated new products combined.

Example there are cards out that pop up. They have some with in front panels of strips of clear plastic and snow glistens and images in layers and sparkle. There is in a phone store in Sacramento near the Corti Brothers Food Market, radios with lights that light up and water spays up in color.

Using this and the holographic technology and IPod and Apple combine this.
Mathematics, Physics and graphs and science, but 3 D or six sides and all levels of dimension or shapes. Now add science. Input enough of this gas going into a configuration dimensionally and now the results. Program with Apple and into a dimensional demonstration. Use in Lab work.
DNA, imagery and actuality! Bi products. Plastics that can be used or developed into the hottest atmospheres and changed to the coldest. Now dimensional thinking and real application.

I was assigned in both high school and college classes assignments that were to be dimensional drawings, art, design and also in math classes.

The light and water environmentally, physics, environmental changes, experiments. Now in confined closures. Going from one planet, space station or near the sun. The extremes quickly for the future will demand this. Survival in stormy and polluted atmospheres and or war zones. The future not just games but reality. speed and distance and accuracy. Including messaging. Have your people talk to vice President Joe Biden Jr. for more. Solar Energy Sunrun they are also involved in research. Solar in and on and to the Universal Planets. Security!

Will Apple be the beginning and future of this and Sunrun? Hurry! This is no joke. Please forward to your CEO and or President of Apple.
